When we met Steph, she described how her approach is to evoke a feeling that is inspired by your home and everyday life. Since that moment, we knew that both our wedding would be special, and that the planning process would be much more enjoyable than it would otherwise be. Steph used inspiration we shared with her of our home, favorite hotels around the world and vineyards to create a one-of-a-kind experience that was special for us and our guests.

During the week before and day of the wedding, my family and friends kept asking me, as the bride, how they could help or if I was stressed. I repeatedly answered that I was not stressed because I knew Steph and her team had it covered. Even the decisions she made the day of the wedding to account for possible mud, cold and rain transformed the venue into something that had exceeded our dreams of the best case scenario. We are so incredibly grateful for Steph!

I don’t have enough words to describe how incredible it was to work with Steph to create our dream wedding. From our very first meeting, I knew she was the perfect fit to transform our half baked ideas and Instagram saves into reality. Steph is both incredibly professional, and a master at her craft.

As soon as we booked her, she kept us organized with different tools, and was so accessible and helpful for our many questions. At no point during the planning process did we feel overwhelmed, or like we didn’t know exactly what was going on. She helped us make very informed decisions, and always helped us weigh the pros and cons. We had a plan A, B, C to make sure nothing would catch us off guard!

Day of, it was confirmed, there would have been no wedding without Steph and her team. Steph is an amazing wedding planner who excels at both the design and the organization of executing a fantastic wedding. She curated the most beautiful wedding design for us and nailed the vibe we desired while staying within our budget. We are Canadians who had a destination wedding in South Florida and in the year of planning Steph was always extremely responsive and we always felt looked after. Our wedding plans changed a few times and Steph was always flexible and proactive with any changes. Our wedding day was perfect, and our guests all said it was one of the most if not THE most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. For us, Steph and her team completely organized the entire day and looked after everything so we could relax and enjoy every moment. We appreciated Steph going above and beyond for us multiple times, for example transporting flowers from the wedding to our lunch the next day. Steph is professional, and very personable, we enjoyed every meeting we had with her. We recommend Steph to anyone who needs help planning their dream wedding whether at home or abroad.

I genuinely don’t know where to start a review of Blue Thistle Productions, because everything deserves a rave.

Our wedding was so magical that a month later we are still in disbelief. I’m in awe that Stephanie helped us craft something so stunningly gorgeous and yet so completely personal, so totally us. Friends and family told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I’d never really believed that “best day of your life” business - but I’m having a really hard time imagining something that would top it.

Over the past year, Stephanie made the wedding planning process so much fun. We went into it a bit nervous - we could tell she had a gorgeous sense of design, but neither of us had any real vocabulary for what we wanted. She helped draw out our taste and translate it into something amazing. She has a phenomenal network of vendors she works with, and was able to seamlessly work with new vendors we knew we wanted. She thought of every detail.

Not only was the wedding gorgeous, not only is Stephanie really, really good at her job, but she is also so fun to work with. You know those people who light up a room? That’s her. She brought joy, light, and calm to the entire planning process. It was clear how much she cared about our wedding, and how invested she was in making the day perfect for us - and she did exactly that!

Planning your wedding will be filled with MANY details, changes, challenges, and beautiful moments. There is one person through this whole process that stood next to us through it all with so much grace and it was Stephanie. This woman is a powerhouse. I cannot express enough gratitude for Steph. She has your back, YOU are her priority. That is a very rare characteristic to have. I found a picture of her watching our first dance, and she is BEAMING with smiles. It was so telling that she was experiencing our day with HER HEART. She was present for us on that day, and many days before AND after. She listens. She hears you, and she wants to make your day as perfect and memorable as it can be... you will FEEL this about her. Her team supported my very large bridal party at so many moments. They became family. We are forever thankful to her for walking her sweet path, and that we got to meet her on it and create such a gorgeous day was a true gift. My fiance and I decided to throw a destination wedding for 50 people in Miami within a 6-week timeframe.
