Hiring Heather and Dani at Heatherly was one of the best decisions that we made while we were planning our wedding. When we got introduced to them, we had decided that we were going to do a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and we knew the resort but we didn't have much else planned. I did not have a "vision" and openly admit that Pinterest is not one of my hobbies, so figuring out what we want the "vibe" to be was a job in itself! But they rose to the occasion. Heather listen and then delivered design boards and ideas to help us figure out what we wanted and from there made it happen. They kept us on a timeline and made sure that we knew what we needed to focus on and at what time. They were both easily accessible, and communicated via text and email which my husband and I greatly appreciated! Even when we made last minute requests for cold sparklers, and the resort needed an outside vendor, they made it happen. We also made the decision to have them travel with us, which I would highly recommend. I have been part of dozens of weddings some with a coordinator, some without and Heather and Dani by far blew everyone I have ever seen away. My husband's family is Spanish speaking and my family is English speaking, and they helped with translations, and ensured everyone knew what was going on regardless of the language needed. On the day of, they took all the stress off me, my mom and my sister - even making sure the guys were ready early, running back and forth to my room for things I forgot, rearranging my bouquet (by Heather herself), bringing food to our seats, ensuring we had drinks and sewing my dress when the bustle broke during the first dance. If you are considering hiring Heatherly for your wedding - BOOK THEM! On top of being wonderful, they are also super fun to hang out with and being around in general.

Heather and her team were amazing to work with. She created beautiful arrangements for the church and reception as well as designed how our tables would look. Her choice of floral materials was perfect and the wedding bouquet she created was just magnificent and perfect for the bride. Heather's pricing is very fair and I especially appreciated how she employed tactics to not waste money or materials without me even asking!

I am in LOVE with my wedding flowers! Heather and her team are just amazing. We discussed matching my flowers to the wedding venue mural, and a dark winter moody vibe… my god did she deliver! On the wedding day she was super efficient and timely! You are in such good hands with her! I loved my bouquet so much that I’m having it preserved. She is the best florist!

We hired Heatherly Event Design to do our flowers for our September 25, 2021 wedding. I wanted to incorporate gold and mercury glass candles in our reception decorations and asked Heather to accent them with low floral wreaths on the guest tables, a garland for the fireplace in the reception hall, a spray for the church and all the bouquets and boutonnieres. In addition, I asked her to accent the candles in the outside reception area with magnolia leaves. In addition, we hired Jennifer at Heatherly to do "day of" coordination. The Heatherly staff went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. When all was said and done, I was so thankful that we did not have to rely on family and friends to coordinate the details. Jennifer made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. Hire Heatherly! You will not regret it!

Heather is very talented and knowledgeable at what she does! She is professional but laid back and exudes a sense of confidence that makes you certain she knows exactly what she's doing. Her and her team are incredible and their communication is also top notch, which was a nice relief! Heather takes the time to listen to your vision and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone I know looking for florals and/or event design!

I remember my first conversation with Heather when I was still trying to decide on a florist. I knew within 2 minutes that I was going to hire her as our Event Designer for the wedding – this lady has the VISION. I explained to her our vision at a high level and she was off to the races – she knew exactly what I wanted and her recommendations were spot on. When I was starting to really stress about the small details, it was so helpful to have someone who talk through place settings, menu cards, welcome signs, etc. She understood my vision completely and that translated into the perfect décor for our wedding. At the last minute I decided that I wanted to add a bouquet just for pictures. With little direction from me, she put together the most beautiful bouquet – I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Everything was impeccable from the florals, to the bouquet, to the place settings that she helped put together. Thank you so much Heather & team – you guys were seriously so wonderful.

When I first saw my bouquet and the bouquets for my bridesmaids I burst out into joyous laughter. They were so beautiful and had the colors of purples that I had chosen for my wedding. Heatherly was within my budget and I got everything that I needed including boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen and wrist corsages for our mothers. My bouquet lasted for a couple additional days after the ceremony. We had 4 bridesmaids, 4 groomsmen and 2 junior bridesmaids. We also had greenery for the fireplace.

I hired Heather as my florist, and immediately wished I could go back in time and hire her to help me with my whole event. She is fantastic. I had no idea what I was doing, and she went above and beyond to help turn my chaotic ideas into something that was beautiful and elegant, but still full of personality. Heather is patient, meticulous, thoughtful, but most of all, is a gifted artist. It was such a joy to work with someone who clearly loves what they do, and I wish I had another event to plan just so I could work with her again. 10/5 stars. You'd be an idiot not to hire her.

Heather was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us during every step of the way even when we didn't realize we were missing things. She is an amazing florist and helped our ideas turn into reality. Would recommend her to anyone!
