I found Naomi after I had a bad experience with a previous wedding planner who I felt I was constantly managing and unfortunately, had to part ways with. As you can imagine, I had some PTSD with my previous planner so it was a difficult decision to want to hire another one. However, those doubts quickly went away when I met with Naomi and she walked me through her whole process and the software she uses to keep track of everything. If you are type A like me and hands on, rest assured that Naomi is the planner for you. I hired her for partial services and she gave me good recommendations on the vendors I had left to hire and she guided me through the remaining months I had left (about 5), accompanied me to all my tastings/vendor appointments and carried everything through to the day of the wedding. She is incredibly detailed, helped with a lot of follow ups, and kept everything streamlined and in good hands with our venue. Our venue was quite complex to work with as we got married at a Performing arts center, and there are many other additional logistics involved from a typical wedding venue. However, Naomi helped with all the heavy lifting in making sure all of our dream items came to life and that all details were correct and true to how we envisioned our day. The best part about working with Naomi and her team was truly that no one bothered us on the day of our wedding. My husband and I can say that we truly had the most magical day, and that our wedding went seamlessly. We got to enjoy our day the way we wanted to and drink, eat and make great memories with our family and friends. I remember Naomi even asking us if there was anything we needed and bribing us drinks at our sweetheart table, which was such a nice gesture. Our friends and family are still raving about how special, unique and fun our wedding was and some even said it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Working with Naomi Zora Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We planned a multi-day, multi-cultural celebration and hired Naomi and her team for full service planning and I can honestly say we couldn't have done this without them!
