The Sutton Collective is a South Florida-based wedding production and event direction company specializing in full-service weddings, multi-day wedding weekends, and destination celebrations. Our role is to lead the full production of the wedding — bringing together the venue, vendor team, design, guest experience, accommodations, transportation, timing, logistics, and on-site execution into one cohesive celebration. We keep the process organized, guide the creative direction, coordinate the people involved, and make sure every part of the event is working together behind the scenes. That may mean sourcing the right vendors, refining layouts, managing transportation, building detailed timelines, organizing welcome events, coordinating room drops, or handling the last-minute questions that inevitably come up. Our approach is highly organized and rooted in hospitality. We think about how the weekend feels from the guest perspective just as much as how it looks — where everyone is staying, how they are getting from place to place, what they need when they arrive, and the details that make the experience feel thoughtful and personal. We also believe the planning relationship matters. Our couples stay involved in the decisions they care about, while we take the lead on the logistics, communication, and details that should not become their job. Based in South Florida and serving New York, the Northeast, and destination weddings worldwide.
