My wedding was an absolute dream thanks to my wedding planner Macy and her assistant Elizabeth. We chose the 3 month plan and Macy helped me coordinate everything with all our vendors and even checked in on me the night before the big day. She not only helped me navigate my wedding but she helped me through our unexpected postponement due to Hurricane Helene. One year later, she was still ready and all hand on deck for our wedding. On the day of, we met Elizabeth who was sweet, kind , and helped us enjoy our moments together privately. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed every last second of our day because of them. Everything came out beautiful and they never let me or my family lift a finger when it was time to set up or break down. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to all new brides.

Summer and the Firefly team really made our wedding the best day! I made unique/specific requests throughout the process, and Summer always rolled with my vision, providing opinions and navigating challenges with professionalism. The day of was truly perfect, I didn't lift a finger and the table settings, ceremony music, multiple locations/shuttles, and food all went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend this team. She also counseled me through the potential for rain during an outdoor spring wedding, and while we were lucky not to have it, we were fully prepared for the possibility.

As I was planning a wedding from out of town, I wanted to find a coordinator who could steer me towards local Asheville vendors while also staying in my budget. I was immediately put at ease during my consult phone call with Kiersa. Even before we selected her as our coordinator, she provided me with some vendor lists and contacts so we could fully research before making our decision. She was very thoughtful and understanding when planning our zoom meetings around my work schedule and was able to meet and plan with vendors while my now husband and I were at work! Her extensive experience at the Biltmore and Asheville led to the most beautiful and stress free wedding day!

Kristy and her staff at Carolina love events did an incredible job corrdinatint our wedding day . Being from out of state and the hurricane that asheville was still repairing from made finding vendors a tad tricky , Kristy made sure that everything we ever envisioned for our special day became a reality down to hiring actors dressed as Harry Potter characters to come and dance / entertain our guests . Our qeddibt was magical and it was all because of Carolina Love events :)

Hiring Amanda at M+J Events for our daughter's wedding is among the smartest things we've ever done. There was not a single detail, from tiny to massive, that Amanda did not manage perfectly. She was always accessible, calm, highly creative, friendly, and if she was ever worried about something, I didn't know it! Nothing slipped through the cracks. She gave us lots of vendor options at every turn, and she helped us think through exactly what we needed. We never felt overwhelmed or worried about anything. Amazing experience!

Organically You Events offers several levels of planning involvement, but my now husband and I hired Gina as a month-of coordinator for our wedding. Gina was available for contract reviews, vendor suggestions, and questions from the beginning, but took over a month out. From the moment she stepped in, my stress level diminished. She was also essential in making sure everything on the wedding day went smoothly. If there were any issues, she made sure they were resolved without us knowing. My only suggestion for future brides - if it fits in your budget, hire Gina as a full planner from the beginning and save yourself some stress.
