Sarah and Madeline captured our day so perfectly, I truly do not have enough good things to say. From the start of wedding planning, choosing a photographer who would be able help us relive our special day over again was a top priority and we got exactly that.

Sarah made not only us, but our bridal party and family feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was also so efficient with time! We felt that we could truly enjoy the day from start to finish with the bonus of photos we will cherish forever.

The photos themselves are more than I could imagine. Looking at them feels like I am right back in the moment. The lighting, the posing, editing.. I could go on & on. Sarah absolutely knows what she is doing and is extremely talented. If I went back to square one and started from scratch, I would choose Sarah again in a heartbeat.

On top of this all, she got our sneak peaks back the next day & our entire gallery just a few weeks after. If you want timeless, beautiful photos that take you back to your wedding day, you should 100% invest in Sarah!!

I am a local wedding officiant and have worked with Sarah many times at weddings. She’s so fun and creative yet also very professional. As a vendor I have noticed her being super quick with having sneak peek photos ready by the next day after the event. She shares them with the other vendors that worked the wedding as well. That is an amazing turn around time to be able to have something to immediately look back on and for the couple to share on socials. Her sister who works along side her is equally talented and wonderful! I cannot recommend them enough!

From our engagement session to our wedding day, Sarah and Madeline captured the moments that truly mattered. Every photo tells a story with the smiles, laughter, and quiet in-between moments feel so alive that we get to relive the day every time we look at them.

Their talent, patience, and eye for detail made the entire experience feel effortless. Working with them as a sister duo was absolute perfection!! It truly felt like we were surrounded by friends, not just photographers. Their calm, joyful energy put us completely at ease, and the memories they captured are ones we’ll treasure forever. We can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

We got married in July in the OBX! It was hot..really hot, but Sarah and Madeline made sure we got all the pictures we needed in a timely manner. The photos were STUNNING and I am so happy we went with Sarah! She really did capture the most special moment of our life with our loved ones in the perfect way. I will cherish them for the rest of my life. We also got to do our engagement session with her which was really helpful since we could meet her ahead of time. I am so thankful. Thank you Sarah!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah and Madeline for our wedding at The Black Stallion, and we cannot recommend them enough! From the very start, they were calm, cool, and collected, which was exactly the energy we needed on such an emotional day. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Each moment was captured so beautifully and vividly. Sarah was the first vendor we booked...before we were even engaged! We just knew there was no better match for us. When she shot our engagement photos, we knew we had made the right choice! Not only was she super chill, but the photos were absolutely STUNNING. We truly could not pick one for our save the date...so we ended up having two!

My husband and I were on our mini moon as we looked through our wedding album for the first time, and we were able to relive our perfect day all over again. We were SPEECHLESS. The way these sisters capture emotion is truly special and in a raw, natural kind of way. It has been so hard for us to pick "favorites" because there are just so many to choose from. As we slowly share the photos with friends and family, everyone is blown away by how "out of a magazine" they are. Not only are Sarah and Madeline unbelievably talented, but their presence was such a gift. They blended seamlessly into the day, made everyone feel comfortable, and put us at ease with humor when we needed it the most! I feel like throughout the wedding planning process they became friends of mine, and I will truly miss them now that it is all over.

If you’re looking for photographers who will not only deliver breathtaking images but also bring a sense of calm and fun to your day, Sarah and Madeline are the most perfect choice. They exceeded every expectation, we love them, and we’ll treasure their work forever.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Sarah and Madeline as our wedding photographers! From the moment they arrived, they brought a calm, kind energy that made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Their attention to detail was incredible — they noticed and captured everything from the big emotional moments to the quiet, in-between ones that we’ll cherish forever.

The photos are nothing short of stunning. Every shot — whether posed, candid, or of the ceremony and reception setup — looks like it belongs in a magazine. They truly understood our vision and perfectly captured the coastal feel we were aiming for. The light, the composition, the mood — it’s all exactly what we hoped for and more.

Sarah and Madeline have a real gift for storytelling through photography, and we feel so lucky to have had them as part of our day. We’ll treasure these images for a lifetime.

It is hard to find the words to describe how special Sarah and Madeline are. As a sister photography team, their talent is unrivaled and we will cherish their photos forever. Sarah managed to capture every moment big and small. Both were truly in sync the entire day. Our guests are gushing over the photos as well! Beyond their talent, Sarah and Madeline put everyone at ease whether they were camera shy or loved the camera. You spend quite a bit of time on your wedding day with your photography team, so picking someone you connect with cannot be overlooked. Sarah and Madeline were the best choice! Their energy was perfect and upbeat and they kept the wedding day running smoothly. I can’t imagine anyone else to have captured our special day - Sarah and Madeline are truly invaluable. Both on our wedding day in the outer banks and at our church ceremony in DC, Sarah captured photos that will stand the test of time and that we can cherish forever. This is true whether she has shot in the location plenty of times or never been to the venue before. She can capture the moments, big and small, from anywhere! Words, especially in one review, can’t capture how much she did for our wedding, and we are so thankful to her and Madeline.

Sarah was truly the perfect photographer for our big day. She struck the ideal balance between professional and fun-loving—keeping things relaxed while making sure every important detail was captured. Her eye for the shot is unmatched, blending high-end editorial style with the genuine emotion of the day.

I would trust Sarah with even the highest-stakes, most important moments—she has the talent, vision, and calm presence you want when it matters most. Our gallery was delivered promptly, and every image was more beautiful than the last. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Wow! Sarah and Madeline were amazing to work with. My husband and I are not super comfortable in front of the camera—but you wouldn’t know it in these shots! From the moment the ladies arrived in the bridal suite, they set my group at ease. They were extremely nice and professional while also being a blast to work with. Their work truly speaks for itself—the sneak peeks we’ve received alone are priceless. They are truly artists, and they captured our big day in a beautiful way that will withstand the test of time. Highly recommend to any bride in NC or VA!
