As the MOB I would definitely encourage you to hire Vivian. From the beginning she jumped through hoops to ensure our girls wedding was perfect. She is timely, efficient, personable & extremely thorough. Vivian thought of every single detail which made the wedding day enjoyable for me. When I tell you to hire her, I mean it. She's the Best! -

Vivian was amazing! She is so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She took away much of our (&our parents') stress in the wedding planning process. Vivian went above and beyond for me. She was always there to answer our questions or concerns and make sure everything worked out every step of the way. I don't know how it would have been without her!! Highly recommend her. (And her assistant was great too) -

Vivian exceeded expectations with her wedding planning and especially on the day of the wedding. She knows exactly who to reach out to for any big or small thing and if they can’t do it, she takes the initiative by completing the task on her own!
She brings so much energy in person, and makes you feel excited about everything. She made sure my family and I felt comfortable about everything that was going on and being planned throughout the entire process.
Something especially important, Vivian always answered my call or called me back immediately no matter my question. She effectively talks through it and gives suggestions to ensure you’re comfortable.
Vivian makes sure your special day is perfect and she gives it her ALL and that is more than I could ask from anyone.

Nothing short of amazing
I absolutely could NOT recommend vivian enough! She is WONDERFUL. And i truly mean that with every ounce in my being! Vivian not only treats her clients with respect and dignity, but also treats them as family. I never once felt like just a paycheck and some vendors believe me, can make a bride feel that way during the planning process! Vivian was always quick to respond, no matter the time of day. She is super flexible with any needs or requests you had. I chose to hire her for the month of package which i absolutely recommend but also recommend hiring her for the full planning timeline. If i knew any better i would have from the get go! Even if she was hired for the month of she definitely stepped in and helped way before. She sent several tips and timelines to go by that were so helpful. Most of all she kept me calm and confident on the day of the wedding especially. There was a time right before the wedding where i was stressed 24/7. She offered to call me or meet up for coffee just to chat things through. Things i forgot or didn't bring she had and it took the biggest weight off of my shoulders. Any problem i had she fixed. She took time out of her day to come help me decorate the venue early in the day snd added such a special touch to everything. I could truly truly go on and on about how wonderful Vivian and her assistants are but that would be as long as a book. I truly am so thankful for vivian more than she will ever know. I highly recommend her for any event planning you have. You will REGRET IT if you don't! The thing that breaks my heart the most is that i will never get to have her as my wedding planner again LOL now that the wedding is past. I want to hire her for every event i ever have. Maybe i will throw a huge party for my dogs LOL just to be able to hire her for my planner. Lol! But seriously Vivian is amazing point blank period!!! -

Vivian went above and beyond everything I could have hoped or imagined for my special day. She was extremely responsive to all of my silly little questions and held my hand every step of the way. She was so kind, organized, and knowledgeable about the industry. Her preparation and planning made me feel at peace for the day to come. The day of Vivian and her assistances executed perfectly, not a SINGLE fluke or issue happened. An absolute dream for a bride. We had a wedding party of 24 people and Vivian didn’t blink an eye. She can handle every personality type and situation. Vivian was on top of any and every detail day of and coordinated flawlessly. I would recommend her to anyone that asked and could not have asked for a better planner. -

Vivian was absolutely amazing! We hired Vivian for both wedding planning and as our day-of coordinator and could not have been happier with her. We planned our wedding from another state, so Vivian was our "on the ground" helper. She sat in on all our Zoom meetings, helped communicate with all our vendors, and was always responsive to our questions and communication. Vivian was so organized and helped me to stay organized through the craze of wedding planning from another state. Her checklists and reminder emails were incredibly helpful! Vivian was always there for us with good advice, a great pep talk, a positive and willing attitude, and excitement. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and is great at it. On the day of our wedding, Vivian's team was incredible. We had a little hiccup with another vendor the day of our wedding, but Vivian handled it subtly and gracefully without my even knowing. It allowed me to enjoy my day totally and completely. Even after the wedding, Vivian worked hard with us and this vendor to make sure we got a partial refund after the events on our wedding day. Overall, Vivian and her team helped us to create the most special and beautiful day. Down to each little detail, Vivian's help, advice, organization, and inventory of decor made for an absolutely perfect day. Having Vivian there for us allowed my husband, our families, and me to enjoy the day without stress. Whether you need help with just wedding day coordination or full wedding planning services, you cannot go wrong with Vivian! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and is truly the best of the best! -

Best Decision You Will Make!
Vivian is a rare gem. She cares so much about the couples that she works with. When deciding between wedding planners, I chose to go with the one who felt like they genuinely wanted the best experience for my fiancé and I. That person was Vivian. She went above and beyond to make sure our day went according to plan. We hired her for partial wedding planning and she was able to help us pick the best vendors, while creating a timeline where the smallest details did not go unnoticed. She not only did everything a wedding planner was supposed to do, but did things out of the kindness of her heart to help our day be truly special. If you are looking for a wedding planner with passion, great communication, and someone who feels more like family than someone you just hired, Vivian is the wedding planner for you! We can not recommend her enough! Thank you Vivian for making the best day of our lives one to remember for years to come! -

Vivian was incredibly helpful and attentive in planning my wedding. She made the whole process so easy all I had to do was show up! Vivian and her team are the people you can count on to be in your corner! As a bride, I cannot begin on how reliable and efficient Vivian was and how she brought our wedding vision into reality. She coordinated all of our wedding vendors with perfection and went above and beyond in her efforts to help me and my bridesmaids. She even managed to fix some of my dress issues I was having merely a couple of hours before my wedding! I can happily say that I had no worries during my rehearsal or the wedding and it's all thanks to Vivian. Brides of NC - work with Vivian! -

Vivian was the best money we spent for our wedding! She was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times, helped me sleep easy and feel reassured before the wedding, and kept everything running smoothly and made sure our wedding day was perfect. Her energy is calm and focused and she ensured that every person was aware of their roles and she was aware of anything we needed. I loved having Vivian as my wedding planner! The day of my wedding went so smoothly with her there. I was a bit stressed about the fact that my wedding cake had to be picked up and then transferred to a cake stand. My husband picked up the cake and Vivian helped with the process of moving the cake to the cake stand. My wedding cake turned out so beautiful, and I’m so grateful for her help in making that come together so smoothly. In the reception area, Vivian beautifully decorated the tables for guests and my tables for the cake and guest book. My decorations were pretty simple but I really appreciate Vivian’s ideas such as filling up glasses of champagne on the guest tables and placing the bridesmaids’ bouquets on the cake table. These details went a long way in making the reception area look so beautiful. I am so glad that I had Vivian at my wedding rehearsal and coordinating the day of my wedding. As a bride you will not appreciate until the day of your wedding how important it is to have someone coordinating all the aspects of your wedding day! I highly recommend choosing Vivian to help you with planning and coordinating your wedding! -

Vivian was amazing!!
Vivian made us feel great during the planning process, it was easy and fun. She was excellent in her communication, and delivered amazing results. We had a wonderful wedding and pre-wedding party and without Vivian I’m not sure what we would have done. Thank you for everything you’re amazing and I highly recommend Vivian to anyone planning an event/wedding. -

Vivian made our special day go so smoothly. She went above and beyond at every level. She decorated, she picked up things from vendors, she escorted guest if they needed help, she supervised. She has the best attitude and things magically happened. I highly recommend her.
