Your wedding is in good hands with Details Miami
Patsy and Adriana with Details Miami are fantastic! We hired them for the final two months of wedding planning for our wedding at Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables. They took over all the logistics that were totally overwhelming me, especially since our venue was newly-opened and still had portions under construction. Once they got involved, I went back to having fun with cute details and not worrying about things like floor plans. They handled things like timelines for the vendors, floor plans and set up for our ceremony and reception, food distribution, vendor payments, and recommended vendors for anything we hadn't booked yet (car service, table rentals, posters, even babysitting). They met my mom and I at our venue, and spent the day meeting with each vendor we had booked and doing walk throughs of the space to make sure they had every detail covered. They had a great eye and caught lots of little things with each vendor that I never would have thought to ask on my own, and I appreciated their input on things that would or would not make an impact. Adriana was our main coordinator and she was great. She took over the follow ups with individual vendors and our venue and would send me one email with a list of "to dos." As someone planning a wedding from out of state, and while working full time, feeling like someone was keeping track of this was a huge weight off my shoulders. Adriana was total professional the day of the wedding- she made sure everything went off without an issue, adjusted things as needed, and kept track of everything (and everyone). If she was ever stressed, I did not notice! She also took initiative to make some decisions for me so could enjoy time with my friends (for example, picking the lighting used by the dj) and kept everything to my taste. My husband summed it up pretty well after the wedding, "we would have been totally screwed without Adriana" ha! My wedding was perfect and the only thing I might have changed was hiring Details sooner so I would have had some peace of mind earlier in the process.Sent on 02/27/2019
