As a very independent and motivated Bride, I originally did not think we needed a planner/coordinator. I figured that if we planned everything out that our venue would be able to handle the rest. Looking back, hiring Briana with Beventi Consulting was the absolute best decision that we made! We NEVER would have had as successful a wedding without her by our side. There were numerous things that went wrong the month and day of the wedding that she was able to handle and find solutions for with ease. When we had issues with contracts and last minute decisions had to be made, she assisted us which relieved us from a huge degree of stress. We could never have imagined how busy that week would be leading up to the wedding. She lead our rehearsal and organized our large family/bridal party to ensure everyone knew where they needed to be on the day of. With such a big wedding (about 200 people, 8 groomsmen, and 8 bridesmaids) it would have been impossible to get everyones attention and ensure the flow of things went right. She helped the vendors to set up decor and ensured everything was better than we even pictured it! She handled so many things that allowed us to truly enjoy our special . We are forever grateful for Briana and highly recommend Beventi Consulting!!!!

Briana was the best vendor hire we made for our wedding day! I first had a call with her in November 2021 (got married in December 2021) . She was a reccomendation from the woman at the Marriot who was assisting with our wedding. As soon as we got on the call, I knew I wanted to work with her. She was personable and eager to start. She immediately said lets hop on a call when ready and do a timeline. On the call, she took down every detail possible to make sure we would have no stress on the wedding day. She coordinated with our vendors and had all there information if something came up. On the wedding day, she was there bright and early and ready to go. From coordinating vendor set ups, all the details of the ceremony and reception, running around to make sure the bridal party was in the right place and keeping us and everyone else on time. Briana was so helpful in every way. Even the littlest things, she seemed to be there at every moment. Something as small as someone giving us a gift, she was right there to swoop in to take it and put in the box so we didnt have to carry it. She stayed until our after party to make sure everything was perfect for us. Weddings are stressful and stuff goes array. As a bride, I can tell you first hand you do not want to deal with these little issues as you are getting ready for your big moment. Hiring Briana helped relieve all of that stress! She even made sure at the end of our night to send up a cart to our room with everything packed up so we didnt have to think about it. It was all just done and made us feel better she was with us the whole night. Briana was amazing and I cant reccomend her enough for a Florida wedding. I promise you wont regret hiring her for your special moment and while you cringe paying some vendors - I can say first hand Briana was reasonably priced and worth ever penny! Cant reccomend enough and my family even commented how great it was to have her there.
