Hiring Rebeca was the best decision I possibly could have made for our wedding day!!! We had a very tight budget and almost no outside help, but with Rebeca there was not only help, but also support and real encouragement and consistent, professional, efficient work!!! She goes above and beyond in every area for you. Even though technically she was hired to be a day of coordinator for me, she answered so many questions prior to the wedding and helped me communicate to vendors. She also somehow managed the monumental task of helping to calm my nerves and make me feel better along the way! On the wedding day, you couldn’t ask for a better person to be your coordinator. Everything we requested was seen to, and every need was met. She thought of things I never would have, she was always 5 steps ahead, and even if she wasn’t sure about something I asked she would find out immediately. Rebeca will work harder for you and do more good for your wedding than anyone else, and it’s because she genuinely cares. She never made us feel like it was just business. She’s warm, sweet, and kind while also always being a professional at what she does. Do yourself a favor and hire her!!!! 🤍

Rebecca was an amazing planner. I would highly recommend her for any event you may have. From the moment she stepped into our wedding planning process she was extremely helpful. Before Rebecca the planning process was feeling overwhelming. With Rebeccas’ help we were able to continue taking charge of the thing we wanted to focus on and let her handle the rest. She knew exactly what to do and how to help. Everything from her recommendations to her communication was outstanding. She helped bring our vision to life and we couldn’t have asked for a better planner. She was phenomenal.

Rebeca was our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond long before the wedding day even arrived. She helped us with things we didn’t know, didn’t have, and didn’t even realize we needed. Her guidance made the planning process so much smoother and less stressful.

But where she truly shines is on the wedding day itself. She arrived with her coordinator Sandra, and both of them were absolutely incredible. They jumped right into setup, kept an eye on every detail, and constantly checked in on me and my family to make sure we had everything we needed. Rebeca stayed on top of every vendor and handled things I didn’t even think to ask about.

Our day was special because of her. My family and friends kept coming up to me to tell me how amazing she was, and I completely agree. Rebeca brought calm, confidence, and so much care to our wedding. We couldn’t be more grateful, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Rebeca helped us greatly in getting our wedding coordinated! Our wedding day was so smooth because she knew exactly when each and every thing was supposed to start, and we would have been so stressed without her doing this for us. We started working with her so long before the wedding, and she helped us figure out timelines for when we needed to have each step figured out. She would help us figure out if we were behind, and she was always reassuring us that we were in a good spot when we had done tasks she suggested for us. She was always really quick to respond whenever we had questions for her, so we never felt like we were just waiting around for her. Rebeca was also super friendly throughout the whole process! Overall, we really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to help your wedding day go smoothly!
