Our daughter recently celebrated her wedding at Carmel Country Club and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner, Melanie White. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, responsive, and knowledgeable, which immediately put us at ease during what can be a very overwhelming process. Her communication was outstanding — every question was answered promptly and thoughtfully, and we always felt like a priority. Beyond her professionalism, her uplifting and positive attitude made such a difference. She brought calm, encouragement, and confidence to every interaction, even during moments that could have been stressful. One of her greatest strengths is her people management skills. She navigated complex family dynamics with grace, empathy, and firmness when needed, ensuring everyone felt heard while keeping the focus on what truly mattered. She also worked seamlessly with vendors, advocating for us, keeping everything on track, and making sure the day flowed perfectly. If there were any glitches with the event they certainly were not noticed by us or our guests. Because of her, our wedding felt not only beautifully executed but genuinely joyful. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in capable hands. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt and his partner, Alex, to plan our wedding. One of our top priorities was finding a planning team that was genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly, and we couldn’t have been happier with how inclusive and affirming Matt and Alex were throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their dedication. Even when facing logistical challenges like relocation, they remained fully committed, communicative, and engaged. Whether we were meeting over a meal or having a quick phone call, Matt and Alex were always available to support us and ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to their hard work and genuine care, our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. We are beyond grateful for their guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for planners who go above and beyond. As a bonus, they doubled as our photographer!

We cannot say enough good things about our wedding planner! Cameron was by our side on our wedding day for anything and everything we needed. From managing the timeline to handling all the behind-the-scenes details, Cameron made the entire day feel effortless. She even helped provide an extra hand to our photographer so he could capture the perfect shots. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. It also meant so much that Lori, the owner, attended the wedding as well—having both of them there made us feel so supported and cared for. Their calm presence, attention to detail, and constant support made such a difference, and we are so grateful to have had them as part of our day.

Even though our wedding was in Charlotte, my husband and I planned it from California. Ashley made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, she kept us organized, helped us think through the details we would’ve never considered and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors. Ashley’s communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. We always felt like we were in good hands, even when we couldn’t be there in person. On the day of the wedding, her behind-the-scenes work was an absolute must. She handled everything with such patience and efficiency that we were able to fully relax and enjoy the wedding. When I started planning my wedding the first thing I researched was the best planner in NC and immediately found Lisa! From the very first call we had she felt like a friend I’ve know forever and I knew I could trust her with our big day and boy did she deliver!! Lisa and her team are masters of their craft but what really sets them apart is how personable they are and truly how much they care about the couples they work with. When I say no detail was missed I mean it. She was all over our vendors to ensure we made our deadlines, guided all of our design session, crafted the timeline to perfection and day off I didn’t lift a finger. I thought I would have been a ball of stress day of but between Lisa and Gianni I had total peace of mind that everything was under control.  I cannot thank Lisa and team enough for making the wedding of our dreams come true and would highly recommend them to any future brides out there!

From the moment we booked the day-of coordination package with Sonaa Events, Kiran and Andrea transformed what could have been a stressful process into a seamless experience. The team was available 24/7 for consultations and recommendations throughout the entire process. They fully-stepped in two weeks before the wedding, effortlessly taking over vendor communications and fine-tuning every detail. It was a relief knowing we were in such capable hands, allowing us to focus on enjoying the anticipation of our big day!

Courtney was amazing. I briefly described my vision and she took it above and beyond what I imagined. She had great ideas and our event was beautiful. She had a great, professional team, who quickly pulled together what ended up being a fabulous evening for all who attended.

Kaytie was the most wonderful month-of coordinator we could have asked for! She was so easy to work and communicate with. She supported our vision for our wedding and also helped us fill in holes when we needed help. She gave us great vendor recommendations, provided a super helpful planning template, kept us on track throughout the whole planning process, put together a great timeline, stayed in contact with our vendors, and made sure any loose ends were tied. For the actual wedding day, she did a perfect job of keeping us and our vendors on track. She went above and beyond by holding onto all our wedding decor from the rehearsal, doing the room flip during cocktail hour, putting together our centerpieces, and working with some friends to clean up after the wedding. Throughout the whole process, she was a great sounding board for advice and always responded quickly and thoroughly. She was so fun to work with and I can't imagine having gone with anyone else.
