Simply Amazing!
As the MOB I would definitely encourage you to hire Vivian. From the beginning she jumped through hoops to ensure our girls wedding was perfect. She is timely, efficient, personable & extremely thorough. Vivian thought of every single detail which made the wedding day enjoyable for me. When I tell you to hire her, I mean it. She's the Best!

Dream Team all in one body
Vivian was the best money we spent for our wedding! She was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times, helped me sleep easy and feel reassured before the wedding, and kept everything running smoothly and made sure our wedding day was perfect. Her energy is calm and focused and she ensured that every person was aware of their roles and she was aware of anything we needed. She went above and beyond and our day could not have happened without her, truly! If you want a perfect wedding, get Vivian on your team. You won't regret it. She's a dream.

Vivian and her team were a dream!
Vivian and her team were absolutely amazing! I had an outdoor, at home wedding which took an incredible amount of effort and coordination. Throughout the wedding planning process, Vivian was always there to give a recommendation, advice, or pep talk. On the day of the wedding, Vivian and her team took the lead in assembling the space beautifully. They took special note of what I wanted and made it happen without a hiccup. Having Vivian there on the day of my wedding took so much stress off me and my family. This woman knows weddings and LOVES what she does! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planning or coordinator.
