Pinehill Pavilion is a wedding venue located in Youngsville, North Carolina. Just 15 minutes from Raleigh, this is a romantic and elegant building with a serene and rural environment in which to tie the knot. For owner Gina Hill and her husband and venue manager Eric, this space is a dream come true. After selling their previous business, they built the pavilion on 160 acres of farmland in order to host weddings for couples throughout the Research Triangle. They run the Pinehill Pavilion with two of their three children, inviting couples onto the spacious and picturesque property to celebrate life’s most precious moments.

Facilities and Capacity
The 8,400-square-foot barn is surrounded by woods and sits on a carefully-constructed courtyard next to two acres of a tranquil pond. Designated ceremony areas throughout the grounds were chosen for their beautiful views and intimate settings. A wooden arbor is provided by the venue so that couples can say their vows underneath an arch draped with flowers. The large pavilion is perfect for reception dinners and dancing, and is decorated with chic accents and luxurious chandeliers. Other lighting fixtures include vintage lanterns and candelabras, which add to the romantic ambiance. The venue is equipped with a kitchen prep room, bar with sliding doors, and ADA accessible bathrooms. Two get-ready cottages are available for wedding parties to prepare for the big day and socialize with loved ones. These steepled cottages are furnished with hardwood floors, large windows with flowing curtains, and breathtaking chandeliers.

Services Offered
Rental of Pinehill Pavilion comes with 12 hours of access to the property and comprehensive services to make couples’ big days as stress-free as possible. The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who will assist with preparations, coordinate with vendors, and assist with running the ceremony and reception. The staff also provide tables and chairs for 200 guests, hi-top cocktail tables and seating for a cocktail hour, and a grazing tray. The venue also provides access to the bar and bartending staff, as well as cocktails and other beverages. They can recommend vendors for food, additional bar services, full event planning, and decorations. Venue staff, including parking attendants and setup and breakdown crews, are provided. This family-owned business is excited to share their space with couples looking for a romantic escape in which to wed. They are happy to work with soon-to-be-newlyweds every step of the way to ensure a fun-filled and unforgettable day.
