Where do I even begin?! I did SO much research to find the perfect wedding planner. Originally from New York, I literally knew nothing about wedding planning in Miami. Thankfully, after weeks and weeks of searching I found Guerdy. I saw an interview Guerdy did about how she incorporated butterflies into a wedding for loved ones that had passed. I knew then that Guerdy was who I wanted to work with! We scheduled our first meeting and I remember leaving that meeting with so much peace knowing that I would have nothing to worry about in a time that can be so stressful for any bride. Guerdy truly understands the process and really focuses on making sure every detail is executed to perfection. She literally put together the wedding of our dreams! From the venue, the design, the flowers to the rest of the vendors it was a fairytale wedding. She even included such a unique touch for our guests. Instead of doing a guestbook she decided to incorporate a wish tree where guests could write us wishes for us to read and keep. I loved how much she listened to my taste and would make the perfect selections for our special day. I am forever grateful for the beautiful job that Guerdy and her team did! From beginning to the very end -it is truly a day that I will never forget. Thank you to Guerdy for being such an amazing wedding planner to work with! Not only is she the best in the business but she has the sweetest personality. I would pick her over and over and over again! I want to get married again just to have her create beautiful magic again! Ps...the flowers are from her own flower shop❤️

Our wedding night was truly unforgettable, and Events By Alejandrina played a major role in bringing it all together. From the moment I saw my bride walk into the chapel in her wedding dress, I was overwhelmed with emotion. Holding her hands, looking into her eyes, and saying “I do” was one of the most meaningful moments of my life. Our first dance was just as special, holding her close, feeling her heartbeat, and realizing I was marrying my best friend and my forever. The entire evening was beautifully coordinated and flowed seamlessly from start to finish. The ceremony and reception felt thoughtful, intentional, and stress free. We shared laughter, heartfelt vows, and meaningful moments with family and friends. The speeches from her father and sister were especially touching. The food was excellent, the cake was delicious, and every detail came together perfectly. Most importantly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. We are incredibly grateful to Events By Alejandrina for helping create a night filled with love, emotion, and memories we will cherish forever.

Sthefany Pessoa was our wedding day coordinator. It was clear that we had challenges trying to help our daughter with her wedding planning as she was in another state. This, needless to say, produced high anxiety. Friends in South Florida highly recommended Sthefany as she had done all their planning and coordination for each of their 2 daughters' weddings. What great friends, as Sthefany proved to be a tremendous help arranging all the details to come together. She handled pulling the team together, really only in the last month and a half prior to the wedding, and making it work wonderfully. Her professionalism and caring worked wonders. The joy found on our daughter's and guests' faces throughout the ceremony and reception that followed meant the world to us. She is highly recommended!

Yasmin made it so this type A bride didn't have to worry or think about a single thing during her wedding! She was so incredibly patient with me and all my questions, and she has so much experience in the industry. She handled all communication with vendors and made the months leading up to the wedding so easy for me. I can't recommend her enough!

Hiring Lisa and her team was hands down one of the best choices we made for our wedding. From day one, they were on top of every detail—always calm, super responsive, and just really fun to work with. Lisa told me early on that I wouldn’t lift a finger on the wedding day—and she did not lie. I felt completely taken care of, and everything ran so smoothly because of them. Lisa has this amazing mix of creativity and organization, and Tom was such a steady, reassuring presence—always one step ahead and keeping things moving without ever making it feel rushed. Since the wedding, so many people have told us we nailed every tiny, minute detail—and we know for a fact we couldn’t have done that without Lisa, Tom, and the rest of their team. I already miss talking to them every day. They became such a comforting, positive part of our lives during planning, and we’re just so grateful for everything they did to make the day feel easy, joyful, and us. If you’re thinking about working with them—do it. You’ll be so glad you did.

I hired Ashley in Jan 2020 for our wedding in December 2020! BUT thanks to the pandemic we pushed back our wedding a year to Dec 2021. Ashely was incredibly understanding and patient about the whole situation. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she provided helpful advice leading up to the event. She even came and did a venue walk through with me & my fiancee a month before the wedding. She was friendly, professional & incredibly kind. The day of, she brought an assistant, Cassandra, who was lovely as well. They both kept our crew calm & everything running smoothly. Our groom loved their laidback but professional demeanor. I needed bandaids for my shoes, Ashley & her team got them for me! I'd definitely hire Ashley & her team again for an event. I highly recommend her.

Margaret is a true professional! From the first planning meeting until the end of our beautiful wedding, Margaret made sure that every single detail was taken care of. Her years of experience in the industry made the planning process totally stress free for my husband and I. She made our vision come to life in such a unique and creative way. It was the most chic beach wedding ever and everyone was in awe of how beautiful it was. Margaret also helped us select our vendor team and her recommendations were all a perfect fit for our style and our budget. Margaret’s communication and organization are unparalleled. She listened to and elevated our ideas and handled every aspect of the event with professionalism. On the day of the wedding she kept everyone on schedule and made sure that we stayed calm and had the time of our lives. We absolutely could not have pulled this off without her! She is a total pro and we cannot thank her enough for making our dream wedding a reality and for creating life long memories that we will treasure forever. Very easy to work with and made sure event was set up on Miami Beach. We wanted to get married early in morning (9am), because we were catching a cruise afterwards. Their team made sure to get there early. We had some friends hand out gift bags with water and hand fans. Also, we were able to give the early attendees donuts and coffee from the boardwalk, since it was early. Perfect location for family to walk from surrounding hotels. Everyone enjoyed the ceremony and the simplicity of it. We decided to not do personal vows, however Armando still gave us the opportunity and even though we still didn't he made the ceremony special. They did not disappoint!
