When I say this venue was amazing I mean it! From the looks to the cleanliness, to the welcoming atmosphere, Gina and Brooke sure did make this event worth every penny! I will be doing more events. Inside was amazing and the Back patio was gorgous. Great lighting everywhere and safe fun for everyone!Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

Pinehill was great to us. We had such a good time, and so did our guests. Facilities were clean, well-kept, and the staff members were equally as impressive. Communication was easy via email, and always prompt and thorough. We appreciated how attentive the day-of venue coordinator was on the wedding day too. Maddy, the venue manager, is awesome. Pinehill Pavilion is a beautiful venue. There are many options for the ceremony. The bridal suite is beautiful. I delivered cakes and cupcakes to this venue and never had any issues. Parking for guests and vendors is very convenient.Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

Beautiful Venue with amazing staff
This wedding venue is absolutely beautiful. We have worked with them for several events that we have catered and set up grazing tables. They are highly organized as well. They have space to accommodate all of the wedding parties needs and more. I highly recommend.Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

As a wedding photographer, I absolutely adore Pinehill Pavilion. From start to finish, the team at Pinehill Pavilion is professional and takes care of their couples. The venue itself is a dream space. The bride and groom suites are stunning - perfect for photos! It's so nice having everything right on the property. Pinehill Pavilion was the prettiest venue we found! It was very clean, open and the grounds are beautiful. There are several places to choose from for the ceremony and the venue was perfect for our guests. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very helpful and easy to work with. The bridesmaid's cabin and the groomsmen's cabins were stunning. It was the perfect place for the party to get ready for the big day. Our daughter was able to have the wedding of her dreams and we were able to sit back and enjoy! Good job Pinehill!! Thank you!! -

As a Hair and Makeup Artist, I absolutely adore this place! It is so beautiful and breathtaking. The bride and groom cottages are a literal dream. Literally anything you can imagine in a bride and groom suite it is in there. I wish the Pinehill Pavilion was open when I was getting married because it is stunning and has so many different options on where the ceremony can take place. It was my honor to have officiated a wedding recently at Pinehill Pavilion. I was impressed by the beauty of the venue as well as the multiple ceremony sites available to couples for their ceremony. The staff did an exceptional job and even though it was my first opportunity to officiate at Pinehill, the evening flowed together as if we had done many weddings together already. Having worked with many of their regular vendors before in other settings, I was impressed by the quality of the vendors that work there frequently. I recently had my wedding at pine hill Pavillon and From the moment, me and my wife saw the venue we loved it. It was the first venue we went to check out and our last. It’s a beautiful venue and the staff is great, Regina, Maddie and lisa and the team made us feel welcome, always polite and professional, they where always there when we had a question, I couldn’t ask for more they went above and beyond to make our day feel special. Wonderful venue! We held our ceremony and reception at Pinehill a couple of weeks ago and their staff, setup, and beautiful space could not have been better! Amazing all around!
We really couldn’t have had a more amazing wedding! First, the grounds were BEAUTIFUL! And the inside of the venue was absolutely stunning! We used Franklin as our wedding coordinator and he was perfect! He made sure we stayed on time for everything and everything was running smooth! The bridal and grooms cottages were phenomenal and they made sure we never ran out of snacks or champagne haha. But honestly they helped us with so much and everything was perfect, our big day could not have been more perfect thanks to the people at pinehill!Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

Our team photographed a wedding at Pinehill Pavilion and we were amazed with the space. This venue has everything you need, a getting-ready space, along with several options for the wedding ceremony, and plenty of space for your guests during cocktail hours. This is truly a special place!

Must get married here!!
As a photographer Pinehill Pavilion is one of my favorite venues to work with! Not only do they have an absolutely gorgeous venue to host your wedding at but the staff is incredible. They are so kind and always go above and beyond to make their couples feel special! They have also carefully thought out every detail of the venue. From the getting ready rooms to their gorgeous reception hall... each part of their venue is beautiful. I highly recommend Pinehill Pavilion!!Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

My husband and I got married here a week ago and it was absolutely perfect. The staff at Pinehill Pavilion was responsive, flexible, and helpful whenever we had questions leading up to the wedding. The grounds and cabins are well kept and the refreshments for the bridal party were wonderful! The power actually went out during our dinner (due to a transformer issue that was not within the control of anyone at the venue) and they got out floating candles and adapted as needed for us to continue on schedule. The power returned halfway through dancing and everything was great! Additionally, the staff handled a lot of day of details (including the sendoff logistics) and that was most excellent. I did not once feel panicked about the day going awry thanks to God's provision and the hard work of everyone involved.

Amazing Venue and Staff
My catering company, Capital City Chefs, recently catered a wedding at Pinehill Pavilion. At first I was instantly blown away by the beautiful landscaping and then I walked inside the venue…..
It literally gleamed…. Everything was so white, elegant, pristine and just Gorgeous!
The bathrooms were beautiful and well stocked. The catering kitchen was great. It had a nice prep area, stove and refrigerator.
Then we met the family who owned the venue and they were all as kind and helpful as they could be.
They offered our staff non-alcoholic drinks like soda, lemonade and coffee throughout the evening.
My Husband and I loved working there and so did our staff. I know that I can confidently refer any Couple who is searching for the perfect venue to Pinehill Pavilion.Pinehill Pavilion's reply:

I recently hosted a 400-person wedding at Pinehill Pavilion. I cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was from the moment we toured the venue to the very end. The facility both indoor and outdoor is stunning, the decor was beautiful. They had a spacious layout that accommodates bigger weddings. The staff went above and beyond for us. I was so happy to that they were flexible to allowing us to tailor the wedding to our traditional cultured way. Special shoutout to Jazlyn who made our day unforgettable! -

I knew that our wedding day would be beautiful because this venue is just stunning! What blew us away was the service of the staff at Pinehill. From our planner, Franklin, that was extremely focused on making sure our day went without a hitch, to the other venue coordinators who made sure we had everything we needed to stay comfortable before, during, and after our event.
