I cannot recommend Summerfield Farms enough! The team goes above and beyond to create a seamless planning process and wedding day. I absolutely loved every team member we worked with. By the end of the wedding process they were like family to us. They ensure everything is flowing behind the scenes so the day of is just as you imagined.

This was one of the most phenomenal experiences I have ever had! The entire staff and all the vendors were wonderful to work with and made our day extra special. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this venue and team for any wedding or events you have in mind! We had the most memorable wedding!

I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding. It was an absolute dream! From first booking the venue to day of the wedding, the staff at Summerfield Farms was such a pleasure to work with. Macie was amazing about always being available and answering questions. The venue is also absolutely stunning. My ceremony was at the branch and the reception was at the Pole Barn and it was absolutely gorgeous. I got so many compliments that it was the best wedding venue people had ever been to. Thank you Summerfield Farms for being so amazing!

We had the absolute best day celebrating our wedding at the Pole Barn! Macie was so great during the whole process. With not being from the area, she helped recommend our rehearsal dinner location and everyone loved it. We went with Summerfield for our bar + Alyssa was SO great to work with too. Everything about the day was so perfect + I wouldn't have changed a thing. We chose the branch for our ceremony + the photos turned out SO amazing. We are so grateful for Macie + Summerfield Farms. We can't wait to come back and visit!

I do not even know where to begin because Summerfield Farms was the most perfect wedding venue we could have asked for. From the gorgeous venue space, to the getting ready houses, to the market where we got souvenirs to remember our wedding day/venue, to the property having enough houses so our entire family could stay on property together.

Venue: the most stunning venue I looked at. I fell in love online, the rooftop bar for cocktail hour was one of the selling points, in addition to the gorgeous ceremony site, and the reception tent. We got married at the Little Tree, and had our reception at the main barn, and there is no other way to describe it other than extraordinary. We took our pictures out by the Little Tree, and they came out STUNNING. Then the Little Tree itself was the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony, along with the most elegant dark oak chairs which truly added to the space.

Fast forward to the reception, we did cocktail hour on the rooftop, which was the PERFECT start to the party. Our food stations were located in the barn, and 1618 (in-house catering) prepared our perfect menu and we got SO many complements from our guests on our food. Finally we moved to the reception tent where the rest of the night played in perfection, we had cornhole, a dance floor, and casino games, and the space could not have been more perfect.

Planning Process: I actually miss my Summerfield crew as I got to talk/meet with them frequently throughout my planning process, and they are the kindest people. (Special shoutout to Macie Tremble, you are incredible and an absolute gem of a human) Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond. When I had a request, they were eager to try to make it happen for me. And, I owe them for pretty much all of my vendors. When I first met with them, they gave me a lot of suggestions, which I ended up booking with them, and I had the absolute best team of vendors on my side.

Overall, to summarize:
Summerfield is a STUNNING venue.
The support you will receive from the staff is top-tier from the day you send an inquiry to even after your wedding, they will hype you up on your instagram photos you post lol.
The houses you get ready in on property are insanely nice and VERY spacious. I had a group of 15 girls getting ready, plus 4 hair and makeup girls, plus my husband's family who was staying in the house all weekend all there with us and it did not feel cramped at all. We had so much room, and it was nice to be able to move around and spend the day relaxed and comfy.
The Main Barn has my heart, with the amazing rooftop bar for cocktail hour.
1618-on-Location helps you create your perfect menu and prepares it even tastier than you could have imagined.
Alysa and the bar team make the BEST drinks. Our signature cocktails were an espresso martini and an old fashioned and they were PERFECT.
This was truly the wedding venue of our dreams, and we have received SO many complements from our guests saying how beautiful it was.

Do yourself a favor and have your wedding at Summerfield!

Summerfield Farms (and Macie specifically) were so amazing! Growing up in Summerfield, I always knew I wanted to get married here and they did everything to make my dreams come true.

If you are looking for a barn style wedding, I’d highly recommend. You can come on the property as much as you want throughout the process and they truly make everything so seamless on the wedding day, with a curated team to get you whatever you may need (they brought my husband cornhole boards for him and his boys!)

Truly, I would do the day over and over again because of how easy Summerfield Farms made the process.

We love Summerfield Farms! Everyone we worked with from our inquiry to the night of our reception was very kind and professional. In particular, Macie, our Client Care Coordinator, was a pleasure to work with! She was quick to respond to emails and always had an answer (or two). We had the good fortune to host my daughter's wedding at the Summerfield Farms pole barn in October of this year. From start to finish, it was an extraordinary experience.
When we first discovered the venue online, we had a feeling it might be something very special, and wow, were we ever right. Everything about the wedding was more than we could have asked for. In looking through the photographs today, every single image is enhanced by the setting and scenery. This isn’t by accident. Their team's care and attention to detail was evident everywhere we looked. We particularly appreciated that we were able to make the space reflect our daughter and new son-in-law. It was a lot like them: a little bit rustic, but very elegant, quiet, but joyful, open, and inviting. The hanging ladder, lighting, and drapery made the inside elegant, and the donkey, cow, games, and tree swing made the outside feel like a family picnic. I’m not sure how one place can evoke so many different feelings in one event. I suspect it may be a little bit of magic, but I know it is also due to a lot of hard work.
If you are looking for excellent service and a remarkable venue, you can't go wrong with Summerfield Farms.
