Lisa Pierce and her team of professionals were top notch. Lisa was referred by a family caterer and we hired her on the spot. This was two years ago… She dove right in and battled the murky Covid waters and replanned our entire wedding with us. She was there every step of the way- through the smiles and laughter to the sadness and meltdowns. She is now family.

As for the wedding, it was perfection. Our day ran smooth and for my mother and I who are control freaks- we were able to take a step back and truly enjoy the wedding. Lisa is one of the most organized planners/people I ever met & I’m super organized so that’s saying a lot. The team she brings is amazing and we didn’t deal with even one tiny detail the entire weekend because of how well it was planned. I would use her again & again. After going to over ten wedding last year before my own wedding, I was very particular about what I wanted and what I was expecting for my wedding. Lisa exceeded my expectations. She was easy to work with, down to earth, caring, and truly knew how important this day was to us. Her team was so extremely professional and took care of EVERY detail so that I did not have to worry. I cannot stress how seamless the day was compared to other weddings that I have been in. I got married in an unconventional space that had a lot of moving parts, and could not have done it all without her and her team. But that is what our family experienced and while I was busy losing my head, Lisa did not skip a beat and she held it ALL together. Our event was delayed a year, but the damage was completely mitigated with Lisa steering the ship and managing everything from new dates to vendors to every…imaginable…detail. From managing 100 different food allergies, crazy family dynamics to making sure my dad had ear plugs because she remembered I told him he does not like loud noises…NO-THING went unattended. Never mind the “day of” mishaps when I tugged on her sleeve no less than 10 times for last minute things and she just handled it. It is priceless to have the peace of mind to know that Lisa…just…gets…it…done. Plus, she knows every single person in the industry, so she makes a call and it’s done. Lisa is a special person who cares WAY more than about just what is in your contract. She obsesses about what will make you happy with ideas and texts at all hours of the night and what more can you ask for? If you are super type A like me and have a hard time letting others do for you, rest assured, Lisa brings it ALL to the table and you can just hang on for the ride. The only downside to working with Lisa is that when it’s all over, you’ll still wish she was around making decisions for you, handling details and planning what you need in your life. I truly can’t express how grateful I am to Lisa and her entire team. With Lisa (and Tom’s! ) assistance, our wedding weekend in Miami exceeded our wildest dreams. We definitely went out of the box with some things and Lisa made sure all of my ideas were executed flawlessly.
