About this venue
Starlight Meadow is a rustic, vintage-style wedding venue located in Burlington, North Carolina. They pride themselves on their elegant, country charm and Southern sophistication. Couples can choose from multiple outdoor ceremony sites and a beautiful barn for their reception. Starlight Meadow offers turn-key wedding packages to ensure your special day is everything you dreamed it to be.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this elegant venue. For your ceremony, you can say your “I do's” underneath a romantic gazebo, in a picturesque field, in the enchanting woods with stone arch, or in a rustic barn. The staff will provide 40 white benches for your guests to sit on as you exchange your vows. They feature two beautiful barns on their property, including their reception barn which boasts a dance floor from the Hotel Hershey. There’s an outdoor cocktail area right outside their wooden doors adorned with twinkle lights, as well as a fire pit perfect for toasting s'mores. The natural landscape will serve as your backdrop throughout your big day.
Services Offered
The Full Service Venue includes chairs, tables, white linens, benches for the ceremony, setup, cleanup, and venue staff with all rentals. They have an extensive list of top vendors that can provide any service needed. Guests are allowed to used outside vendors for no additional charge. There’s plenty of on-site parking complete with a parking attendants for your guests, and a golf cart shuttle service. They also have an extensive list of overnight accommodations nearby. History
The owners, Jeremy and Sarah enjoyed their first dance together as husband and wife at the old barn at Starlight Meadow. Since then, they've hosted many special moments for couples from all over North Carolina. They love what they do, and look forward to giving you a personalized tour of their venue.

On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond helping with cleanup, moving decorations from the ceremony site to the reception area, and taking care of so many small details that made the day run smoothly. Holly was especially amazing, making sure the groom didn’t see me before the ceremony and ensuring that we were getting exactly what we envisioned.
Overall, our experience at Starlight Meadow was truly unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our day.

Starlight Meadow is a unique venue for the Burlington area. It is open and lovely and spacious. Besides, Jeremy and Sarah are wonderful owners/managers of the site. They're fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I've officiated at multiple weddings there and am always impressed by how a couple can transform the space of the barn into a setting that is unique to them. And it's a treat to be in an outdoor NC location that is comfortable in the summer. I laud Jeremy and Sarah for their passion in creating this memorable NC celebration space.
