You will not regret hiring Julia!

We had a micro wedding and had a ceremony venue along with a few vendors secured by the time I reached out for help so we chose the partial planning package Julia offers. Initially I tried doing it myself but quickly realized that even though it’s a small wedding you still have to make the same amount of decisions. Plus I was planning it out of state and wanted to remove as much stress as possible to really enjoy the day.

Julia and her team were incredible to work with! They have an online portal to keep track of guests, vendors, and planning progress. Julia was also on top of every last detail, she communicated necessary information to all vendors, and made the whole process effortless for us!

My husband and I were married at Biltmore Estate then had our reception at Reverie in Asheville. The day could not have gone better from beginning to end! Julia and her team were wonderful to work with and executed our vision flawlessly!

The dream team

My wedding was an absolute dream thanks to my wedding planner Macy and her assistant Elizabeth. We chose the 3 month plan and Macy helped me coordinate everything with all our vendors and even checked in on me the night before the big day. She not only helped me navigate my wedding but she helped me through our unexpected postponement due to Hurricane Helene. One year later, she was still ready and all hand on deck for our wedding. On the day of, we met Elizabeth who was sweet, kind , and helped us enjoy our moments together privately. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed every last second of our day because of them. Everything came out beautiful and they never let me or my family lift a finger when it was time to set up or break down. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to all new brides.

The BEST wedding planner!

Julia and her team were AMAZING to work with from start to finish. She was always clear and left no room for confusion. She took so much stress off my plate and I’d recommend her to anyone!

Julia and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I would recommend everyone I know to speak with them when planning a wedding in the future.

We could not recommend Julia and her team more. From day 1 of talking about ideas for the wedding until the end of our wedding day, the experience could not have been more perfect. Throughout the year and a half of planning, Julia was in constant communication - assisting us when we needed a helping hand and keeping us on track with every last detail. Julia was both extremely professional and thoughtful. She has an eye for small details and decor that was a huge help when making final decisions. We truly could not have dreamt up a better team to make our wedding day come to life.

Perfect team!

Julia and her team were absolutely wonderful—10/10 experience. From the very beginning, they were professional, kind, and completely on top of every detail. Macy was incredible—so organized and calm, which made the entire day feel effortless.

What really stood out to us was how many of our other vendors were raving about Julia and her team behind the scenes.

Thanks to them, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and it truly felt perfect. I’ve already recommended Julia to several friends who are getting married, and I’ll continue to do so. Couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Macy was amazing!

We worked with Macy with Julia Nicole Weddings & Events and we're so glad we did! From the very beginning, she was organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to making our day perfect. She's really great at taking your few ideas and making them into something beautiful.

Her calm demeanor kept everything running smoothly, even with my anxiety issues. She made sure to let me know she was always available to schedule a call or that I could text her anytime. It was a real comfort! She was also great at reaching out to vendors on my behalf.

Beyond her amazing planning skills, she was a joy to work with—kind, caring, and happy. You can tell she really loves her job!

(My mom (MOB) also really loved her and was so happy to meet her before the wedding.)

One of the kindest souls in such a big and scary industry

An ABSOLUTE honor it was to work with Julia and her team. She is one of the kindest, well-spoken, and knowledgeable people in the industry. From our first meeting to our wedding last weekend, I could not have done it without her. We even went through a hurricane together! If I did the whole wedding experience again I would 110% ask Julia to be my planner. The attention to detail, the effort she put in through calls, emails, and meetings was above and beyond. A joy of a person.

Julia Nicole Weddings & Events

Julia and her team were wonderful! Despite Hurricane Helene changing our wedding plans, along with the devastation it caused for so many, Julia and her team helped us pivot 4 weeks out from a wedding in Asheville to our hometown, Hickory.

Prior to the wedding, they were able to anticipate things that we had not thought of yet. They provided helpful resources and planning tools as well. On the wedding day, she and Elizabeth had such a calm but excited presence that many of our friends and family appreciated!! In all the chaos, they were positive, attentive, and ensured the day went smoothly.

Professional and Calm in Difficult Time

Our wedding was scheduled 3 weeks after Western NC was devastated by hurricane Helene. Julia’s staff was significantly impacted. Nevertheless, we received an email only a few days after assuring us that they were ready to make our wedding happen whatever our plans were moving forward. When we were finally able to make phone contact, the stress of the situation was apparent. Yet Julia was absolutely nothing less than professional, supportive and encouraging. As the week drew closer, she was on top of all the details and was completely able to assure this detail controlling MOB that she had it, making it possible for me to truly enjoy the day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would call her again without hesitation.

Pick JNW for all your events!

Julia and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding run smoothly. They are professional, attentive, and miracle workers (literally sewed me into my dress when one of the buttons broke off). From the beginning of the planning process, Julia took my ideas and brought them to life. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a single thing come day of because I had her there, and it was true. There were no issues that she couldn't handle and it went so seamlessly. Anyone would be lucky to have Julia and her awesome team be apart of your event! We are so thankful for Julia Nicole Weddings.
