When I started to plan our wedding I knew 1 thing only - I need a good planner. Kelsey was recommended to us from family, and after our 1st conversation I never looked back.
The amount of times my husband and I said “ask Kelsey” or “call Kelsey” and she was there for us every time. Our wedding day was BEAUTIFUL, I had NO STRESS, she worked so so well with our other vendors, she packed up our entire venue into the car while we partied away.

She was so encouraging of our ideas and helped the wedding to go exactly the way we wanted it. It was the perfect mix of personalized and organized. Truly cannot say enough good things about working with Kelsey. Throughout the entire process, she was knowledgeable and helpful—and willing to answer any questions I had. There was so much we didn't even realize we didn't think about and she made sure nothing got missed. She had her eye on the ball. As our wedding day got closer, she jumped in and helped handle most of the vendor coordination. Day of, everything ran perfectly on time and smoothly. Her team worked very well with our vendors and venue to make sure set up and break down was smooth. -

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As the bride, I stood there with not a single ounce of stress during my wedding day because I knew that Kelsey and her team understood exactly what we envisioned for our special day. She cared for every detail with so much intention, even the sweet and simple things, like taking Polaroid photos on her own for us to keep forever. Her presence brought peace, confidence, and joy to every part of our experience.
We are thankful for the way she managed and reviewed every vendor contract, how she stayed invested in reminding us of every invoice and important deadline. The behind the scenes work she carried out with our venue was also truly remarkable. So much of what made our day seamless came from the effort she poured into details that many people never even see. Her dedication allowed us to simply be present and enjoy every moment.
We cannot say enough beautiful things about Kelsey. She was, and will always be, a blessing for us. Our wedding party and our family members who had the opportunity to see her work her magic throughout the planning process and on the wedding day still talk about her incredible organization, her warmth, and her amazing people skills, even two weeks after the celebration. Kelsey is the kind of planner who turns a wedding into a once in a lifetime memory, and we are endlessly grateful for her. -

Kelsey was AMAZING! I booked her at the start of my wedding planning journey! Even in moments that I was not reaching out to her she checked in on me to see if she could help with anything to make my life easier! She was very organized and was on top of contacting all my vendors to make sure everything was lined up perfectly! I had a couple vendor cancellations last minute and she helped me remain calm and find new ones that I was just as excited about! She was very affordable and completely exceeded my expectations! I cannot recommend her enough! -

Our experience with Kalos Coordinatoring (Kelsey and our day of coordinator, Kenisha) was excellent through and through. From the earliest conversations we had with Kelsey, we knew that we were in good hands. Kelsey and Kenisha were responsive to questions, professional, caring, and so considerate of our vision and our needs throughout our wedding planning process. Kelsey helped us to form a seamless schedule and Kenisha made our wedding day so stress-free as she thought of (and took care of!) EVERYTHING. I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating highly enough! Kelsey was an absolute dream as our wedding planner! From the beginning, she was an incredible communicator, staying on top of every email and text. Her pre-wedding meetings kept us calm and reassured, always making us feel like we were on track. When we felt overwhelmed by all the details, Kelsey was there, organizing everything like a true wedding planning counselor. It was so clear how much she genuinely cares about each couple she works with.
By the time the wedding weekend arrived, Kelsey stepped in with full confidence. During our rehearsal, she handled every detail so seamlessly that we felt completely at ease. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because Kelsey had it all covered, and her calm, organized presence gave us, our parents, and our bridal party total confidence. She kept everything on schedule, and from that moment on, we knew we could fully relax and just enjoy the celebration.
Kelsey also brought so much to the design and decoration of our wedding space. Her creative ideas made the venue feel personal and unique to us. She went above and beyond—even getting up on ladders to bring our vision to life. We brought all the decor, she brought her toolkit, and she and her assistant made everything look beautiful. On the day itself, everything flowed perfectly thanks to her and her team.
Working with Kelsey was worth every penny, and we genuinely never thought we’d be able to afford such an incredible planner. She made all our wedding dreams come true, and we know the day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Our only regret is that we don’t have another wedding to plan with her! If you’re looking for a planner who’s organized, caring, and will go the extra mile to make your day perfect, we HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Kelsey!! -

I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey and Kenisha with Kalos Coordinating, LLC for my June 29th wedding at the Grandover Spa & Resort. These ladies did a phenomenal job from the time of inception through the time of execution. They took the time to meet with me several times prior to the wedding to assist me with my vision and even made several suggestions when I felt stuck. Kelsey and Kenisha were present (and patient) during the rehearsal and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, they delivered and brought my vision to life the day of the wedding. They worked great together and kept everyone (meaning me) calm and relaxed despite all my anxiety. They were just spot on and so accommodating, and I am really grateful to have worked with them on such an epic day. Oh, and I really appreciate how they packed and returned all my wedding decor in the manner presented to them. The vendors and my wedding party sang their praises as well. I would definitely recommend using them in the future from a small and intimate setting to grand scale. -

Kelsie made our wedding day run so smoothly! She came and helped set up the day before and did many things that most coordinators do not do. She went above and beyond and made everything beautiful! A few things that went wrong, like the air conditioning going out for a bit at our venue, I did not even know until after the wedding because Kelsie got it fixed without saying a word and made sure to make the day as relaxing for my mom and I as possible. Very thankful for her care and attention to detail! She is a calm and warm personality while juggling many tasks! You may ever spot her in the dance floor during some down time :) so fun! You won’t regret hiring her! -

I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating enough! Kelsey helped with making my day exceptional and as stress free as one can be on their wedding day! She was attentive and paid amazing attention to detail. With a bridal party of 26 (13 bridesmaids and 13 groomsmen) one might expect there to be at least one hiccup, but no. She made sure everything went smoothly and really helped bring my vision to life. She listened to what I envisioned for timing and the overall feeling of the wedding ceremony I was aiming for. She spoke and directed with authority but also kindness, which was essential in guiding a wedding party of such magnitude. She went out of her way to make a plate of food for my husband and I after the ceremony - it’s that kind of consideration that we appreciated from Kalos Coordinating. She’s also the sweetest person and will absolutely go out of her way to make you feel like your wedding is in the best of hands. BOOK HER!! -

Kalos Coordinating made my special day run so smoothly. She had everything covered from making sure we had food to getting all the groomsmen lined up correctly. She met with us before the wedding to go through specifics and our vision for the day and asked specific questions that I didn’t even think of. She took all of the stress away and made it the best day ever! -
