We had Gabi for coordination and it was the best decision! She kept us kept us calm and on time during the craziest day! We are so happy to have had Gabi and her team with us!

2 years and 3 postponements later and we finally had our wedding! We honestly could not have done it without Gabi. At every postponement she was there checking with vendors for a new date. With our never-approaching dates we started losing steam and almost gave up all together, but Gabi insisted we keep our original date special and create a small and special vow exchange to honor and keep such an important date. Fast forward to October 2022 and we finally had our dream day and it was the best! Everything was thought of and looked better than we had hoped!

Working with Gabi was such an amazing experience. Wedding planning looked very very different for us because we were a covid couple and had to postpone our wedding multiple times. The first time we postponed was just a couple of weeks before our wedding that was supposed to be April 4, 2020.

Gabi was INCREDIBLE. She went above and beyond to help make this wedding a reality and helped us postpone our date not just once but twice! She was the point of contact for all our vendors and was able to find a date that worked for everyone so we wouldn't have to lose any vendors or deposits. She is very detailed and thorough and made us feel so much better during such a rough time. She went the extra mile and made the entire wedding planning process so much easier.

For the day of, she rocked! She made everything happen and was on the ball even when rain made us switch to plan B for our outdoor ceremony. She kept me down the earth and made me laugh even while I was stressing about every little thing (haha!). Her assistant was excellent and always helping out too! Thank you so much, Gabi. We were a COVID wedding couple. When we knew we needed to postpone, Gabi coordinated with our 12+ vendors to find a date where they could ALL do our wedding. We didn’t lose a single vendor.

I don’t even know how to put into words how thankful I am for Gabi. The month leading up to the wedding and the actual day of, I would have never gotten through any of it without her. Attention to EVERY. SINGLE. LITTLE. DETAIL. Always had an answer to EVERY question we had. Was on call every minute of the month leading up to wedding, to the morning after my wedding. I can honestly say I had ZERO stress on my wedding day, and it was all thanks to Gabi and her amazing team! Gabriela is honestly AMAZING! My Husband and I were so blessed to spend the past year and a half with her planning our dream wedding. She was there every step of the way answering our countless amount of questions and guiding us to the perfect vendors. She made my dream become a reality! I'm so happy we found Gabi. We got her for day- of and a few weeks before the wedding, she requested all of the information and we had a meeting about the flow of the wedding. She went through all of the details of what we had booked months in advance and helped us put it all together.

Sometimes in life you are fortunate to meet some really special people. Gabi Sousa is one of those people. My wife and I were in desperate need of a wedding coordinator and we were lucky enough to be referred to Gabi. She turned out to be the best hire in our wedding. Gabi came in and planned/coordinated our wedding with just a week left before the wedding. It was not an easy job but she was able to step in with a week left and take control of our wedding like as if she was there from the beginning. Gabi has a special gift of connecting with the couple and feeling like she's part of the family.
