Welcome to NewSouth Event Rentals where quality and service matters to our events. We are a boutique Wedding and Corporate Event Rental Company located near uptown Charlotte. We offer designer Lounge Furniture, Custom Bars, Modern Farm Table Rentals, Chair Rentals, Ceremony Arch Rentals, Stages and Accessories. We specialize in weddings, parties, and corporate events.

At NewSouth Event Rentals, our team doesn’t just go above and beyond for our customers, but for the community and environment, too. We believe being a socially responsible company is imperative to our success and to our customers’. Through our R4GOOD initiative, we donate a portion of each dollar we earn to help charitable efforts in the Charlotte area. Additionally, we are going green with our G2BGREEN initiative. Through this second initiative we strive to provide products that have been thoughtfully designed and manufactured to dramatically lower chemical emissions released into your event environment.

Best birthday decor

Granted my birthday plans change due to COVID-19 restrictions , New South Event Rentals made sure my birthday get together was affordable and tasteful for my birthday budget. Beautiful Farm Tables!

We loved the tables and chairs we rented from New South Rentals. The wooden farm tables were very sturdy, high quality tables and looked beautiful at out backyard wedding. The delivery and pick-up were right on time, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Private Dinner for 20

Great selection of rentals and amazing service!

I worked with NewSouth Event Rentals for a bridal shower and they met all of my expectations—and more! Their selection of furniture to meet our theme of the party (boho) was amazing quality and exactly as pictured—I rented the Peacock chair, macrame stool, boho rug, and the rattan end table. Ivy was so responsive (both via email and text) and that’s extremely important to me. I will definitely work with them again. Highly recommend!
