Carla & her team were amazing! We booked the month-of coordinator option, and it was SO helpful during the last month of planning when everything is coming together! She was extremely responsive and helped think through every single detail. Her timeline & communication with vendors was incredible! We were so relaxed going into our wedding knowing Carla was there to take care of things. She is exceptionally organized, efficient, and thoughtful! We could not recommend Perfect Peony Events enough!!

Marano Events handled our day-of coordination flawlessly. Tiffany kept everything organized, managed vendors, and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. We were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding day!

My best friend had her wedding and was obviously worried but infinite memories came out and was flexible, understandable, calm, collected, insightful and made it as easy as possible. We needed scissors Kristen had them, we needed a lint roller, Kristen had it. I would highly recommend her for anyone. Amazing job girl

I cannot say enough good things about Christina and Kristy! They responded to my many questions in a timely manner, and went out of their way to make sure my wedding day was everything I had ever dreamed. With all her experience, Christina knew what questions to ask vendors to make sure I was getting the best deals in my contracts. Kristy helped me to visualize my wedding by creating the room layout when my venue manager failed to do so. During the wedding day, they both made sure that I was not bothered with questions from vendors, and that everything ran smoothly. It was honestly the best day ever and I'm so glad that I got to work with them!

We had Lydia Foster as our day-of coordinator. She truly did an amazing job going above and beyond with a venue that she had never seen before. She showed up to our final walkthrough, had great questions and made sure we had everything ready for her for the big day. When it came to the wedding day itself she did an amazing job coordinating the times and all of the different people involved in the wedding. We would 10/10 recommend Lydia to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator.

I had the opportunity to work with NS Weddings for my reception, specifically for content creation, and it was such a great experience! Nida was incredibly kind and made sure to capture everything we wanted. She stayed by our side the entire time, making the process feel so effortless. The deliverables were absolutely beautiful — she created amazing reels and videos that we’ll cherish forever. Memories are built through great experiences, and Nida helped us capture those moments in a way that feels timeless, easy to relive, and always brings us joy. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to preserve their special day in the most stunning way possible!

Debra was the perfect coordinator for our special day! She is exceedingly professional and makes thoughtful recommendations based on her expertise. Her orientation to detail and thorough planning process (think: personalized wedding day timelines for each vendor & careful contract management) gave us the confidence we needed to sit back and enjoy our special day without worrying about a thing. She was extremely cost-effective, too - I feel so lucky to have come across her on WeddingWire, and so grateful that she was available for our special day! I cannot speak highly enough of Debra's work :)

The team at Sweet Roots are the best florists I could have asked for. I originally planned on using fake flowers to save money for our wedding, but upon meeting owner Madison at a wedding expo I was instantly drawn in by her caring and calm demeanor. She went above and beyond to cultivate the “love story meets garden party” image I had in my head while being mindful of my budget. She had lots of great ideas, was quick to respond to questions, and had a wonderful enthusiasm - you can tell she cares deeply about her customers. A few days before the wedding we decided to move the ceremony indoors due to weather forecast, and she didn’t blink an eye when I asked if we could repurpose the ceremony florals from their original plan to climb up the wall at the indoor ceremony space. The result was beautiful, and I received SO MANY compliments on all her floral pieces. Highly recommend this team to any bride

Working with Heather was a big help for us. She is extremely experienced and seems to know everybody in the business in the Triangle area, so that saved us a ton of time looking around for vendors. She quickly matched us with vendors who were just perfect for what we were looking for. At the very last minute, we realized we'd forgotten to get table numbers and stands, and Heather literally drove to Michael's on our wedding day to get some. And she seemed completely unbothered - just handled it!
