What an awesome expeience - I was the mother of the groom, but helped my daughter - in -love as much as i could from the beginning to the end, since her Mother is from another country and arriving the week of the wedding... Jeremy and his crew (shout out to Holly!!) were extremely helpful from begining to end. Anything we needed, they were on it and with a smile on their face. The venue is absolutley beautiful and the extra amenites and little touches they offer are spot on! We also worked with Johnnys bartending services and can i just say WOW!! Nancy was a God send for me! I am ocd and since i wanted everything just right, i thought i was going to have to take care of everything myself, BUT - she stepped in, put my mind at ease and took over! The food and beverage containers (non -alcoholic) were always full and everthing looked clean and tiday at all times. She and the Starlight Meadow staff had everything packed away and ready to load up at the end of the evening. I highly recommend both Starlight Meadow and Johnnys bartending services! The Dream Came true
Starlight meadow.. where do I begin? Starlight meadow is the gold standard. First off, the venue was extraordinary beautiful and well kept. Secondly, Jermey was extremely respectful and immediately felt like family. He was such a help in coordinating food, drinks and overall well being for guest and family. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and answered anytime of the day. Third, the team helping was incredible. They all showed servant leadership and were super friendly towards our guest All of our guest told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. If we could give 10 stars we would. 10/10 Recommend Starlight Meadow
We highly recommend giving Starlight Meadow a chance as the venue for your wedding. We got married there this October, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Jeremy, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, always answering our questions quickly and thoroughly.
On the day of our wedding, the staff went above and beyond helping with cleanup, moving decorations from the ceremony site to the reception area, and taking care of so many small details that made the day run smoothly. Holly was especially amazing, making sure the groom didn’t see me before the ceremony and ensuring that we were getting exactly what we envisioned.
Overall, our experience at Starlight Meadow was truly unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our day.Starlight Meadow's reply:

Venue for daughters wedding
The venue is versatile. They have several options for your ceremony. Jeremy and his team were amazing. It was easy from booking to wedding day! I’ve never had a wedding I’ve attended go so smoothly! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting for our son’s wedding! The farm was absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They were so helpful, courteous, and attentive—handling all the details, setup, parking, and even providing golf cart rides to help guests get to each location. Their organization and kindness made the day stress-free and unforgettable. Highly recommend! Jeremy and his staff were top notch. 10 out of 10 stars!

The BEST Venue Ever!!!
Jeremy and his team were so amazing!! We had first met with Jeremy in January and our wedding was in August. After that meeting before we even decided to have our wedding there, Jeremy was nice enough to send me a list of vendors he thought might help with our wedding. Jeremy and his team are so professional and everything was so perfect the entire day. His communication with us was amazing, anytime I ever had a question he message me back quickly. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! All of the ceremony sights are beautiful as well as the barn. They also have corn hole boards which kept my husband and his groomsmen entertained all morning as well as our guest after the ceremony. We had the absolute best time ever and we really enjoyed all of the help from Jeremy and his staff. We loved working with Jeremy, he is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Thank you again Jeremy and staff so much for everything. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and we couldn't have made it happen without you and your team!Starlight Meadow's reply:

Starlight Meadow was everything we'd dreamed of and more!! Jeremy was AWESOME and helped us with everything the entire year and a half of planning! We even had a little snaffu with an outside vendor and he stepped in and fixed everything for us just days out from the wedding! His suggestions for catering and the horse carriage and florals were all perfect and we couldn't be happier! It was an amazing experience and on the day of everyone was super kind and helpful! Jeremy and staff are EXCELLENT to work with. I had such a good feeling on our first visit to the venue, and a large part of that was due to Jeremy's friendliness and clear familiarity with how to throw a great wedding. He is always respectful and willing to help in every way. Some of our vendors even gave us special discounts because they love working with Jeremy so much. Could not recommend Starlight Meadow more highly! -

Starlight Meadow-THE BEST
Starlight Meadow is the most beautiful, versatile, magical, and accommodating, venue anywhere on the East Coast! From the very first inquiries until the last item was loaded into the truck after the wedding, Jeremy has been like family! When we first met 2 years ago, he said "I specialize in solving problems!" Who would have thought he would have to help us navigate this pandemic environment, new vendors, and a hurricane- but he did and we ended up with the most wonderful weekend ever for our daughter and her groom. Jeremy made us feel special with each meeting, and truly listened with patience and genuine excitement to our vision. His professionalism and flexibility in the face of challenges reassured us, and our weekend was simply wonderful. He worked carefully with our vendors to make it the best day ever! Starlight Meadow has been beyond anything I’d imagine when it comes to venue and customer service. From the moment I inquired about having my wedding there, I have received the best customer service, quick follow up and even been given “the answers” to how to plan a wedding there with best advice, vendors that have performed well and suggestions on decor that fits with my wedding theme. Jeremy feels like someone I’ve known for years; he listens to my ideas and gives me advice on how his team can make that happen for my wedding. Did I mention the venue?! Absolutely breathtaking from the moment you pull in through the white picket fence, pass by the old rustic yellow truck in the field and pull into the entrance to the main walkway. It’s something you’d see in a magazine for “dream wedding venues.” Immediately when my fiancé and I arrived, we already knew we were intrigued by the service. But, upon arrival we were so quick to say yes to Starlight Meadow and set our wedding date! 100% recommend this venue. Great communication, staff available at every turn; clean; incredible options for ceremony site and back ups for weather. All inclusive, no hidden charges. Extremely flexible with changing plans and working within guidelines we had to accommodate during re-opening phases. Highly, highly recommend! -

As mother of the bride and this being a destination wedding Jeremy and his staff at Starlight Meadow were awesome. Jeremy helped me with finding a hotel for our friends and family, a caterer, a photographer, and a carriage service. We had a great time. The staff was so helpful and was right there for our every need. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. They made sure everything went off without a hitch..
they tended to every small detail, worked with the Caterer, with their set up. The Carriage company when they arrived. All the small details were worked out and the stress was taken off me.. Jeremy was very easy to work with and a pleasure to work with during this important time in my daughters life.. We have a very happy bride and groom.. Thank you Starlight Meadow and your staff!! This venue is beautiful. We fell for it as soon as we arrived. Jeremy was so easy and great to work with and made us feel like family. And you can’t beat the value. Best decision we made in terms of vendors. It’s a huge place, but it’s flexible. You can do a huge party or a small one like we did and still get good use of everything. -

My daughter was married at Starlight Meadow this past weekend. It was beautiful from start to finish. The venue was perfect, and we took full advantage of all of the space. Jeremy and his staff were great and easy to work with. They are very accommodating. The ceremony site was in front of the beautiful stone arch and we decorated the gazebo for pictures. Reception was in the pole barn and on the patio, while dinner and dancing were in the barn. At nightfall, the lights inside and outside the barn were stunning! Highly recommend this venue! -

My husband and I had such an amazing wedding at Starlight Meadow, the weather was perfect and everyone had a blast. The owner Jeremey will literally work with you through anything you need. He is wonderful and the venue staff is great as well! The sunset over the field is breathtaking, my guests were over the moon. We danced the night away and even made s’mores at the little fire pit they have, it was the perfect fall wedding. Thank you so much Starlight Meadow for being a part of our big day! -

Perfect Barn Venue
If you're looking for the perfect barn setting for your wedding, look no further. Starlight Meadow presented us with everything we were looking for and ended up being the only venue we visited. From the moment we stepped onto Starlight Meadow's property we were welcomed and shared lots of laughs with the venues owner, Jeremy. He was available for all of my silly questions leading up to the big day and always responded promptly to emails. He made my husband and I feel like our wedding day was going to be special right off the bat and he and his staff did a wonderful job ensuring the perfection we had dreamed of. The venue itself is rustic, clean, and unique - not too much decor is needed because of the views of the NC sky and surrounding pasture. We surprised all of our Northern family with a ceremony in the middle (or at least that's what it felt like) in the woods, followed by cocktails, appz and games in the pull barn and a night of food, dessert and dancing in the main barn. There are many ways to configure your celebration and Jeremy will give you a variety of diagrams and maps to help assist you with planning. My family is still raving about the location, venue and staff and I'd recommend Starlight Meadow to everyone looking for a laid back, beautiful atmosphere. Thanks to Starlight Meadow my day was perfectly imperfect! -

Judy Sent on 07/12/2018Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was looking for a venue that was private, convenient, and casual, and Starlight Meadow more than met all of that criteria. Pros: It lends itself well to a more laid back event, but can be dressed up enough for a more formal wedding; the layout was easy to setup for a DJ, buffet and bar; the price also included a rehearsal time, which was not included in some other venues I looked at; great bathrooms and bridal room; from my first inquiry until we left the parking lot after the wedding, Jeremy always answered my calls or emails promptly and went out of his way to make sure I had any information or help I needed, and all of his staff were excellent. Cons: Can’t think of a single one.

He welcomed us with open arms and helped us with our entire wedding. From recommending other venders, letting us come to the venue on the drop of a hat, to helping set up and clean up. Loved that they provided tables, chairs, linens, and benches. They even have ice on location just in case! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor barn wedding. -

Kristina Sent on 11/07/2013I cannot say enough good things about Starlight Meadow. Jeremy and Sarah (the owners) are absolutely amazing. They always responded to emails cheerfully and thoroughly and made sure they answered all of my questions. Sometimes responses took a few days and I have impatient tendencies - hence the 4.5 on responsiveness. They were awesome to deal with prior to the wedding. The staff that they had working the day/evening of the wedding were WONDERFUL (Including Jeremy and Sarah!)! They made sure everything got done, people were happy and everything was in it's place. It rained most of day prior to the ceremony and they even wiped down all of the ceremony benches so people wouldn't have wet bottoms! Thank you Jeremy and Sarah for providing the PERFECT location for my wedding.
If you are having any hesitations about choosing Starlight meadow for your wedding venue, visit them. You will have your mind made up when you pull into the driveway! -

From the moment we drove up, my husband and I knew we'd found our wedding venue! The property is gorgeous and I love that the barn is old and rustic and still has history and charm.
I cannot rave enough about Jeremy and his team! He was so awesome about everything! Very helpful, super attentive, and great at communicating and responding. He went above and beyond when it came to making everything work out exactly how I envisioned it. From escorting our grandmothers on his golf carts to setting up the venue and ceremony site with rentals and the dj...he just handled every obstacle we threw at him while still being the nicest guy around. -
