My experience with Carla and Perfect Peony Events was excellent. I was planning a NYE wedding in Charleston remotely, so there were a lot of challenges in figuring out how to get everything set up perfectly. Carla is incredibly professional, assertive and action-oriented, which is everything you need in a wedding planner. I used the partial planning service. I had already set up most of my vendors, but it was helpful to have her input through the year as small things came up. Once we got to about 6 weeks out we were chatting pretty regularly and she was always available for consult. I think she was managing several weddings during this time, but I always felt like a priority when I reached out with questions and she always helped with whatever I needed. All my vendors appreciated her clear communiction style. On the day of she set up our venue perfectly, and handled all the minute details. When we got back to our room that night, I was so pleased to see the collection of things we had left around the venue and completely forgotten about like my ceremony shoes, our cake, all of our gifts, etc! She doesn't forget a single detail.

There is so much I could say about Carla. She was there the entire way. She gave me recommendations, helped me solve any problem that came up and made the planning process so much easier. I literally could not have done this without her. Our wedding was so beautiful and everything we could have imagined, and that is because of her! If you’re thinking of booking her as your wedding planner, just do it. You will be so happy that you did.

Carla and Sarah were simply incredible. From the initial consultation to the final dance, they handled every detail with such grace and professionalism. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day knowing everything was in their capable hands. We can't thank them enough for making our wedding day perfect!
