Wedding Rentals in Charlotte

I recently got married in Bryson City, NC, and there weren’t a ton of locally owned rental companies in the area. I love supporting local businesses, and as soon as I found Wood Lily Vintage Rentals, I knew I didn’t need to look any further! They had exactly what I was looking for in chairs to complete the look of both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Their customer service was impeccable, and they were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Carey and Haley were amazing and so accommodating. My in-laws were able to pick up the chairs for us, and my husband was able to drop them back off without any issues. They made the entire process so easy, especially since we were traveling in from Louisiana. They even freshly oiled the chairs before our events so they had a beautiful shine for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. It was such a thoughtful extra touch! I live in the New Orleans area, so unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use their services often, but I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat if I’m ever back in the area and hosting another event. If you're looking for vintage rentals in the WNC area, I can't recommend Wood Lily Vintage Rentals enough!

Christie and her team were wonderful. Loved working with her. She did an amazing job

We hired Bartenders Plus for our event, and they absolutely crushed it! From the first consultation to the final pour, their team was professional, polished, and genuinely fun to work with. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the signature cocktails and how seamless the bar service was throughout the night. The bartenders were not only skilled but brought an incredible energy that elevated the entire vibe. Everything ran like clockwork—setup, service, cleanup—zero stress on our end. It honestly felt like they were an extension of our team. If you’re looking for bartenders who know how to keep the drinks flowing and the party going—without ever missing a beat—Bartenders Plus is it. Highly recommend. Will 100% book again!

Jason kindly let us rent his speaker so that we could connect our iPod and play our own music. We were able to meet Jason at a location easy for us.

Every Last Detail is a fabulous choice for wedding rentals! Great selection of items to choose from. We made two visits to Miranda’s space and she spent a ton of time pitching ideas, making suggestions on how to combine things, showing photos, etc. She was always quick to respond via email or text. Plus, she’s is a joy to work with.

They helped us create design elements in our budget but also our style. Everything was set up and taken care of well in advance we didn’t have to worry about the cleanup and overall was a delight to work with the group!

Caroline was so easy to work with and was very accommodating for the delivery and pick up of the vintage salad plates we used for the wedding. They added a very unique touch to the table set up.

AMAZING! My husband and I used Yeng at our wedding. On the day of our wedding our venue flooded and we had to scramble to find a new one in less than 6 hours. Yeng was able to transition to the new venue with ease, and make it look like my dreams! I don't know if any other business would have been able to pivot so effortlessly. I would absolutely use Yeng again, and recommend her to anyone who wants flawless decorations, and peace of mind!

Terry is the best! She made everything SO easy for me. I told her what I liked and she made so many example tables for me to put my mind at ease. She also helped get the groom and groomsmen's suits- another thing I did not have to worry about! She brought my wedding vision to life and I was not stressed at all!

Excellent service and rentals. The tent had beautiful, big windows and was sturdy against strong winds! The heater kept everyone warm in the March chill. Will definitely use them for all my events in the future.
