Absolutely Amazing Experience

We chose City BBQ to cater our wedding and it was truly the best decision we could have made. We had the pleasure of working with Mariam Ahmad, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was responsive, accommodating with every request, and genuinely cared about giving us the best possible experience.

On the wedding day, the City BBQ catering team was outstanding. They were professional, polite, and did an excellent job serving our guests while making sure everyone was well taken care of.

And the food... absolutely phenomenal!! It somehow managed to be even better than our tasting. We received compliment after compliment from guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had.

We are so thankful for everything Mariam and the City BBQ team did for us, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding catering.

Flexible, Delicious, Made life easy on wedding day!

City BBQ was flexible when a recent wedding we had together was nearly postponed due to an emergency. Not only that, but they were responsive leading up to the wedding, and the team that showed up took excellent care of the couple and their guests. Excellent service throughout the planning experience and the day. Plus the food was delicious!

Outstanding service!

Mariam helped coordinated the catering of our wedding reception. Staff had good communications, excellent service, and friendly staff. Smooth process of setting up and tearing down.

City BBQ was phenomenal catering my wedding! Mariam Ahmad the sales manager was responsive, accommodating, insightful, flexible, and easy to work with. The food was tasty and so many of our guests praised us afterwards for the selection of food. I would recommend City BBQ as a trusted and dependable caterer for wedding receptions.

Rehearsal Dinner

From start to finish City BBQ was excellent, and our contact, Mariam, was extremely professional and helpful. We had the majority of guests coming to the wedding from out of state or traveling over 2 hours to the wedding. The bride and groom wanted the rehearsal dinner to be a buffet in which people could come and hang out and socialize with them and a relaxed atmosphere before the wedding. Mariam worked with us from providing information and working with us to solidify the details - from delivery, to how many servers we wanted if we wanted any, to where to donate leftovers. The night of the rehearsal dinner was perfect. It was the most stress free evening and exactly what we wanted for my son and his soon-to-be wife. The food was laid out, constantly replenished, and tasted great!!! There was enough options to accommodate a couple of food allergies we had to juggle too. The gentleman who acted as our server was nice, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole evening!!

Who doesn't love BBQ

We love City BBQ, so having them at our wedding was a big win for our wedding. The catering coordinator was quick to respond to all of my questions, and she worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator. The buffet set-up was ideal for our venue and vibe, and the day-of staff were friendly and so helpful with all of our guests. We would highly recommend City BBQ if you want your guests to be well fed and happy with food options at your big event!

Awesome Service & Delicious

People couldn't stop raving about City BBQ catering that we had at our wedding in June 2025. It was delicious & we have 0 complaints! We planned our wedding in under 4 months and Mariam was super flexible and made things seamless!

Great Communication

We had our daughters rehearsal dinner booked with city bbq. We were in constant communication with Mariam and she was always quick to respond. We had to change our menu last minute for some additional picky eaters and she accepted the challenge and made it work. The team was nice and efficient. All the guests loved the food.

Highly recommend City BBQ

City BBQ did an excellent job for our wedding. The food was amazing and the staff were super nice and fantastic. Some things get missed sometimes and it’s ok, City BBQ took care of us. Check them out. Thank you City BBQ!!
