When I started to plan our wedding I knew 1 thing only - I need a good planner. Kelsey was recommended to us from family, and after our 1st conversation I never looked back.
The amount of times my husband and I said “ask Kelsey” or “call Kelsey” and she was there for us every time. Our wedding day was BEAUTIFUL, I had NO STRESS, she worked so so well with our other vendors, she packed up our entire venue into the car while we partied away.

Kelsey is an amazing wedding coordinator! She's honest, a great communicator, and great at solving problems before they happen. She not only kept our wedding stress-free for us, but added more fun to it and made us feel like movie stars!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As the bride, I stood there with not a single ounce of stress during my wedding day because I knew that Kelsey and her team understood exactly what we envisioned for our special day. She cared for every detail with so much intention, even the sweet and simple things, like taking Polaroid photos on her own for us to keep forever. Her presence brought peace, confidence, and joy to every part of our experience.

We are thankful for the way she managed and reviewed every vendor contract, how she stayed invested in reminding us of every invoice and important deadline. The behind the scenes work she carried out with our venue was also truly remarkable. So much of what made our day seamless came from the effort she poured into details that many people never even see. Her dedication allowed us to simply be present and enjoy every moment.

We cannot say enough beautiful things about Kelsey. She was, and will always be, a blessing for us. Our wedding party and our family members who had the opportunity to see her work her magic throughout the planning process and on the wedding day still talk about her incredible organization, her warmth, and her amazing people skills, even two weeks after the celebration. Kelsey is the kind of planner who turns a wedding into a once in a lifetime memory, and we are endlessly grateful for her.

If you want to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and intentional wedding day - Kelsey is the way to go. I can’t stress this enough - Kelsey made our day 10000x better than it would’ve been without her. She allowed us to be present on our day and to focus on each other and our guests. To name a few highlights, she handled the nitty gritty of set up, directed the flow of the evening, vendor communication, and even assisted with tear down. Leading up to our wedding, she got all of our vendors in order, made sure we had every box checked, and went above and beyond to relieve our stressors. Our wedding party and family loved working with her and mentioned how great she was as our go-to person. I could go on and on, but Kelsey is truly the way to go!!!

My now husband and I came into wedding planning with no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Kelsey was so reasonably priced and helpful! She kept reaching out to check in and find out if we needed anything. She provided ideas and decorating tips. She even made sure we were taking care of ourselves while keeping our vendors on schedule and guests where they should be. She was absolutely amazing and I would 110% recommend her to anyone getting married.

Kelsey was AMAZING! I booked her at the start of my wedding planning journey! Even in moments that I was not reaching out to her she checked in on me to see if she could help with anything to make my life easier! She was very organized and was on top of contacting all my vendors to make sure everything was lined up perfectly! I had a couple vendor cancellations last minute and she helped me remain calm and find new ones that I was just as excited about! She was very affordable and completely exceeded my expectations! I cannot recommend her enough!

Tova was the Day of Coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely phenomenal. She made sure everything went smoothly, all with poise and grace. She worked absolutely nonstop all day! I could not recommend her enough!!

Our experience with Kalos Coordinatoring (Kelsey and our day of coordinator, Kenisha) was excellent through and through. From the earliest conversations we had with Kelsey, we knew that we were in good hands. Kelsey and Kenisha were responsive to questions, professional, caring, and so considerate of our vision and our needs throughout our wedding planning process. I was married on 12/14/2024. I am beyond grateful for Kelsey and Kenisha. Kelsey was beyond helpful during the planning process and our scheduled check ins always made me feel better. Kelsey was always available to help me with ideas and logistics. Kenisha was there on the day of my wedding and I could not have done it without her. These ladies are talented, professional and easy to work with. Having them there during the process made me feel much more comfortable. So happy to have had them there for my wedding ❤️

Kelsey was an absolute dream as our wedding planner! From the beginning, she was an incredible communicator, staying on top of every email and text. Kelsey also brought so much to the design and decoration of our wedding space. Her creative ideas made the venue feel personal and unique to us. She went above and beyond—even getting up on ladders to bring our vision to life. We brought all the decor, she brought her toolkit, and she and her assistant made everything look beautiful. On the day itself, everything flowed perfectly thanks to her and her team.
Working with Kelsey was worth every penny, and we genuinely never thought we’d be able to afford such an incredible planner. She made all our wedding dreams come true, and we know the day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Our only regret is that we don’t have another wedding to plan with her!
