Day of Coordinator:

Mingle's goal is to make sure that your wedding day is as smooth and seamless as possible and that you have no idea if your baker is late, your sister has a mimosa stain on her dress, or your father is choking up just thinking about his baby becoming a wife! . This package focuses on executing the logistics and ensures that you can actually enjoy your big day. This package will give you confidence that the event you have planned is being managed with the utmost care and with every detail in mind. Even though this package is clearly named "day of" we want you to know that we are more hands on than that. We will jump in feet first around 60 days before your nuptials. At this time we will get to know who you have selected as your vendors and how you envision all of the details coming together. Next up is drafting a timeline and communicating with your vendors so that everyone knows and understands their role. You do the planning, we execute your hard-work!

Partial Planning:

Partial Planning takes "day of coordination" to the next level. This package provides support and guidance throughout the final stages of your planning process and perfect execution of the event festivities.. No matter what step you are in your planning we will take the reigns and help alleviate some of your wedding stresses. This package offers assistance with vendors yet to be booked, outsourcing and managing rentals and refining all the logistical details so that you can rest assure things run smooth and seamless on your big day!

Full Planning:

You've said YES!, now let Mingle take care of the rest! The Full Planning service is an all-inclusive experience for a busy bride or one that just does not know where to start. This package offers expertise and guidance for the entire journey. We will provide budget guidance and management, vendor recommendation and etiquette expertise, contract review, event design, hotel and transportation logistics and management of all the personal details.

This package is highly recommended for our destination wedding clients because it includes everything you need to

plan from afar.

Vintage Rentals:

Mingle's vintage rentals offer "Something Old" to your big day while adding a splash of creativity to your overall design concept. You will find an array of eclectic sofas, romantic tea sets, chipped doors, pane windows, and assorted vintage china and flatware to choose from.
