My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt and his partner, Alex, to plan our wedding. From the very beginning, we were deeply impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and friendly, welcoming demeanor. We came to them with many ideas, requests, and expectations — all of which were met with patience, understanding, and a sincere desire to bring our vision to life. We truly appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and creative suggestions they offered, as well as the valuable insights they shared from their past experiences. One of our top priorities was finding a planning team that was genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly, and we couldn’t have been happier with how inclusive and affirming Matt and Alex were throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their dedication. Even when facing logistical challenges like relocation, they remained fully committed, communicative, and engaged. Whether we were meeting over a meal or having a quick phone call, Matt and Alex were always available to support us and ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to their hard work and genuine care, our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. We are beyond grateful for their guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for planners who go above and beyond. As a bonus, they doubled as our photographer!

i had a great experience working with id23 events for my wedding. my coordinator, carl, was organized, kind, and trustworthy. he made sure my wedding day ran just as we had planned. i would recommend them to any couple looking for a stellar wedding planner!

We hired Serenity Sanctuary Wedding & Events last minute for day-of coordination, and they were an absolute lifesaver! Everything ran smoothly, vendors were handled perfectly, and we actually got to enjoy our wedding stress-free. Highly recommend!

Summer and the Firefly team really made our wedding the best day! I made unique/specific requests throughout the process, and Summer always rolled with my vision, providing opinions and navigating challenges with professionalism. The day of was truly perfect, I didn't lift a finger and the table settings, ceremony music, multiple locations/shuttles, and food all went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend this team. She also counseled me through the potential for rain during an outdoor spring wedding, and while we were lucky not to have it, we were fully prepared for the possibility.

My husband and I can't recommend Mary Bell Events enough! Mary was the first planner we reached out to and after one call, it was clear that we wanted to work with her. Mary and her team are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and have incredible attention to detail. Before my husband and I could think of a potential problem, Mary and her team already had a solution. I was so beyond happy with the entire wedding process and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams (arguably, even better). My husband and I (including our guests) couldn't believe how smoothly the wedding went and how special it felt. A wedding on the Biltmore Estate is already a great choice, but working with Mary Bell and her team was an even better one. We will never forget our wedding day and how relaxed/grateful we were.
