Our questions and attention to detail ensures the wedding you’ve been dreaming for months is carried out as planned. You’ve sent the invites, secured your vendors and puzzled together the details. We will put the final touches on your wedding day to make certain you haven’t missed a thing. In the final two weeks before your wedding, we will gather pertinent information to create an in-depth production schedule, double check your logistics, review contracts and finalize the details. We will manage your ceremony rehearsal and be on site to coordinate vendors, wedding party and guests on your wedding day. You can be certain your vision will come to life while you enjoy every minute of your wedding day.
Vendor coordination: oversee, manage and set up from the moment your first vendors arrive and we are the main point of contact so you don’t need to worry about what is happening behind the scenes.

We were fortunate to win day of coordinator services by Pilar Pava Events in a raffle early on in our wedding planning process. From the beginning we were blown away with her level of commitment and the time and effort she put into our event. She voluntarily came to our tasting at our venue and even followed along to the church--the whole time advocating for us and giving us ideas and suggestions we had not thought of. It is clear that having at least a day of coordinator is necessary to have a smooth wedding and we knew from the start that Pilar was on a mission to do just that. Pilar offered us connections she has, including make up with Saks Fifth Avenue, and was always available to schedule a call or email. Leading up to the wedding, we had a meeting prior to the rehearsal that illuminated how detailed and thoughtful she is when planning events. She was generous in spending time running through every second of the wedding and having us visualize and reflect on even the smallest details. We know for a fact that having Pilar as our day of coordinator played a huge role in the success of our wedding. Besides allowing us to enjoy our daughter’s wedding day knowing that it was in capable hands, she made sure that we had covered all the details prior to the big day. She asked detailed questions, made excellent suggestions and was very organized.
Pilar shared a makeup connection that saved us a significant amount of money and by being on top of everything during the reception, we were able to get credit for interrupted service. She was generous with her time and even came to the tasting which was not part of the package. Her influence led to an upgraded cocktail at no additional charge.
Had I known how valuable she was, we would’ve opted for a different package. I can think of one vendor mishap that would’ve been avoided by her professional attention to detail. At the very least, we should’ve opted for the assistant on the day of the wedding and/or rehearsal. Pilar did no push this, and I appreciate that, but now that I know how crazy things get at the very end, it would’ve been money well spent.
Pilar Pava is an experienced, professional planner who is also conscious of following your vision. She was the perfect choice.
