Rachel was the BEST! She made my day go soooo smooth. Anyone can tell she really cares about her brides. She is so helpful and thinks of all the details, and she’s also firm and assertive with all of the guests and vendors to make sure the day goes as planned. Where do I even begin?! Rachel was truly such a blessing throughout our wedding planning process and on our special day! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our wedding day run smoothly. As a bride who can be a little indecisive and had quite a few last-minute changes, I appreciated how patient, understanding, and flexible she was with me. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much and always reassured me that everything would come together. I trusted her completely with our reception decor, and she brought my vision to life so beautifully! I also want to give a huge shoutout to her team! Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our wedding day. They worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything was taken care of, and we truly appreciated all their efforts! Having Rachel and her team there allowed my husband and me to be fully present and enjoy our wedding without having to worry about all the little details. I am beyond grateful for their kindness, patience, hard work, and dedication. You can truly tell that Rachel cares about her couples and loves what she does! Rachel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Planning a wedding comes with a million little details, and somehow Rachel managed to keep all of them moving without ever making us feel like there were a million little details!
What impressed me most was how she handled problems. Things would come up, as they always do with an event this size, and Rachel would simply take care of them. Half the time we didn't even know there had been an issue until later. She was calm, organized, incredibly easy to work with, and always seemed to be one step ahead.
On the wedding day, we were able to actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about schedules, vendors, or what needed to happen next. That alone is worth its weight in gold.
If you're planning a wedding or event and want someone you can trust to quietly make everything work the way it should, I can't recommend Rachel enough. Five stars without hesitation.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, stop scrolling and hire Rachel Martire. I truly cannot stress this enough: she is top-notch and the singular reason our wedding day was, without exaggeration, the most perfect day. We recommend her 1000/10!
From our very first meeting, Rachel brought instant clarity and calm. About a month out from the wedding, she took over absolutely everything. I could simply text her a question or a request, and she would make it happen. She efficiently contacted all our vendors to get everyone aligned and on the same page. Her crowning achievement was the AMAZING, by-the-minute timeline she constructed, which served as the flawless backbone for the entire event. Her unparalleled organization lifted a monumental weight off our shoulders, allowing us to just enjoy the journey.
On the wedding day itself, Rachel was an absolute rockstar. She was there whenever I needed her—a calming presence and source of immediate reassurance—while simultaneously managing every vendor interaction with such precision that I didn't even see half of them! She ensured the ceremony started exactly on time, managed the flow of the cocktail hour flawlessly, and made sure every single detail, from the florals to the final touches, brought our dream aesthetic to life. She simply fixed every issue before it ever reached our ears.

I have known Rachel since we were kids and even after many years and many states apart. I didn’t hesitate to choose her as my wedding coordinator for my big day. We planned together despite being multiple states and time zones apart. She is a true professional and will go up to bat for her brides to assure a perfect wedding day. She truly cares for fulfilling every vision and is the perfect middle man between vendors to assure the bride and groom aren’t overwhelmed with questions.
