Wonderful Wedding Planner

We initially began looking for a day of coordinator, but quickly learned the quality ones were actually month long coordinators. We interviewed multiple people, but realized that Silvia at Meza Events was easily our first choice. She already knew our venue very well and had worked with many of our vendors. She also had over a decade of experience. From the beginning, she helped us to create a timeline for the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. She was also very thorough in understanding all the details we wanted to incorporate. Even though the rain caused us to change our ceremony location at the last minute, she made everything beautiful and seamless! As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing the day of. She was pleasant and very professional to work with. Her and her team paid attention to details and made everything look exquisite. I would highly recommend Silva at Meza Events for your coordinator.

Amazing!!!

Silvia was professional and effective. I would highly recommend her services to any of friends and family. She was very attentive to us , willing to help us anytime , she had plenty of options and prizes for the different vendors. Silvia’s services are worth every penny.

Wedding Officiant

I am a wedding Officiant and I’ve done several weddings with Meza Events. They are extremely professional, organized and super friendly. They cater to your needs and customize anything you need just to make your event a dream come true. I highly recommend Meza Events for any event planning event of any size.

I don’t even know where to start! Silvia planned our wedding in about 3-4 months time and she did absolutely everything in her power to make sure it came out beautifully. She was very attentive to what both of us wanted. She’s so caring, sweet and most of all knowledgeable! Whenever we had any issues she quickly found solutions. She was with us throughout everything until the very end. She loves what she does and it shows! Without her, I would not have had a wedding. Thank you Silvia, we love you so much!

Amazing experience!

My experience with Silvia and her team was out of this world. She is extremely passionate about her work and truly loves what she does. Silvia exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make my dream quince happen. She read my vision and executed it better than i could have ever imagined. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Silvia and her team did a fantastic job, She made sure this day was super special and made sure it ran smoothly. From just listening to my ideas to turning them into reality. The appreciation I have for her and her team is beyond words. I would not recommend a better party planner. Silvia is a planner that puts so much attention to details and is very invested in her work. Her team and her truly go above and beyond making sure you don’t stress and truly enjoy your party. Highly recommend!!!

Best wedding planner ever!!!!

I’m so grateful that I chose Silvia to be my wedding planner. She literally made my life so much easier, very patient, understanding and basically made my dreams come true. I wouldn’t pick anyone else to plan my wedding expect her. I would recommend anyone to have Silvia as their wedding planner because she does everything from the heart and that matters more than anything.

Perfection

From day 1, Silvia has been there to the rescue. I was struggling with my venue contract and she came in to save me thousands! She was always a phone call away whenever we needed her. Always attentive to the last detail. She went out of her way to get missing tablecloths, cake sets, table pieces, so many thing that you don’t think about for the day! Overall our wedding could have not been perfection without her. Forever grateful

You kept us calm and well-informed the entire process. Your experienced input (knowing details of venues, locations, florists, lighting and sound companies, bands, etc etc) helped tremendously in guiding all our decisions. We especially appreciate the way you dove into the ceremony and reception set-up like a champ!
