We worked with Miranda and Mandy for month-of coordination and truly could not have asked for a better team. From the start, they were so supportive of our less traditional approach—while other coordinators made me feel self-conscious about our vision, Miranda and Mandy embraced it wholeheartedly. I even saved Miranda in my phone as “Miranda Wedding Savior,” which says it all!

They were awesome—making recommendations, helping with florals, venue set up, managing vendors, and making late night pizza runs! On the day of, everything ran so smoothly that my husband and I were able to fully focus on celebrating instead of worrying about details. That was our ultimate goal, and they made it a reality.

We enjoyed working with them so much that we’ve already referred friends. If you’re looking for coordinators who are not only organized and reliable, but also genuinely supportive and fun to work with, Miranda and Mandy are the dream team.

I can not put into words what Miranda and her team meant to our family during my oldest daughter's wedding. I feel like I should invite her to all the family gatherings now as she feels like family to us. As a mother of the bride you want to be present for your daughter during the most important day of her life and Miranda made sure I did just that!!! She would not hear of me lifting a finger to help in anyway. Her kind and caring heart was felt by everyone. After the wedding she was in the back of our van loading everything up. Honestly I felt like I should have paid her MORE as she and her assitant is WORTH that much more! Such a lovely person inside and out. The wedding was so peaceful and joyful and so fun and I know it is because I owe sooo much to her. She made sure my daughter's vision for the wedding came to life. I want her to do ALL my events! I am forever grateful for her and really hope to work with her again in the future!!! Thank you ladies sooooo very much! We love yall!!!!!

I seriously cannot recommend Florence Event Co. enough!! Hiring them for month-of coordination was honestly the BEST decision I made for my wedding, and I truly don't think our day would have gone as smoothly without them. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this is your sign to do it. Miranda was our coordinator, and she was seriously amazing from start to finish. Even though we only had month-of coordination, she jumped right in and made me feel so much less stressed. She took the time to understand everything we had planned, answered all of my questions, kept me organized, and made sure every little detail was covered. On our wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew Miranda had it handled. I mean I literally had close to 500 candles, and she set them all up and lit every last one with a smile on her face. She kept everything on schedule, coordinated with all of our vendors, made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and handled anything that came up without me ever even knowing. Because of her, my husband and I were actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. And still for weeks after all of my family keeps talking about how amazing she is and how she busted it for us. I am obsessed with her and I am so thankful. The thing I appreciated most was how much she genuinely cared. She was so sweet, calming, organized, and just someone you want by your side on one of the biggest days of your life. She went above and beyond in so many ways, and I honestly felt like she cared about our wedding just as much as we did. I truly can't thank Miranda and Florence Event Co. enough for everything they did. They made our wedding day so much more enjoyable, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone getting married. Hiring them was worth every single penny, and I can confidently say it was one of the best investments we made for our wedding!

We worked with Florence Event Co. as our month and day of coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made! With so many little things to worry/stress over, they truly allowed us to let go of our responsibilities and celebrate with all of our friends and family. 
The team was professional, organized, and so easy to work with. Preparation was amazing and it just allowed us to have the most amazing wedding day.

Miranda provided excellent planning and support throughout the entire process. Her organization and guidance made everything come together so smoothly and reduced so much stress for us.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Miranda. She consistently came to me with such a humble, kind and relaxed attitude while also being very clearly organized throughout our time together. She was more than happy to help with many nuances of our wedding, including traveling to our destination. And on the day of, she and her assistant were so professional and prepared. I was able to entrust them fully with our set up of the venue and know they could achieve the overall aesthetic I had worked to achieve. They kept everyone calm and all parts of the wedding on track while still allowing the natural rhythm of being able to enjoy the day with our friends and family. So grateful we found them to help with our special time.

Miranda and Mandy were truly exceptional. From the very beginning, they were responsive, positive, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They made our walkthrough and rehearsal feel organized and seamless, which gave us so much confidence going into the weekend.

On the wedding day, I felt like I could completely let go, they took care of everything and executed our vision to a T. Their calming presence, efficiency, and professionalism allowed us to be fully present and just soak it all in.

I cannot recommend Miranda and her team enough. I was a low effort bride who wanted a simple wedding. Miranda helped me with month of coordination nailing down details and vendors. When the wedding day came, we absolutely could not have done it without her. I did all my decor and flowers myself so her and her team helped decorate the ceremony space, then helped the catering company flip the entire space for the reception. The reception setup was absolutely perfect. She coordinated all the vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly. She helped maintain a super low stress, peaceful day, ran the wedding perfectly, and made me and my husband feel so cared for. We left after the wedding but my mom said that her and her team had everything boxed up in original boxes and cleaned within an hour. If you want a smooth, peaceful, joyful wedding, I cannot recommend them enough. 

I cannot say enough good things about Mandy and Miranda! From our very first conversation, I knew I wanted these girls to help me with my wedding! They are so sweet and so professional and go above and beyond! They made our day go off without a hitch and even with all the chaos they were rocks! They really have a passion for weddings and were there for all my questions and needs! We did the Siena day of coordination, and I don’t know how we would have survived the day without them! I cannot recommend them enough, no matter what level coordination you’re looking for these girls are the best choice! You won’t regret going with them!

I would highly recommend Florence Event Co. for your wedding coordination needs! We were planning to do most of the planning myself but knew we wanted someone there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. As soon as we talked with Miranda and Mandy we knew they were the team for us. Even though we did the day-of package, they were excellent throughout the months leading up to the day in answering questions and making recommendations when needed. The day of Mandy was phenomenal! The entire day went perfectly thanks to her coordination and she had everything cleaned up within minutes of our event ending which allowed our family and friends to enjoy the after party with us. We were so grateful to not have to worry about anything so we could enjoy the day from start to finish and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
