To say that Gina is amazing is truly an understatement. She brought our dream wedding to life. It was an absolute fairytale and still feels so surreal. From the onset, she was the most organized person I’ve met and maintains an unmatched attention to detail. She is a composer and the wedding is her symphony. She communicated effectively and efficiently with every single vendor to insure we were all on the same page about the final vision. I explained my vision to her initially and she immediately began putting things together to make it perfect. She was there for the rehearsal and even helped set up the venue for the rehearsal dinner. Gina and her team were present for the entirety of the wedding and handled every hiccup before I even heard about it. We had an outdoor wedding and I decided against the tent even though there was a decent chance of rain and she did everything in her power to make sure it would be okay if it did rain. Luckily it did not rain! Through Gina, every part of the wedding planning and the wedding itself was magic. I could not recommend her and her entire team enough.

If you’re considering hiring Busy Bee's as your wedding planner, take this as a sign. HIRE THEM!!! I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but I will try to be concise. Both Bettina and Becky helped plan my husband and I’s wedding and our rehearsal dinner, but Becky was our main planner. I worked with them starting in March until our wedding in May the following year. Every single text and email I sent during those 14 months were answered immediately and thoroughly. Both Becky and Bettina clearly love what they do and have perfected their craft. I live in Indiana but had a destination wedding in Florida, and Becky made it the easiest destination wedding to plan. She sourced all the local vendors (which were all amazing), was our vendors’ main point of contact, and would loop me in on the important things. She was able to visit anywhere I needed her to and did everything geographically that I couldn’t. They both helped me create a budget and explained each stage of the planning process thoroughly, so I never felt like I was forgetting anything or felt behind. Becky gave me so many options that I never even knew were out there. Her advice on wedding dos and don’ts was spot on, and she created a wedding I didn’t even know was possible. My wedding was the most incredible day, and it was all thanks to Becky and Bettina. My husband and I still look at pictures and wonder how a wedding could possibly be so beautiful and perfect. Becky and her team of Bees the day of the wedding were crucial to the seamlessness and success of the day. They took care of everything from coordinating all the vendors to keeping the schedule of the day on track to fluffing my dress going down the aisle. They handled everything, so my husband and I weren’t worrying about a single thing. On a personal level, both Becky and Bettina are just beautiful people. They were always so kind and patient and never made me feel like a request was too much. They both have extremely warm energies, and I’m convinced they could be friends with anyone. From my first information call with Bettina, I knew I wanted them to plan my wedding. I loved working with them and was genuinely sad after the wedding when our zoom calls had ended. If you want your wedding to be perfect, everything you dreamed of, run smoothly, and have the least stressful planning process you can have, hire the Busy Bees! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Alex was amazing!! I truly love her and how she really helped make our wedding day so stress free where we really didn’t have much to worry about. Alex really was on top of everything and very precise with her work and all the questions she had asked so things can go as smoothly as possible. She really took care great care of us!!

ANA MADE OUR DAY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not to mention she has an incredible and professional team by her side! She gave us her time, energy, and effort always proving to us along the way that she cared about our day just as much as us! She went above and beyond for us and We could not be more grateful. We worked with Keith to plan our February wedding at The Palms in Miami, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better partner. He made the whole process feel easy and fun, and he really understood us from the start. He came up with ideas that were so perfectly “us” — like the Bravo-style confessional video booth and the coconuts with our names on them. Those ended up being some of the biggest hits of the night. Since we were planning everything from across the country, having someone we could fully trust meant everything. He handled all the vendor negotiations, and every single vendor he brought in was reliable, on time, and clearly loved working with him. On the actual day, Keith was unbelievably organized. Everything ran smoothly, the flowers were beautiful, and we never had a moment of stress. We’re so grateful we got to work with him.

Working with Ashley was an absolute dream! She truly saw our vision from day one and helped bring it to life flawlessly. Throughout the entire process, she was there for every quick question, every tiny decision, and always guided me on what to focus on during each phase of planning. Since I wasn’t local to the area, her incredible network of vendors was a lifesaver — she always had the perfect recommendation. Our day was everything we hoped for and more, and I would work with Ashley again in a heartbeat!

Rachel and Andrea were the BEST!! They did it all and did it better than I would even invision. They are very affordable and dedicated. They were very responsive and not shy to give their opinions and feedback. The are very organized and will go with you to your vendor meetings. They ask questions I didn't even think of asking. They covered every point and saved me from all the stress. I was the most relaxed bride because they were beside me.

Arlene was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help coordinate our wedding. I was so happy with the end results and had no worries on the day of. I was left with nothing but beautiful memories to look back on. Thanks Arlene, your the Best!!!
