Rachel was the BEST! She made my day go soooo smooth. Anyone can tell she really cares about her brides. She is so helpful and thinks of all the details, and she’s also firm and assertive with all of the guests and vendors to make sure the day goes as planned. I cannot thank her, Matt, and Mia enough.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Planning a wedding comes with a million little details, and somehow Rachel managed to keep all of them moving without ever making us feel like there were a million little details!

What impressed me most was how she handled problems. Things would come up, as they always do with an event this size, and Rachel would simply take care of them. Half the time we didn't even know there had been an issue until later. She was calm, organized, incredibly easy to work with, and always seemed to be one step ahead.

On the wedding day, we were able to actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about schedules, vendors, or what needed to happen next. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

If you're planning a wedding or event and want someone you can trust to quietly make everything work the way it should, I can't recommend Rachel enough. Five stars without hesitation.
