Dream Team!
We worked with Miranda and Mandy for month-of coordination and truly could not have asked for a better team. From the start, they were so supportive of our less traditional approach—while other coordinators made me feel self-conscious about our vision, Miranda and Mandy embraced it wholeheartedly. I even saved Miranda in my phone as “Miranda Wedding Savior,” which says it all!
They were awesome—making recommendations, helping with florals, venue set up, managing vendors, and making late night pizza runs! On the day of, everything ran so smoothly that my husband and I were able to fully focus on celebrating instead of worrying about details. That was our ultimate goal, and they made it a reality.
We enjoyed working with them so much that we’ve already referred friends. If you’re looking for coordinators who are not only organized and reliable, but also genuinely supportive and fun to work with, Miranda and Mandy are the dream team. -

Best of the best!
We worked with Florence Event Co. as our month and day of coordinator and it was the best decision we could have made! With so many little things to worry/stress over, they truly allowed us to let go of our responsibilities and celebrate with all of our friends and family.
The team was professional, organized, and so easy to work with. Preparation was amazing and it just allowed us to have the most amazing wedding day.
Miranda was our lead coordinator and main point of contact and we couldn't have had a better experience. We highly recommend her and her team. For anyone out there who is on the fence about coordinators, you should have all of the confidence in the world when you hire this group. They are all amazing and will ensure your day is one to remember. -

We are so grateful to Miranda and Courtney for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
Miranda provided excellent planning and support throughout the entire process. Her organization and guidance made everything come together so smoothly and reduced so much stress for us.
Courtney was our lead coordinator for the day and did an amazing job managing everything seamlessly. She also did a beautiful job with the decorations and brought my vision to life exactly as I imagined it. Everything looked even more beautiful than I could have pictured.
Together, they made our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and stress-free. We truly appreciate their hard work, dedication, and attention to every detail. Highly recommend their services! I would also love to share my pictures once I receive them to add to this review. -

Loved working with them!
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Miranda. She consistently came to me with such a humble, kind and relaxed attitude while also being very clearly organized throughout our time together. She was more than happy to help with many nuances of our wedding, including traveling to our destination. And on the day of, she and her assistant were so professional and prepared. I was able to entrust them fully with our set up of the venue and know they could achieve the overall aesthetic I had worked to achieve. They kept everyone calm and all parts of the wedding on track while still allowing the natural rhythm of being able to enjoy the day with our friends and family. So grateful we found them to help with our special time. -

Highly recommend!
Miranda and Mandy were truly exceptional. From the very beginning, they were responsive, positive, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They made our walkthrough and rehearsal feel organized and seamless, which gave us so much confidence going into the weekend.
On the wedding day, I felt like I could completely let go, they took care of everything and executed our vision to a T. Their calming presence, efficiency, and professionalism allowed us to be fully present and just soak it all in.
I truly can’t say enough good things about them. We are so grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for coordinators who will go above and beyond. -

The best coordinator ever
I cannot recommend Miranda and her team enough. I was a low effort bride who wanted a simple wedding. Miranda helped me with month of coordination nailing down details and vendors. When the wedding day came, we absolutely could not have done it without her. I did all my decor and flowers myself so her and her team helped decorate the ceremony space, then helped the catering company flip the entire space for the reception. The reception setup was absolutely perfect. She coordinated all the vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly. She helped maintain a super low stress, peaceful day, ran the wedding perfectly, and made me and my husband feel so cared for. We left after the wedding but my mom said that her and her team had everything boxed up in original boxes and cleaned within an hour. If you want a smooth, peaceful, joyful wedding, I cannot recommend them enough. -

Simply The Best!
I cannot say enough good things about Mandy and Miranda! From our very first conversation, I knew I wanted these girls to help me with my wedding! They are so sweet and so professional and go above and beyond! They made our day go off without a hitch and even with all the chaos they were rocks! They really have a passion for weddings and were there for all my questions and needs! We did the Siena day of coordination, and I don’t know how we would have survived the day without them! I cannot recommend them enough, no matter what level coordination you’re looking for these girls are the best choice! You won’t regret going with them!-

The sweetest team!
I would highly recommend Florence Event Co. for your wedding coordination needs! We were planning to do most of the planning myself but knew we wanted someone there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. As soon as we talked with Miranda and Mandy we knew they were the team for us. Even though we did the day-of package, they were excellent throughout the months leading up to the day in answering questions and making recommendations when needed. The day of Mandy was phenomenal! The entire day went perfectly thanks to her coordination and she had everything cleaned up within minutes of our event ending which allowed our family and friends to enjoy the after party with us. We were so grateful to not have to worry about anything so we could enjoy the day from start to finish and couldn't have asked for a better experience. -

We booked Florence Event Co for the Day of Coordination and we only have the highest praise for Miranda for helping make our day perfect!! The communication leading up to the day was great and I truly appreciated that as a bride who is so type A and has such a hard time giving up control haha. Truly Made Our Day Unforgettable
My partner and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Miranda and her team at Florence Events. From the very beginning, she brought such professionalism, organization, and genuine care that made the planning process so much smoother for us. She always responded quickly, gave us peace of mind, and was fully invested in making sure everything came together beautifully.
Coming from a Latino family, where weddings are usually full of tradition, energy, and sometimes a little less structure, having Miranda by our side made all the difference. She embraced our family dynamic with such grace and worked with it seamlessly, making sure the day never felt rushed or chaotic but instead full of joy and celebration.
On our wedding day, Miranda and her partner exceeded every expectation. They were kind, attentive, and handled every detail behind the scenes so we never had to worry about a thing. Even though Florence Event Co. was our day-of coordinator, they supported us so much in the weeks leading up to the wedding — and that extra care meant the world to us. Miranda was always there when we needed her, and Mandy brought our vision to life perfectly on the day.

Coordinators Who Truly Get It—Couldn’t Have Done It Without Them!
We originally had a different planner lined up, but she unexpectedly canceled 70 days before our wedding—so we were scrambling a bit. Enter Mandy and Miranda, co-founders of Florence Event Co., and truly the dream team we didn’t know we needed!! Looking back, we’re so glad things worked out the way they did, because these two were amazing from day one!
Even though we hired them for day-of coordination, they were happy to jump in early and help however they could. I’m a Type A personality and had everything as organized as possible, but they still brought fresh, thoughtful ideas to the table right away! You can tell they’ve done this a million times—they know exactly what matters and how to make it all feel effortless.
They handled everything so calmly and professionally, even when the weather was way windier than expected and a few things had to shift on the fly. They kept things on track without missing a beat. And maybe most impressively, they managed my very chaotic family with grace while still protecting the vision we had as the couple. We were so impressed!
If you want coordinators who are warm, experienced, and genuinely care about making your day smooth and special—Mandy and Miranda are it!! -

Wonderful wedding planning services!
Miranda and Mandy and their team was so kind and helpful through literally every step of the process! From helping me fight with vendors to coordinating florals and sending food to my hotel room after the wedding they did it all. I honestly felt like I had a friend who never got sick of hearing about my woes and troubles with planning a wedding across the country while also helping me through it! Cannot recommend them enough! -

Amazing people, wonderful work
I paid for the 30-day package with Florence Event Co and they were absolutely amazing. They answered all questions I had leading up the the wedding, and handling absolutely EVERYTHING day of. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. They handled all vendor coordination and I didn't receive a single text concerning it, which was so nice. I had zero stresses day of thanks to them. They were also so sweet and lovely to work with. Having them as your coordinators would be the smartest thing you do for your wedding. -

Lack of professionalism
I hired miranda for full service planning & was overall disappointed in the level of professionalism. My budget was previously discussed at our initial meeting and was told it was fair (34000-40000) but than dismissed as a ‘drug store budget, when a professional approach would to have just had a an updated budget conversation.
I was told to ‘ask a friend’ when I inquired about professional entertainment, had no professional recommendations for basic things like a ballon arch? i scored 90% of the venues we wanted to tour.
Then double-booked our engagement party with another event.
She arrived to tours & meetings in shorts and T-shirts, which did not feel representative of me as a client, and she was too quiet to advocate on my behalf for 90% of my desires. Based on just these few Interactions we decided to let them go. I would not recommend this service to anyone.Florence Event Company LLC's reply:
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While we did work together briefly, it became clear that our partnership was not the right fit. We provided numerous venue options and contacted all on your behalf. With your top venue being all-inclusive including vendors, and without it being officially secured, it wasn’t possible to move forward with booking other vendors. Your budget was always respected, though there were many discrepancies between your initial inquiry call where you shared minimal ideas that matched your budget and your current high-scale vision that far surpasses it. Another client’s rehearsal happened to fall on the morning of your engagement party- in which we had no control over nor did we double book. We offered assistance to still help with your engagement party amidst this with no response. We value clear, respectful communication and found that the ongoing tone of communication, continual negativity, out of pocket comments, and the way you approached many instances made it difficult to create a positive working relationship. We value respect of time and other vendor’s policies, in which you constantly did not. We have already apologized privately and have taken accountability where appropriate, but we do not appreciate the misrepresentations and convenient lack of context in your review.
We truly do still wish you the best as you move forward with your wedding planning and are looking forward to getting back to ours! -
