Working with Premium Events for the past two years has been an absolute dream! From the moment we started planning, Meili was dedicated, attentive, and incredibly organized. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. One of the most memorable things regarding Premium Events and her team was their keen eye for detail and keeping us informed, calm, and stress free throughout the ENTIRE process. Every detail, from the vendor list, inventory list, seating chart, ceremony details, and perfectly timed schedule, was meticulously planned and executed. I remember one time where we were struggling to choose between two color / types linens and details and the Premium events team patiently walked us through the pros and cons of each, even creating mock-ups to help us visualize the options. Their creativity and dedication were truly remarkable. Meili was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and offer creative solutions. Her expertise and passion for her work truly shone through in every aspect of our wedding. I recall a particularly stressful week when we were dealing with last-minute changes from an item on our inventory list. Meili handled everything with such grace and efficiency, ensuring that we didn't have to worry about a thing. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful decor, seamless transitions, and overall ambiance. We received countless compliments on how magical and well-coordinated the event was, all thanks to Premium Events' hard work and dedication. Arlene was incredibly helpful during the very stressful process of planning an out of state wedding. She was on the phone with me for hours at a time to help me problem solve, contact vendors, and work on all of the infinite details that went into our wedding and reception. Her expertise was clear in how she thought of things I had not even considered or remembered to incorporate in the planning process. I was only in town for one day prior to the wedding weekend and Arlene spent the day with me and my parents tying all the loose ends - from the final dress fitting to visiting the venue - she was there for every step of the process. When the weekend of the wedding finally arrived the entire event ran flawlessly. Could not have done this without her.

As a television producer, I was especially picky when selecting a wedding planner. After working with Haydee for over a year on our large wedding, I could not have been happier with her service. Haydee's attention to detail is incredible, and, as a result, our wedding was executed perfectly. Absolutely nothing went wrong. Timing was to a 'T.' And I owe it all to Haydee. What's more, her calm and sweet nature carries through everything she does. Never pushy or judgmental, I always felt completely at ease with her. Haydee played a huge role in making our wedding beautiful, memorable, and the best day ever.

Amber and the Oh My! Occasions team were nothing short of amazing. We gave her less than a month to pull together our intimate riverfront wedding, and she somehow made it feel effortless. From our first conversation, I knew we were in the best hands. She thought of every detail and made the entire experience completely seamless. The day itself was a dream, even with a few unexpected hiccups, including my husband cutting his finger on a champagne bottle right before the ceremony. Amber and the chef immediately jumped in, patched him up, and still managed to get everything started on time. Somehow she kept the entire timeline perfectly on track without ever making us feel rushed. Amber has a gift for taking all the stress off your shoulders so you can actually enjoy your day. Everything she touches is beautiful, organized, and full of joy. If you’re lucky enough to have Amber available for your date, stop looking and book her. She’s truly the best.

We had Gabi for coordination and it was the best decision! She kept us kept us calm and on time during the craziest day! We are so happy to have had Gabi and her team with us!

Vicky and her team are truly incredible. She is professional, talented, and works within your budget. All the vendors she works with are also great and she is happy to work with new vendors as well. My husband and I were able to sit back and relax knowing that we were in good hands. Events by Ms. V exceeded my expectations and made our wedding day seamless and unforgettable.
