A Seamless Affair lived up to its name! I had 4 months to pull a simple yet elegant wedding together. It would not have happened without Danni’s expertise. I shared my visions, thoughts and budget and the entire day was a success. I like being told upfront what to expect. I look back very satisfied and happy with the decision of using this vendor. It was the BEST MONEY spent and she is worth her weight in gold.

Best decision! Candace was recommended to us by our venue and then another friend knew someone who worked with her and loved her. We met for coffee and just like that I knew she’d be amazing. Candace is so easy to talk to and great at taking the guessing out of things. She provides suggestions on vendors to narrow the search and will give her opinion without over-stepping. Candace is so professional and did a fantastic job making our day beautiful. We even received so many compliments from our friends, family and bridal party after the wedding for how well Candace and her assistant Amber, also amazing, handled everything. Planning a wedding can be tough, especially during covid, but Candace made it so much easier. She definitely made sure we were taken care of even if she couldn’t attend a tasting she sent backup and fully clued them in in our wedding. I would not have traded having Candace help us for anything and ended up with a friend in the process! The best thanks I can give is to recommend her for anyone looking for a fun, professional and amazing planner!

Zakiya was the absolute best decision I made for my July 2025 wedding! I initially reached out to Zakiya in November 2024 thinking I only wanted day-of decor help, being that I was a (mostly) DIY bride. However, I quickly realized that Zakiya's partial planning services would be much needed in the months leading up to my wedding, especially given that her rates were competitive given her experience. From our very first screening call to the follow-up on the days following my wedding, she executed everything perfectly. She is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a great leader. She has professional experience in the event planning industry that shows in the work she does for weddings. I received so many compliments from my family and friends about her! Our planning meetings were productive, and our rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to her perfect day-of timeline and her direction and leadership of my team of vendors. She also has a great eye for design and helped make my DIY visions come to life, both with design guidance in the months leading up to the wedding, as well as physical set-up and break-down on the day of. While wedding planning can always be stressful, it was a lot less stressful after I hired Zakiya. I truly could not have done it without her. I could not recommend Zakiya and Event Z enough!

She went above and beyond to make us have a remarkable experience. It was everything we asked for and more. She exceeded any expectations that I set. I will definitely refer this company to all of my family and friends. Thanks again!
