On the wedding day itself, Sasha was nothing short of amazing. There were several moments where I found myself internally panicking, trying to remember everything that still needed to happen. Every single time, Sasha’s calm presence made it feel like she had everything completely under control. She somehow knew exactly what to say at exactly the right moment, helping me stop worrying about the details and refocus on what really mattered: that I was about to marry the love of my life. Those little moments meant more than I can express.

She also handled everyone else’s questions and concerns throughout the day, allowing us, our families, and our wedding party to simply enjoy the experience instead of fielding constant inquiries. Her assistant even smiled and said, “Everything is going to be Smooth Sailing,” and honestly, there couldn’t have been a more perfect description of the entire day.

Behind the scenes, Sasha orchestrated everything flawlessly. The setup was exactly as we had envisioned, and everything looked absolutely beautiful. She kept the entire day flowing effortlessly, making sure we stayed on schedule for photos, our entrance, our first dance, and every other important moment. We could not have pulled any of it off without her expertise.

I also loved that we could schedule as many (or as few) meetings as we wanted, so the process always felt tailored to us. She had creative ideas for staying within budget , yet also keeping our day of vision very true to us and what our goals were for the wedding. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator for our April 2026 Wedding in Corolla, NC. The moment we met Sasha her fun, bubbly personality captivated us and we knew she would be an astounding addition to our vendor team. As we approached the wedding day, she went above and beyond to ensure the execution was flawless. Most importantly she put my fiancé and I at ease. On our wedding day I felt the calmest id felt in the last 6 months of wedding planning because I knew Sasha was going to handle everything confidently and with grace. We'd hire her over and over again and can’t recommend her enough.

I came in with a Pinterest board and ideas, and she helped refine everything into something even better.

Her knowledge of the Outer Banks wedding community was invaluable, and her vendor recommendations were spot on—every single one delivered flawlessly.

On our wedding weekend, she handled a very windy situation without missing a beat, including suggesting during our rehearsal that we switch ceremony sides based on wind direction so my hair wouldn’t be in my face the entire time. Such a small thing, but it made a huge difference and is such a perfect example of how she thinks ten steps ahead.

On wedding day, Sasha and her assistant absolutely crushed it. They handled everything behind the scenes—from setup to vendor coordination to making sure family, wedding party, and guests all knew where they needed to be and when—so seamlessly that we never once had to think about logistics. Everything just ran.

Because of Sasha, we were actually able to be present the entire day. We trusted her completely, and if anything went wrong, we never knew about it. She kept everything running smoothly and on time so everyone else could just enjoy it.

She is kind, fun to be around, professional, and incredibly capable. After working together for 16 months, we truly feel like we gained a friend.

We got married at the Pine Island Lodge this May of 2026. Originally upon beginning to plan over a year ago, we thought about trying to execute the day on our own. To cover our bases, we still set up a few planner meetings (originally to solidify our confidence that we could do it on our own) before meeting with Sasha and quickly realizing one, that we HAD to have her and two, it's really a whole lot more than you expect even for a small event and choosing her as a month of/day of coordinator was the best decision of our wedding. Sasha made herself available if we had any questions the year leading up, then showed up in full force a month before to make sure we had everything covered. The day of our wedding, I swear we didn't even see them as they were working diligently behind the scenes to execute our vision. As in, they were there and everywhere but needed NOTHING from us which was huge. Our day turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and truly appreciate all of Sasha's expertise and professionalism. We love her and would encourage everyone to absolutely lean into a planner, but more importantly lean into SASHA! A friend for life, too!
