The professionalism and warmth that Rev. Jay brought to our wedding day were truly unforgettable. He is a professional through and through. He was the first vendor we contracted with for our wedding, and we could not imagine our day without him. He is thoughtful, kind, and an engaging person. I didn’t want our ceremony to end because he led it so well. We knew he was the choice for us after we both shed happy tears watching the videos on his website. We really appreciated his process of learning more about us. He provides helpful resources on his website to help you consider elements of your ceremony and choose the readings that best suit you. Having him take what he learned and hearing him put his thoughtful spin on it all was beautiful. Since I do not live locally to Rev. Jay, my first time meeting him was the morning of my wedding. He was as prepared as he said he would be, and he even provided ideas for us on the big day. We had a small wedding, and he included our parents in the blessing of the rings. They truly valued the chance to do that, and I am so happy he thought of it and ran it by me that morning. He kept us smiling, laughing, and crying throughout the ceremony. It was even more joyous than we could have dreamed of, and his uplifting words and sentiments will keep our hearts full forever when we look back on this day. He is the best and one of the most important choices you can make for your wedding. I am so honored that he worked with us. He really won us all over, and we will appreciate his part in our perfect day forever.

We can’t say enough good things about I Do OBX! We went with their turn key package, which included the venue, photographer, DJ, florist, and rentals — and every single part of it was amazing. They made the entire wedding weekend so easy and stress-free, which was such a gift. Mary was fantastic to work with and gave us great recommendations for our caterer and cake. We ended up going with Johanna’s for catering, and the food was incredible. Tony Joseph officiated our ceremony, and he was so thoughtful and made us feel completely comfortable through the whole process. The house we stayed in, Diamond on the Sound, was beautiful — clean, welcoming, and perfect for hosting everyone. If you’re planning a wedding in the Outer Banks, I highly recommend I Do OBX. They took care of everything and made sure our day was absolutely perfect!

She was the nicest person ever, very professional, and down to earth. She made my dream come true! We both really appreciated everything she done.

We personalized our ceremony and vowels and David delivered it perfectly. He read a poem I picked out for the occasion and left us with one less thing to worry about in wedding planning. I was so happy with our choice and loved how easy he was to talk to about the wedding ceremony. Thank you David!

Reverand David was very helpful througout the process of planning our wedding. He was very friendly and proffessional and provided a great deal of knowledge and ideas about the ceremony and location. We would highly reccomend Reverand David for any Wedding Ceremony. B&W Markquart

Dr Dave officiated our beach ceremony. He is friendly and super easy to work with. One of those people you can tell is just a genuinely nice guy from the first time you talk to him. Very glad he married my husband and I!!

Alexia was an amazing officiant for our wedding!!! She managed to roll with the punches with some minor ceremony errors on our end, but made it look like no error even happened. She was very open minded, I highly suggest her for any multicultural or even traditional wedding ceremonies. She managed to capture and perfectly relay the meaning behind the traditional Mexican ceremonies (arras and lasso) within our ceremony. She also took her time to get to know me and my husband. She asked a lot of questions like how did we meet. She made that ceremony to be very personal to us and overall beautiful! She also sent me vow templates and rehearsal day templates to assist us before the wedding day. She was kind enough to take my late phone call when I was so nervous for the rehearsal day! I have received a lot of compliments from guests about how our ceremony tuned out! My husband and I are very happy with Alexia’s service! We both highly recommend her!!! Shirley Anne was outstanding. She was helpful and flexible through our planning process from the moment we initially contacted her through the day of the wedding. She allowed us to be as creative as we wanted with the actual ceremony, adding her personal flare to make it perfect. The day of the ceremony she was in constant contact making sure we were ready, the weather was cooperating, and helping setup alternatives in case of poor weather. She really was the perfect officiant for my husband and I. She is fun and sweet and made it feel as if she had known us for years!

Barbara was amazing to work with! She made us feel comfortable and calm during our wedding day!
