We hired Naomi and her team for full planning and it was the BEST decision we made for our wedding - hands down! I came in with a very specific vision and her team not only understood it but brought it to life more beautifully than I ever imagined. Every detail was so thoughtfully executed and the vendor team that we were connected with all went above and beyond in more ways than we could’ve ever expected. Naomi kept us on track with our budget while always being honest and realistic, which my husband and I so appreciated because wow we needed the reality check for wedding budgets lol. The guidance, organization and detail oriented focus allowed us to actually enjoy the wedding day and the weeks leading up to it without stressing because we knew we were in the best hands. Her team was incredibly responsive to our many questions and they genuinely and very obviously cared about giving us the most perfect day. On the wedding day they were calm and so attentive to every single thing that it felt like having family there who we knew had our back. Naomi is an absolute gem. She has this quiet confidence about her and she never needs to oversell her experience because her calm demeanor says it all. Thank you Naomi and team for giving us the most stunning and joy filled wedding day we could’ve dreamed of, we’ll be forever grateful!!

When we met Steph, she described how her approach is to evoke a feeling that is inspired by your home and everyday life. Since that moment, we knew that both our wedding would be special, and that the planning process would be much more enjoyable than it would otherwise be. Steph used inspiration we shared with her of our home, favorite hotels around the world and vineyards to create a one-of-a-kind experience that was special for us and our guests. During the week before and day of the wedding, my family and friends kept asking me, as the bride, how they could help or if I was stressed. I repeatedly answered that I was not stressed because I knew Steph and her team had it covered. Even the decisions she made the day of the wedding to account for possible mud, cold and rain transformed the venue into something that had exceeded our dreams of the best case scenario. We are so incredibly grateful for Steph!

Hiring Ashley was the second best decision I made right after saying “yes” to my groom. From the very beginning, she was more than just a planner, she became a friend. She was always there for me, months before the wedding, with answers, ideas, and so much patience. On the wedding day, she handled everything with such grace and made our day feel truly magical. Her team was amazing, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I already miss her and can’t thank her enough for making our dream come to life. Brides do yourself a favor and hire Ashley. You’ll gain not just a planner, but someone who genuinely cares and makes the whole journey so much easier and more beautiful. 🩷

Where to begin, Marva’s work is perfection and she is also incredibly kind, calm and thoughtful. We got engaged at the end of 2019 and met with Marva in the beginning of 2020 to book/plan our wedding for May 2021 at Grand Isle in Great Exuma. Once the pandemic hit, Marva went above and beyond to help us plan & replan multiple pre wedding site visits as we all navigated the ever changing situation. We were finally able to visit Grand Isle in January 2021 and following our trip we made the tough decision to postpone our wedding another year. Marva was so understanding, helpful & compassionate as we worked through this entire process with the hotel and all our vendors. As we planned, I had an overall vision of the type of wedding I wanted, but I trusted Marva fully to advise on details to bring this to life. She did not disappoint. In fact, I cried when I saw the flowers because they were so stunning. Marva, her amazing team and vendor partners helped bring the day to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. Despite the rainy weather for our wedding day, every detail for our welcome party at Big Ds and the wedding was incredible. Marva considers everything, your individual styles and partners with phenomenal vendors to make the vision a reality. I cannot thank Marva enough, I put my trust fully in her and would highly recommend her to any bride or for any event.

ANA MADE OUR DAY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not to mention she has an incredible and professional team by her side! She gave us her time, energy, and effort always proving to us along the way that she cared about our day just as much as us! She went above and beyond for us and We could not be more grateful. Joni was my wedding planner for my 4/21/23 wedding and I only have good things to report. She is hands down one of the best. You can tell she cares about her brides and wants them happy. Joni is well-connected in the area and her reputation precedes her. She is kind, patient, and knows the business (venues, vendors, etc) inside and out. I was blown away by how beautiful my wedding turned out. She's got a fantastic team of planners and vendors and is super professional. Leading up to the day, she was always responsive and kind. Her assistant, Sonia, was extremely organized and prepared on our calls. Answered my many questions and followed-up with vendors as needed. She was fantastic on my actual wedding day- she ensured everything was taken care of, and her assistant for the day, Laura, was also wonderful (and very kind/patient). If there were any issues, I did not know about them or they were already handled. For your wedding (especially a semi-destination like mine), you want to have someone you trust who has the experience and professionalism, and Joni is your person. I still receive compliments to this day about how amazing the wedding was and how beautiful it was. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you to Joni and her team! Highly recommend.

Camila was the support I didn’t know I needed - part planner, part therapist, and somehow part mind reader. She always knew exactly what needed to be done before I even had the chance to stress about it. From managing vendors to solving last-minute surprises, she handled everything with confidence and grace (and somehow made it look easy). I honestly don’t know how people plan weddings without her - I barely knew how to plan dinner before she came along. If you’re getting married, just call Camila. You’ll thank yourself later.

We truly don’t know what we would have done without Jenna and the Ohana Events team! From day one, she made the entire planning process so easy and enjoyable. Our wedding was at Cuneo Mansion and Gardens in Vernon Hills, along with a church ceremony that hadn’t hosted a wedding in over 10 years — so there were definitely a few unique challenges to navigate. Jenna handled everything with such professionalism and grace, guiding us through new territory like an absolute pro. One of the best things about working with Jenna is that she let us be as hands-on (or hands-off) as we wanted. She was always incredibly communicative, quick to respond, and made sure we were consistently ahead of schedule — literally for over a year! Friends and family kept commenting on how “on top of it” we were, and that was all thanks to Jenna’s organization and attention to detail. Jenna was also extremely flexible with our busy work schedules, often meeting us late in the evening or on weekends to make things work. We already miss our coffee planning meet-ups with her — they became such a fun and special part of the process! We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful, detailed, and well thought-out our wedding was — every element flowed perfectly and our day-of timeline was a masterpiece. She thought of everyone involved — bridal party, family, vendors — and made sure every single person knew exactly where to be and when. I (the bride!) am notoriously 15 minutes late to everything, but this was the one day I was early… all credit goes to Jenna! Of course, no wedding planning journey is totally bump-free, but whenever anything came up, Jenna was right there to handle it calmly and find the best solution. I completely trusted her creative eye and modern touch, and often asked for her advice before making final decisions — her insight was always spot on. She also made vendor management a breeze. Jenna communicated with all of our vendors, handled the back-and-forth, and all we had to do was sign the final contracts. Even in the final month, when we made a bunch of small changes (adding hours to photo/video, makeup touchups, a new seating chart, etc.), Jenna managed it all seamlessly. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Choosing to have a wedding planner was the one decision I never regretted for a single second. A ton of our friends are getting engaged and planning their own weddings and it’s the first thing we recommend. Having someone like Jenna in your corner who truly cares about making your day exactly what you dreamed it would be is the best thing you can do for your peace of mind and overall happiness. While most couples are relieved when the wedding planning is over, we’re the complete opposite — we actually miss it! Jenna is not just an incredible planner, but also such a kind, supportive, and genuinely fun person to work with. We couldn’t imagine our wedding without her, and we recommend her to absolutely everyone. If you’re looking for someone who will keep you organized, stress-free, and actually early on your wedding day — Jenna is your person!
