Honestly hiring Jessica was the most important decision and BEST decision we made planning our wedding! She 100% made our vision come to life and it was a dream to work with her. She was so professional and extremely organized and responsive. We live in TX and had our wedding in Miami so we had to travel out a few times for planning meetings. These trips really made wedding planning special for us and Jessica was so accommodating on all our visits and made sure all the appointments went smoothly. We 100% recommend hiring Jessica as your wedding planner! Jessica was able to help us with so many vendor recommendations - hair/makeup, photographer, bridal valet just to name a few! The wedding weekend was perfect and not stressful at all because of Jessica. we seriously cannot imagine planning or executing our wedding without her! The week before the wedding I posted a few pictures on my wedding etsy board I had shared with Jessica - MOMENTS after I posted the picture of a welcome sign Jessica texted me and asked if I wanted to include and she mad it happen! She could not be more on point! The most memorable part of our wedding day was getting to see the ballroom reveal with just me and my husband - we were speechless! and Jessica made sure we didnt miss out on that experience! Putting together all aspects of a wedding can be an overwhelming task. There are so many moving parts: flowers, catering, music, picking the venue, staging the reception -- and so much more. Thankfully, we had Jessica Ghazal as our ally and friend --who we feel is the best wedding planner in Florida. With her radiant smile, warm disposition and reassuring confidence, Jessica navigated us through every step of the process, staying in constant communication as various issues developed (twice postponed due to Covid, replacing vendors that we no longer able to work weddings). No detail was too small, and there was no problem that couldn't be solved. Her years of experience were evident as she dealt with each of our vendors, making sure we were getting exactly what we hoped for. I couldn’t imagine anyone else on our side for the 3 years it took to get to wedding day because of Covid. We were thrilled with all of our choices -- and Jessica deserves so much credit for that. She guided us through every facet of our wedding day at Vizcaya, one of the most beautiful but also challenging special events sites in Florida. Her familiarity with the grounds and the Vizcaya staff was a tremendous asset. Our wedding was big and complex -- and there were so many aspects that could have gone sideways. Jessica skillfully orchestrated and navigated everything so that all proceeded smoothly. I wish there were enough words to express how amazing Jess and team were to work with for my daughters recent wedding. My daughters dream was a destination wedding in Florida, and we live in Texas. From her first conversation with Jess she felt seen and heard and her vision appreciated. So many decisions and countless details needed to be considered and many we would never have thought of without the expertise of Jess. Fast forward to wedding weekend, Mothers, hear me, YOU NEED A JESS FOR WEDDING WEEKEND! We were able to relax and enjoy our family and guests while she and her team coordinated every vendor and detail so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. She was available to us from beginning to end, ensuring that we didn’t miss one special moment. She encouraged us to relax and revel in the moment and provided confidence that everything was under control…and she wasn’t kidding. It was a perfect weekend, the details that Jess suggested, like a wedding valet day of to steam all the gowns and make sure all of the wedding party were ready to go, were perfect and timely and took all the stress off my daughter and myself. I can’t imagine how the day would have been if I had to coordinate with the vendors and ensure all was going well, there would have been no time for the important things, like loving on my daughter and new son in law, dancing with my husband and friends, and enjoying the beautiful location and people who were there to celebrate. Jessica and JG Eventi - wow! I could cry writing this review because Jessica truly made my wedding day and overall experience more than I could have ever dreamed of. I was a COVID bride, having had to postponed my March 2020 wedding 10 days beforehand to January 2021. Upon postponing, I lost my original wedding planner and had to seek for a new one. Enter Jessica. From the moment we first spoke, I felt an immediate connection, a sense of calm among this crazy postponement storm, and like I truly felt heard and understood. Unlike many other planners, Jessica will really always be there for you. If I emailed her before my 6-week paid timeline, she answered. She would hop on a call when I had a million questions. She took the time to really understand my vision and reassure me when things felt overwhelming during these wild COVID times. Her meticulous attention to detail made my type-A heart so warm and Jessica and her team executed my wedding 100x above my expectations. My venue was very DIY, meaning a lot of planning a coordination with various vendors and personally provided decor and Jessica made everything look insanely beautiful. The evening flowed perfectly and Jessica continuously thought of small gestures throughout the evening to make sure my husband and I were having the best experience. South Florida brides - Jessica is your girl and one can only dream of loving their wedding planner so much!

I found Jessica through a google search. After speaking to several wedding coordinators in my area to see if they were up for the challenge to help me coordinate my destination wedding in Mexico, ultimately, Jessica was up for the challenge. And I'm glad she was! She had no hesitation and immediately wanted to help. We spoke on the phone and instantly hit it off! She took the time to listen to me and asked all the questions on what I wanted. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she created a to-do list for me and made sure I was staying on track. I trusted her with my vision and she executed things flawleslly. On my wedding day she gave me peace of mind so that I could be fully present and enjoy the day. She handled every detail of the day and anything I needed. Because of her professionalism and calm demeanor I was not stressed one bit. Jessica started as my wedding coordinator, but in the end became a wonderful friend. Jessica is PHENOMENAL! Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made! Absolutely LOVE her!

My husband and I cannot say enough fabulous things about JG Eventi and Jessica. From the very start of wedding planning Jessica was prompt, responsive, creative and incredibly supportive. She knew when to jump in and offer her advice, she knew which vendors would deliver us our ideal wedding, and she was spot on about everything. We had so much fun planning our wedding, not once were we stressed or overwhelmed, and every time we had a question, even a small one, Jessica would quickly respond. While Jessica was fabulous during the planning process, it was not until our actual wedding day that she truly, truly showed her worth. Our wedding day was flawless, from set up , to timing of photos, entrances and exits, everything was flawless. And it was all because of Jessica and her team. She executed our wedding day with precision and poise and our guests noticed. Everything was on time, everything was just simply amazing. I have no idea where to begin so I guess I'll start in the beginning. I got engaged February 2015. I immediately started planning my wedding for July 2, 2016. Months went by and I just got so overwhelmed at work it didn't give me the time I originally had to book and review vendors the way I wanted. All I had booked was my venue. That's when I started searching for a wedding planner. I came across JGEventi. I saw her website and facebook page and I thought to myself "she's edgy and has style". I contacted her and she was just amazing!!! She really listened to everything that I wanted and made my fairytale wedding a reality. She was with me every step of the way. Food tastings, cake tastings, picking out my linen it was wonderful, even my visits to the venue. She was always so prepared. Whenever vendors would ask me questions I would draw a blank at times and she would jump right in. She always kept copies of all my contracts. She definitely knows the business very well. She gave great advise and I trusted her 100%. She always responded to my million emails and texts messages and let me know when she wouldn't be able to reach out to me due to working a wedding which is completely understandable. What bride doesn't want their planners undivided attention on their special day. Now speaking of the BIG DAY! She was beyond spectacular. My wedding day went so smoothly and it's all due to Jessica. She had spoken to all my vendors prior to the wedding date and on the day of everyone knew what was going on. She took care of it all!!!!! Literally. I didn't see her much the day off because I was actually enjoying my wedding party to the fullest but Jessica didn't stop. She was making sure everything continued to run smoothly for me. Wow! Jessica did a spectacular job for our wedding. I immediately connected with her via telephone, she was so nice and warm and full of great ideas. She took the time to hear my story and how my husband and I met, my expectations, and then went to explain her services. I felt I had just caught up with a great friend after our first conversation!

I could not afford full wedding planning services from the beginning, so I started looking for day of coordinators two months prior to the date. I honestly could not handle all the details on my own at that point and was very stressed out. That's when I called Jessica. She has a gift for making you feel at ease and still get things done. She started working with me from the moment I hired her (2 months prior), non stop and gave me a great deal! She helped me out with linen, photo booth, limo quotes, etc. She was very flexible and met with me whenever I asked (we met 3-4 times for about 3 hrs each time) to go over all details. She is very creative and has amazing ideas, even when the bride is unsure. She followed up with all vendors professionally and did an amazing job with the timeline. She also pushed when necessary in order to fulfill my requests but did so eloquently. She came to the rehearsal and coordinated the wedding party, etc. I cannot express how helpful she was throughout the entire process and most importantly on the day of the wedding. People don't exaggerate, your wedding day goes by EXTREMELY fast! However, we enjoyed every single moment thanks to Jessica and Kelly (her assistant). They were at the venue early putting together the decor and making sure everything looked beautiful, they never ever looked flustered or stressed (which helped me a great deal!), and Jessica approached me very politely during the reception if she had a question, Kelly helped my dad with a wardrobe malfunction, etc I can go on and on with how helpful they were. Alex and I are extremely happy with her services!

Jessica is amazing! She has made sure that everything is falling into place. Wherever I have dropped the ball she has been there to pick it up for me. She has taken the stress out of planning. You need her!

At first, we thought she was helpful with details, but when we started having meetings with the vendors she was always late and would not participate of the entire meeting and would ask me to write down everything that was discussed to send to her by email (basically, I was my planner's assistant). She found us a vendor that still owes us $2,000 deposit and has not given us the refund back and feels that her company has nothing to do with it. Not to mention the day of the wedding. The ceremony was very unorganized, nobody knew where to go, my mother was super nervous, it was a complete mess. Jessica's attire for the beach wedding was very unprofessional, she was wearing gym clothes and then changed to a nicer look for the reception. After I had chosen the linens for my tables, she would insist I would change my choice to her supplier. This was making me feel more confused and anxious, I ended up closing the linen order last minute, on the same week of the wedding. My husband and I are very disappointed with her service and would not recommend JG Eventi to plan any event.
