I can only give the highest praise to Ashlyn and Layton for making my wedding a beautiful and stress-free day. I remember asking Ashlyn in Fall 2022 to help me plan and execute my May 2023 wedding as I noticed how thoughtful, thorough, and kind she was in everything she did. Layton is her right hand man and went above and beyond to ensure my wedding day sound/music was working. Ashlyn and Layton have also coordinated another wedding my husband and I attended recently and everything was executed perfectly. They continue to perform their services to the best of their abilities which not only makes them the best kind of support for an engaged couple looking to have a wonderful wedding day, but demonstrates that their quality of work continues to improve and will meet any couple’s wedding needs. Working with Ashlyn and Layton was so so great! We hired them for day-of-coordination for around 100 person wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Chapel Hill, NC. They were amazing day-of and truly so helpful in the whole planning process, from trouble shooting our timeline, providing guidance for how we wanted the ceremony to go, and communicating with all of our vendors. They were responsive, kind, professional, and our wedding day was truly seamless because of them! The best part was how perceptive they were and stepped in to help with any problems that arose. From day 1 working with Ashlyn I knew i would have no problem entrusting her with my wedding day. She is professional, detail oriented, she thought of things that never would have crossed my mind, and she is so easy/fun to work with. I like to have things under my own control, and she never gave me a reason to doubt her ability to turn my wedding wishes into reality. My wedding day was truly the best day of my life and my husband and I both attribute most of that to Ashlyn and Layton. She didn’t burden me with the fires she had to put out on my wedding day and she stayed calm, proactive, and just on it alllllll day. 10/10 will forever recommend.

Helped coordinate a 200 person wedding. Could not have been better. Few things happened and were taken care of immediately; also things we didn't even know about! Everything was perfect. I got married October 12, 2024 and decided around July I needed someone to help with the wedding timeline. Simply Smith was on top of communication for the months ahead over the timeline, the parents precessional, the bridal party, the decor, everything. They attended the rehearsal and guided everyone on their part. We even had a last minute change we wanted with the officiant and they communicated to make sure it was how we needed. On the day of Layton and Ashlyn helped tremendously! They helped decorate and set everything up exactly how I wanted it. I even had a couple things I was unaware needed to be assembled and they were quick to make sure it got assembled. This duo worked phenomenal and went above and beyond my expectations for wedding day!
