We have become known for designing elaborate weddings and social events that are literally unforgettable. Bailey made our day so special, we both said it was the BEST day of our lives and it was ALL thanks to Bailey. Her and her team are incredibly detail oriented and allowed me to enjoy the day and not worry about any logistics or venders. She pushed for additions that really paid off including the 360 photo booth! All the vendors she recommended were AMAZING and it just goes back to how incredible she is - it is truly her passion. Seeing her in action is incredible, look no further and book Bailey! She stuck with us through 3 cancellations due to COVID and worked with us to make the venue comfortable for our family and friends concerned about COVID. Look no further
Bailey is absolutely incredible. When I tell you I couldn't have done it without her and her team I mean it. She was with me every step of the way through the planning process. I was never sure why people needed an event coordinator but after planning this wedding with Bailey, now I know! If not for Bailey, I would have had no idea what direction to go in or what prices made sense. She was there for every question, every concern, anything at all I needed. When I walked in to our venue for the final reveal the day of our wedding I was amazed at how she seamlessly pulled everything together to make the vision I had in my head become reality. The most important thing is through this all Bailey became a friend, someone who was supportive and there when I needed her. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without her and for that, I am eternally grateful. If you are looking for a wedding or event coordinator, look no further. Bailey is IT!

You need bailey in your life!
To simply say thank you to Bailey is not enough, she deserves everything! We originally hired Bailey based on some of her amazing reviews, and I am here to add to those and convince everyone looking for a wedding planner that she is the best out there. Not only did she make our day the absolute most perfect day we could have imagined, she did it through every hurtle that could have been put in her path!
First, She planned our wedding date 3 times. The original date, then she moved it once because I got pregnant with our third baby unexpectedly, then changed everything for us AGAIN because of covid! We would have literally been lost without her.
Not only did she move the date for us so many times, she pulled off our wedding through tropical storm ETA.
It was honestly the most beautiful day, all of the vendors she recommended and we booked through her were FANTASTIC, and her team is amazing.
Needless to say, she is worth every single penny and more- with everything she did for us I wish we could have paid her at least 3 times what we did- she deserves it!! Our wedding was breathtaking, went off without a hitch, and was the most memorable day because of Bailey.
We love her so much, and you will too!!

Professional, Attentive, Excellent Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Amazing Company
We had the pleasure of working with Bailey over the course of 10 months. We hired Bailey and her team for partial wedding planning services. Bailey was very patient with us throughout the process. Despite multiple emails, texts, emergency phone calls, etc she always made herself available to answer our questions/concerns. Although we hired some of our vendors on our own, Bailey was available to review contracts and look out for our best interests with the various vendors. Bailey and her team took our vision board and pintrest ideas and brought them to life. The Ceremony went off without a hitch, despite being super windy on the day of the event. Bailey and her staff made sure everything was perfect on our big day, and we couldn't be more pleased. Most importantly as a same sex couple it was important that we hired a company that promoted diversity and inclusion and this company encompasses that. We highly recommend Bailey Smith Events for your future wedding or event.

Baileys company was the right choice 👍
From the first time we met with Bailey we knew it was the right fit. We had a ton of stuff going on, and knew we needed help. She stepped in and made us feel at ease. Her organization and steps to what we had to do made the entire process easier. She was able to bring our vision to life, and she put together a team that was able to execute it flawlessly. She was so sincere and passionate about our wedding as if she knew us for years. I would use her for any event!

Works like clockwork
I have done hundreds of wedding as a wedding musician and worked with many wedding planners. Bailey Smith is the first wedding planner that kept the wedding moving like clockwork. Everything had an assigned time and the event flowed from start to stop like a fine tuned machine. It would be a pleasure to work with her again.

I love her
If I could get married again just so that i can use bailey again and her team i will. I found a new friend within the year of planning me and my husband wedding. This lady is truly amazing. God had my back the day my heart and mind told me to choose her. Everything she does amaze me and my husband. At times I felt lost lol feeling slow not understanding certain terms that she used, especially cause I never been married before. This lady here is beautiful first of all, sophisticated, determined, ambitious, and very organized. I had a lot of vendors and she laid out everything to perfection for everyone to understand. I had so many people coming up to me and saying where did u find this lady from she is amazing and detailed. I am not easy to work with only because I know what I want and i refused to settle and i made sure ask a million questions lol. It didn't matter to bailey she got it done no questions ask. Her favorite saying was, "it's your wedding whatever you want ". Lol she is amazing. Thank you to her team who was on site also. They was like drill sergeants. Everything in placed and done accordingly. Thank you again bailey you are a new friend in my life and you inspire me to one day be like you. A business owner with a perfectionist team.

My wedding day was stress free!
Bailey and her team were everything you would expect from a day of coordinator - she was professional, organized, and made sure the wedding started on time, but here are three things that stood out from other vendors.
Collaborative - even though we had nearly all the details for the wedding in place, Bailey brought her expertise to the table to compliment our ideas without changing our original vision or introducing additional costs.
Personable - She ran the show without being overbearing. She was funny and engaging as she got the bridal party to loosen up and have fun during the ceremony rehearsal. She was courteous as she herded guests and even stepped out on the dance floor at the end of the night.
Problem Solver - Some wedding planners are finicky about what they will or won't do - not Bailey and her team. They made practical adjustments on the fly including dealing with unexpected rain, tracing down a late, missing grandma, forgotten tip envelopes, and misplaced flowers for the cake to name a few.
With Bailey running the show, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day without any worries!
