I have known Cynthia for over 30 years. She recently officiated the marriage of my daughter, Emily, and her husband, Matt. It was a beautiful ceremony that really captured their vision. Cynthia is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her!

Ceremony By Cynthia has to be the greatest value for hiring a wedding officiant the Outer Banks has to offer. She is extremely flexible, very friendly and easy to communicate and work with. She never confused us, she didn't try to put any pressure on us about any of our ceremony details at all, and she was adaptable to any changes or updates that may have occurred during preparations for our event. She reached well beyond our expectations, as she helped us with securing venue locations for our ceremony and the rehearsal, and she also personalized our ceremony to ensure guests and honored loved ones were acknowledged. Her rates for services were very affordable, and I honestly believe we couldn't have sought a better person to help us manage our wedding! If they were the kind of thing you do over and over with your partner, we'd happily choose Cynthia for our officiant every time!

We had a small gathering of friends and family on the beach in Corolla! Cynthia led us through the perfect ceremony..she gave me alot of assistance in coming up with the perfect ceremony for us..she was friendly and very responsive. The cost of service was very reasonable and and she was worth that and more. My new husband and I highly recommend!
