  The best decision!

  Pilar was a pleasure to work with and helped make our day so smooth. You can trust her to get the job done! She is extremely organized, responsive, and professional. From our initial phone call I could tell she was very detail oriented and hard working. We were considering hiring her for full planning services and I appreciated her honesty in telling us since we'd already booked a couple vendors we'd be better off with a day of package. She was very helpful for random questions that came up throughout the process and met with us a couple weeks before the wedding to ensure a smooth transition. Her pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the Miami area. I was truly able to sit back and enjoy the day thanks to Pilar. Can't recommend her enough!

  The Elite Planner You Need!

  To say we are very pleased we hired Pilar Pava Events is an understatement. Working with Pilar for your wedding or event is a no-brainer. Pilar made our lives so much easier. We hired Pilar for the full-service package and truly believe it was a great value.
  
  She is extremely detail-oriented, very organized, and always responsive. We had an Indian wedding and an American wedding. The weekend included multiple days and many events. Pilar handled so much of the planning for us. There are things that Pilar will think about, and you don’t even know you need to consider.
  
  Pilar found awesome vendors for us, handled layouts, timelines, and SO much more. We could tell she truly cared about our event. All our events were planned to perfection and went off without a hitch. In addition, every event was beautiful.
  
  Many of our guests even commented that everything went so smoothly. That would not have happened without Pilar. She is a true professional and really excels when it comes to planning. She and her team worked so hard “day-of” that we were able to be totally stress-free, and that is such a great feeling.

  Let this be the easiest wedding planning decision you make and work with Pilar Pava! What an incredible event planner and person.
  
  My partner and I had discussed whether or not we needed a planner/coordinator for our wedding — and wow, we are so grateful that we chose to work with someone, and specifically chose Pilar Pava Events.
  
  Pilar is extremely organized, detail-oriented, communicative and professional. I truly felt that she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and I know there is a lot of behind-the-scenes effort and coordination amongst numerous vendors that goes into pulling together a large, complicated event. She executed on it flawlessly.
  
  The day of our wedding, we were free from worrying about logistics or small details and trusted fully in Pilar’s capability, which she delivered on entirely. This allowed us to actually ENJOY our wedding.

  Amazing Planner

  I was silly and thought I only needed a planner for the day. I ended up needing Pilar throughout the entire process. She was extremely professional and responsive. Every vendor she recommended was amazing and top notch. She kept us on track and even got my stuff together at the end of the night. Our day was beautiful and perfect!

  Pilar is an exceptional planner!

  We worked with Pilar throughout the course of a year to plan my wedding and it truly was one of the best decisions we made throughout that process. We knew what we wanted and could conceptualize the vision, but actually creating it was where Pilar stepped in. She introduced us to the most incredible vendors, added all the little beautiful details before we even thought of them, and was mindful of whatever stress we were experiencing by taking many tasks on herself. We were saved many times by her organizational ability, attention to details, forward thinking, and flexibility to always being available no matter the day/time. We planned a whole weekend of festivities for our guests, with a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, golf outings, and the actual wedding event (ceremony/rehearsal) and it all couldn’t have gone more seamlessly! We are immensely grateful to Pilar and attribute a lot of the success of that weekend to her. We plan on working with her for many years to come for every life celebration and event in the future!!

  Way better than expected!

  We were a nightmare! Lol. We were very tough, crazy, and chaotic customers. We changed so many details, so many different times. Pilar went above and beyond tolerating us, making us feel special, and did it all with a smile on her face. She has the patience of a saint and id refer her a million times over.

  Pilar helped my daughter and I put together the most beautiful wedding and rehearsal dinner. She helped us find unique spaces, wonderful vendors and was always there to answer our questions.
  Pilar would think of things we hadn’t thought of, tried to anticipate obstacles, so that in the end, both evenings held no surprises. They were wonderful events.

  Above and Beyond! HIGHLY Recommend!

  I was absolutely DREADING the thought of having to put together a wedding. I was someone who did not go on Pinterest or have any idea what the first step in planning a wedding was. I knew that if I did this on my own, the wedding and reception would fall very short of being a perfect day. I needed a wedding planner. I did a lot of research online and reached out to a plethora event planners. Pilar got back to me almost IMMEDIATELY and I instantly felt at ease speaking with her. Because of her responsiveness, there was no other option in my mind…Pilar was going to help me with my wedding.
  Pilar is more than just a planner; she is your best friend. Pilar is there for you every step of the way and provides creative ideas for you and your guests while remaining within your budget. She is honest in everything that she does and always has her client at the front of her mind. The attention she provides you is second to none and she makes you feel as though your event is the only event she is planning…she gives you a sense of importance! Pilar truly takes the time to know and understand her clients so that she can showcase their personalities in the best way possible. I am not decisive, creative, or someone that knows what they want…but holy cow…Pilar was able to figure out exactly what I wanted. She is the best!!!
  
  Pilar was able to negotiate pricing with our vendors and saved us a lot of money. It was great having someone who knows the industry so well and can make sure vendors are not overcharging you (as they are known to do in this industry).

  We were fortunate to win day of coordinator services by Pilar Pava Events in a raffle early on in our wedding planning process. From the beginning we were blown away with her level of commitment and the time and effort she put into our event. She voluntarily came to our tasting at our venue and even followed along to the church--the whole time advocating for us and giving us ideas and suggestions we had not thought of. It is clear that having at least a day of coordinator is necessary to have a smooth wedding and we knew from the start that Pilar was on a mission to do just that. Pilar offered us connections she has, including make up with Saks Fifth Avenue, and was always available to schedule a call or email. Leading up to the wedding, we had a meeting prior to the rehearsal that illuminated how detailed and thoughtful she is when planning events. She was generous in spending time running through every second of the wedding and having us visualize and reflect on even the smallest details. We know for a fact that having Pilar as our day of coordinator played a huge role in the success of our wedding. She is reliable, generous, and will make your wedding the best wedding possible.

  We are extremely satisfied with Pilar Pava Events and highly recommend her. Pilar exceeded our expectations of a “day-of” planner, not just by her excellent skills, but by the attention that she gave us.
  
  Besides allowing us to enjoy our daughter’s wedding day knowing that it was in capable hands, she made sure that we had covered all the details prior to the big day. She asked detailed questions, made excellent suggestions and was very organized.
  
  Pilar shared a makeup connection that saved us a significant amount of money and by being on top of everything during the reception, we were able to get credit for interrupted service. She was generous with her time and even came to the tasting which was not part of the package. Her influence led to an upgraded cocktail at no additional charge.
  
  Had I known how valuable she was, we would’ve opted for a different package. I can think of one vendor mishap that would’ve been avoided by her professional attention to detail. At the very least, we should’ve opted for the assistant on the day of the wedding and/or rehearsal. Pilar did no push this, and I appreciate that, but now that I know how crazy things get at the very end, it would’ve been money well spent.

  From the moment I spoke to Pilar on the phone she stood out among other wedding planners. She was pleasant, professional, and immediately had answers to several planning issues I had. While I only hired Pilar for the day of my wedding she answered several questions I had beforehand and even saved the day when I needed to find a new hair stylist the week of my wedding. Pilar went above and beyond her duties and flawlessly executed all the plans I created for my wedding day. She made it a stress free and perfect day.

  Pilar paid attention to every detail and nothing was missed. Her professionalism is unsurpassed!

  Pilar is very accessible and quick to respond. It didn’t matter what time I called her, she made time for all of my questions. She is so creative and brought up ideas and suggestions I never thought of! Everything from the buffet setup to the lighting and decor was exquisite and perfect!

  This was such a special day that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I can honestly say that I made the right choice in selecting Pilar Pava Events. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious and everything was spectacular. I have to share how thoughtful, dedicated and passionate Pilar Pava was in taking care of me and all of my guests.   I wasn't planning on using a party planner but I am so glad I did and I am so glad I was introduced to Pilar for my event. Pilar returned my call right away and from that moment on we connected. She was very professional and very flexible. She followed up until we met. when we met she was well prepared and had excellent suggestions. She made my event the best.

  Excellent. Every detail was perfect. During the process I was both annoyed and impressed by the attention to every detail; however, as the event unfolded, flawlessly, I realized that paying attention to every detail, regardless how small, was the key to success. The investment was well worth it!
