Hiring Maddie as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive and organized, ensuring that every single detail we had envisioned was brought to life perfectly on the day of our wedding. The moment I arrived at the venue on our wedding day, Maddie was right there by my side. Her calming presence is unmatched - nothing ruffles her feathers, no matter what is happening behind the scenes. She kept me feeling grounded and relaxed throughout the entire day, allowing me to actually enjoy every moment. She also surprised me with a beautiful tote filled with all of my favorite treats, a detail that made me feel so special. If you are looking for a planner who is professional, detail-oriented, and a total rock of support, I cannot recommend Maddie enough!

We absolutely love, love, love Bettina and her team at Busy Bees Wedding & Event Planning! From the very beginning, Bettina made the entire planning process feel easy, organized, and stress-free. She helped us with everything from choosing the band, entertainment, florist, and vendors to managing all of the important details along the way. She was always responsive, patient, caring, and completely on top of everything, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and beautifully that we were actually able to relax and enjoy every moment. We are so grateful to Bettina and her amazing team for making Ariana and Dylan’s wedding at The Boca Raton so beautiful and unforgettable. We highly recommend Busy Bees Wedding & Event Planning!

Choosing Gina as our planner was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding process. From the very beginning, she understood our vision, kept us organized, on track, and focused on what mattered most. She provided honest feedback, thoughtful guidance, and coordinated every detail with incredible care and an exceptional eye for detail. In the time leading up to the wedding, life brought its share of challenges, including work demands, health emergencies, and all the day-to-day responsibilities that can make adding wedding planning to the mix overwhelming. Gina, however, made the entire process manageable and stress-free. She kept everything moving forward during times when I needed to step back, handled countless details behind the scenes, and gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. On our wedding day, I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding. I was able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and trust that everything we had planned together would come to life exactly as envisioned. The day was seamless, beautiful, and everything my husband and I had hoped for and more! We are so grateful for Gina, her dedication, and the care she put into creating such an unforgettable experience. ANA MADE OUR DAY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not to mention she has an incredible and professional team by her side! She gave us her time, energy, and effort always proving to us along the way that she cared about our day just as much as us! She went above and beyond for us and We could not be more grateful. As the bride I had not one worry the day of the wedding - Ana and her team handled it ALL. Ana and her team do impeccable work - they listen to the client and execute accordingly! We worked with Keith to plan our February wedding at The Palms in Miami, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better partner. He made the whole process feel easy and fun, and he really understood us from the start. He came up with ideas that were so perfectly “us” — like the Bravo-style confessional video booth and the coconuts with our names on them. Those ended up being some of the biggest hits of the night. Since we were planning everything from across the country, having someone we could fully trust meant everything. He handled all the vendor negotiations, and every single vendor he brought in was reliable, on time, and clearly loved working with him. On the actual day, Keith was unbelievably organized. Everything ran smoothly, the flowers were beautiful, and we never had a moment of stress. We’re so grateful we got to work with him.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner Ashley Gonzalez and her team!!She made the planning process feel organized, stress-free, and enjoyable as soon as I started working with her. My daughter’s wedding was absolutely beautiful, and every detail came together perfectly thanks to her hard work, professionalism, and creativity. She was so calm which made me calm. She truly went above and beyond and allowed our family to relax and enjoy the day. We are so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Rachel and Andrea were the BEST!! They did it all and did it better than I would even invision. They are very affordable and dedicated. They were very responsive and not shy to give their opinions and feedback. The are very organized and will go with you to your vendor meetings. They ask questions I didn't even think of asking. They covered every point and saved me from all the stress. I was the most relaxed bride because they were beside me.

My baby shower was exactly what I wanted. I gave her my baby shower idea and she turned my idea into reality. I would highly recommend her for events!!! Plus, I gave her my budget and she stayed within my budget.

Arlene was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help coordinate our wedding. I was so happy with the end results and had no worries on the day of. I was left with nothing but beautiful memories to look back on. Thanks Arlene, your the Best!!!
