Our wedding went through several iterations this year and Kate was so supportive each step of the way. Due to all of the changes we made, we ended up doing a lot in the last few months leading up to the wedding and Kate helped keep us organized and on track. Every time we spoke to one of our vendors they let us know they were in touch with Kate and how helpful she had been. That was always such a huge weight off our shoulders and speaks volumes about the kind of person Kate is. She will be there for you every step of the way with a genuine smile on her face. We would absolutely recommend Kate to anyone looking to for someone to help navigate them through the wedding planning process!

Kate was awesome to work with, as she helped from the beginning to the end of our wedding. She was able to give vendor recommendations, answer any questions during the planning process, and made our wedding day run smoothly. Kate is absolutely amazing! My wedding underwent some big changes due to Covid 19 and Kate was there for me every step of the way. She was so kind, generous, and helpful with every single piece of my day, and I know I wouldn’t have been able to pull it off without her. I told her my vision and she made it happen! Her recommendations were fantastic and she always seemed to know what I needed. My family raved about her for days after the wedding. I not only had the best planner on my side, but I also gained a friend. She is simply the best!

I am SO glad we hired Kate to be our day-of-coordinator. I had no idea what I was doing when I was planning my wedding, and Kate went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and make sure that everything was on the right track. It's very easy to feel overwhelmed planning and everything that goes on day of and she was great in both aspects of leading up to and during the wedding! There are NO WORDS to describe Kate’s attention to detail. She made our special day go perfectly. We were planning to be married outside and naturally the weather started to take a turn a few days before. As any bride would I started to panic that my entire dream vision would be washed away.

Kate jumped into action walking around with the Doppler on her iPad and quickly regrouped my vendors early in the day. When we entered into our now indoor reception it was amazing and beautiful. She made such an impact on all of our guests!

More importantly her responsiveness is unmatched. She is incredibly kind, patient and always quick to give a solution. She helped me to relax on what I would consider my most nerve wracking day!

Even though my reception was moved; having my ceremony outside was still so important to me. She was able to push the ceremony back a little and all of our guests received giant umbrellas and the photos were incredible. People still say how stunning it was a year and a half later!

Kate knows her vendors too. She can tell you who is a good fit, what an alternate option could be (we were technically considered out of town, so we didn’t have a huge list of people to work with). Her sweet disposition and attention to detail was incredible. My husband still talks about how great her services were, and that’s saying a lot since he only remembers one other thing... the food :)

Use her, you won’t regret it! She even emailed us and checked on us a year later because we were pregnant! She is so thoughtful and truly I considered her a crucial part of our big day.
