Pinehill Pavilion is a wedding venue located in Youngsville, North Carolina, conveniently only 15 minutes from Raleigh. Surrounded by a serene rural landscape, this venue provides couples with an idyllic setting in which to tie the knot. For owner Gina Hill, Pinehill Pavilion is a dream come true. Following the sale of her previous business, she meticulously crafted the pavilion amidst a 160 acre pine forest in order to create an enchanting haven for couples to unite in marriage. Together with two of her three children, Gina Hill oversees Pinehill Pavilion, inviting guests to celebrate life's most treasured milestones amidst the expansive and picturesque grounds.

Facilities and Capacity
The pavilion, spanning 8,400 square feet, is surrounded by lush woods and sits on a courtyard adjacent to a scenic two acre pond. Scattered throughout the grounds are stunning ceremony spots offering multiple unique options and picturesque views in each one. Couples have the option to exchange vows beneath their choice of one of 12 arbors provided by the venue. The spacious pavilion is adorned with elegant chandeliers to provide the perfect ambiance for dinner and dancing. With large glass doors spanning each side of the venue, couples have gorgeous views of the property at every turn. The property is covered with twinkling lights that truly make you feel like you've stepped into an enchanted forest. The venue is fully equipped with amenities including a prep kitchen, a bar with sliding doors opening to both the pavilion and cocktail patio, and is ADA accessible. For wedding parties, two charming cottages are available. Beverages and a grazing tray are provided in each cottage, to ensure a welcoming and cozy place to relax on the morning of the event!

Services Offered
Rental of Pinehill Pavilion comes with 10 hours of access to the property and comprehensive services to make wedding days as stress-free as possible. The venue comes with a venue manager who will assist with set up and ensure that the venue is operating at its highest standard for each event. Setup and breakdown crew, bartenders, and parking attendants are also provided to assist throughout your event. The venue includes tables and chairs for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for up to 250 guests, though we happily welcome guest counts up to 400. All beverages are required to come through Pinehill's exclusively partnered beverage service, The Burly Bartender. Pinehill also presents a list of highly distinguished and trusted local vendors as well as providing the flexibility for you to bring your own. Additionally, Pinehill offers wedding planning services, decor, and other exclusive rentals available to take your event to the next level.
