Working with Justine and the Avalinda team was an absolute dream. I first discovered Justine through social media—so many of the weddings I kept saving and admiring were consistently planned by Avalinda. I had a strong feeling our styles and sensibilities would align, and after just one phone call, I knew I had to work with her. I feel incredibly fortunate that she was available to collaborate with us. While Avalinda’s formal planning window begins three months before the wedding, Justine is a consummate professional and was always generous with her time throughout the year—answering questions, offering thoughtful advice, and helping guide decisions well before the official planning period began. She is a treasure trove of incredible contacts and impeccable taste, and I trusted her implicitly. I am an overly organized person, so I deeply appreciated the level of structure, precision, and care that Avalinda brings. No stone unturned, no detail overlooked. Once we entered the three-month planning window, we quickly fell into an easy, productive cadence of communication. Justine managed our many ideas, questions, and detailed visions seamlessly—and the spreadsheets alone made me swoon. Justine is clearly a seasoned veteran. She knows how to work with vendors, how to anticipate issues before they arise, and how to raise thoughtful considerations we might not have otherwise thought of. As we got closer to the wedding, a few inevitable stressors popped up, and Justine and her team handled everything with calm clarity—especially when navigating tricky vendor conversations and helping us understand what was truly an overcharge versus standard practice. I cannot overstate how valuable that guidance was. I’ve seen other brides refer to working with Justine as “bridal therapy,” and I can confidently say it’s true. She keeps you grounded, rational, and supported—without ever diminishing your vision. The wedding weekend itself was flawless. We had two incredible coordinators with us who supported our rehearsal at the welcome event and were fully on-site for the wedding day. They arrived before we did for bridal prep, handled every moving part behind the scenes, and allowed us to do exactly what you hope to do on your wedding day: enjoy it. There were a few venue-related hiccups that we only learned about later because the team handled everything so seamlessly. They even thought through details like loading rental items into our car and parking it appropriately so we wouldn’t incur overnight fees—details we never would have considered, but that made a meaningful difference. They also provided clear, thoughtful guidance around tipping and end-of-night logistics. I would get married again just to work with Justine and the Avalinda team (and to marry Chris all over again). Our day was truly magical, and we owe so much of that to their care, expertise, and calm presence. I cannot recommend Avalinda highly enough.

Where to begin, Marva’s work is perfection and she is also incredibly kind, calm and thoughtful. We got engaged at the end of 2019 and met with Marva in the beginning of 2020 to book/plan our wedding for May 2021 at Grand Isle in Great Exuma. Once the pandemic hit, Marva went above and beyond to help us plan & replan multiple pre wedding site visits as we all navigated the ever changing situation. We were finally able to visit Grand Isle in January 2021 and following our trip we made the tough decision to postpone our wedding another year. Marva was so understanding, helpful & compassionate as we worked through this entire process with the hotel and all our vendors. As we planned, I had an overall vision of the type of wedding I wanted, but I trusted Marva fully to advise on details to bring this to life. She did not disappoint. In fact, I cried when I saw the flowers because they were so stunning. Marva, her amazing team and vendor partners helped bring the day to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. Despite the rainy weather for our wedding day, every detail for our welcome party at Big Ds and the wedding was incredible. Marva considers everything, your individual styles and partners with phenomenal vendors to make the vision a reality. I cannot thank Marva enough, I put my trust fully in her and would highly recommend her to any bride or for any event.

Choosing Events on a Budget was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My planner, Daniella, was absolutely amazing — incredibly organized, attentive, and supportive from start to finish. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and was so easy to work with. No matter the question or challenge, she always had a solution or thoughtful suggestion, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The florist, Eudely, dedicated so much care and attention to bringing my floral vision to life, and the results were beyond beautiful. The team’s coordination and partnership with vendors was truly impeccable. On the wedding day, the entire crew was beyond attentive, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment without feeling an ounce of stress. I’m so grateful for this team and cannot recommend Events on a Budget enough!

Gina absolutely saved my life when my previous coordinator / rentals fell through 7 weeks before my wedding. She calmly stepped in and coordinated new rentals and inventory which took so much stress off of my back. She is kind and funny and listened to all of my requests and made them happen! I am super grateful for her!

I was very pleased with the services of Isis from Ivents by Isis. She really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She always took my calls (and there were a lot of them) and kept me calm. I really appreciated that she was also able to suggest ideas and other vendors that fit into my budget. I would definitely use her again and I would recommend Isis to anyone planning an event. She will make sure that your event is wonderful.

Hiring Lauren and Purely Tailored Weddings & Events Co. was hands-down the best money we spent for our wedding. We chose full-service planning, and from day one she jumped in with calm confidence, incredible attention to detail, and the most warm, personable approach. We had already selected a venue but were struggling to get responses or finalize contracts. Lauren immediately navigated the entire process for us and continued to handle every single vendor, email, meeting, and detail from that point on. Because we were planning from out of state, she even did venue tours on our behalf. She created timelines, managed our families, tracked our budget, guided us through design choices (I had absolutely no clue what I wanted!), and made every decision feel easy. One moment I’ll never forget: a package of our wedding supplies went missing in the mail just days before the wedding. I called her in a panic, and within hours she had already found replacements, ordered everything, and assured us it was handled. That’s just who she is — steady, proactive, and genuinely caring. On the wedding day, everything was seamless. I had zero stress — not one single moment. If anything went wrong, I still don’t know about it because Lauren and her team took care of absolutely everything. They kept us on time, brought us drinks, made sure we ate, and were with us all day. The entire experience was flawless. My bridesmaid spent the entire day with Lauren and kept saying all night, “I’m hiring her for my wedding.” That’s how impressive she was. What makes Lauren exceptional isn’t just her professionalism and expertise — it’s her empathy and warmth. I’m naturally more quiet and a bit awkward, and she made me feel comfortable, supported, and understood throughout an entire year of planning. I truly felt like we had a partner and advocate by our side. Her services are an incredible value, especially given her level of experience and the quality she delivers. She deserves to have her business grow, because what she provides is unmatched. To any couple considering her — just hire her. Lauren made our wedding possible, perfect, and completely stress-free. I can’t recommend her enough!

Mya was absolutely the best wedding decision I made, second only to my husband. She helped me find all of my other wedding vendors, gave me recommendations, coordinated them all, and handled my decor and schedule perfectly. I credit her with my flowers being gorgeous, because I wouldn't have found my florist without her. Not to mention she is super friendly and helpful. 10/10

These girls really know how to plan a Wedding. Their easy to work with and their design is unique. I've had so many compliments on how beautiful my Wedding was. In fact I had a lot of my guests say that it was the most classy and gorgeous one they had been too. Nikki and Kati as well as the rest of their team took my ideas and made them reality which exceeded all of my expectations. The day of my I was stress free and the day turned out perfect.
