Naomi and her team are next level professional and wonderful to work with!!

Naomi and her team are next level professional. I found Naomi after I had a bad experience with a previous wedding planner who I felt I was constantly managing and unfortunately, had to part ways with. If this sounds like you and your planner is stressing you out, please read on. Naomi came recommended by my florist, and from the day we met, I knew I was in good hands. As you can imagine, I had some PTSD with my previous planner so it was a difficult decision to want to hire another one. However, those doubts quickly went away when I met with Naomi and she walked me through her whole process and the software she uses to keep track of everything. If you are type A like me and hands on, rest assured that Naomi is the planner for you. I hired her for partial services and she gave me good recommendations on the vendors I had left to hire and she guided me through the remaining months I had left (about 5), accompanied me to all my tastings/vendor appointments and carried everything through to the day of the wedding. She is incredibly detailed, helped with a lot of follow ups, and kept everything streamlined and in good hands with our venue. Our venue was quite complex to work with as we got married at a Performing arts center, and there are many other additional logistics involved from a typical wedding venue. However, Naomi helped with all the heavy lifting in making sure all of our dream items came to life and that all details were correct and true to how we envisioned our day. The best part about working with Naomi and her team was truly that no one bothered us on the day of our wedding. My husband and I can say that we truly had the most magical day, and that our wedding went seamlessly. We got to enjoy our day the way we wanted to and drink, eat and make great memories with our family and friends. I remember Naomi even asking us if there was anything we needed and bribing us drinks at our sweetheart table, which was such a nice gesture. Our friends and family are still raving about how special, unique and fun our wedding was and some even said it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I would say that you will definitely need it and I’d highly recommend Naomi and her team!! Thank you Naomi for helping our dream wedding come to life and for all the hard work you and your team put in. We will forever be grateful! ❤️❤️❤️

Worth every penny!

We hired Naomi for a partial wedding planning package and she helped us to pull of a phenomenal wedding day. She identified various vendors which we needed to make our special day complete and we were very happy with every vendor she recommended to us. The day itself went off without a hiccup which is a testament to her experience and planning skills. We couldn't have done it without her help!

10/10 must have Naomi!!!

We can not say enough great things about Naomi. We had her as a day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! We don’t live local to west palm so it was really helpful to have Naomi coordinating all of the vendors from a distance. All of my guests said that I looked like one of the most calm brides they’ve ever seen and that is all because Naomi amongst our other vendors made the day go so smooth. She organized every single detail for weeks in advance and ensured everything went as planned to the very end of the night. On top of that, all of my other vendors were thrilled to hear we were working with her because everyone loves working with her so much. We didn’t do a full planner due to our budget restrictions but I would 1000% reccomend her for full planning services if you are getting married in the south Florida area you simply can not go with anyone else besides Naomi!!!

We booked full service planning with Naomi and from the very first conversation to the final moments of our wedding day, working with her for that year was one of the best decisions we made. Planning a wedding felt so overwhelming to me when I first got engaged, but she made the entire process feel organized, calm, and truly enjoyable. Every penny spent to have her as our wedding planner was more than worth it.

Once we decided to have our wedding at the Pelican Club she immediately had vendor recommendations ready that she knew would work well in the space and would be able to create the vision we had, and let me tell you she delivered! From photography to custom signage and everything in between, the vendors she recommended brought our vision to life and were so amazing to work with.

Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for us as a couple were also unmatched. She thought of everything — often before we even knew we needed it — and handled every detail seamlessly. On the wedding day itself, I was able to be completely present and soak in every moment, knowing she had everything under control which was truly one of the greatest gifts.

Not only is Naomi incredibly talented and professional, but she is also kind, patient, and so easy to work with. Our wedding exceeded every expectation we had, and we owe so much of that to her expertise and dedication. Wedding!!!

Working with Naomi Zora Events was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We planned a multi-day, multi-cultural celebration and hired Naomi and her team for full service planning and I can honestly say we couldn't have done this without them!

From the start, they really took the time to truly understand us and worked closely with my husband and me to shape a clear vision for each day. They helped design all events, connected us with amazing and trusted vendors, and even found us an Indian priest since we had no idea where to even begin (that alone speaks to how resourceful and connected they are!).

Naomi and her team were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always steps ahead. No question ever felt too small and we very much felt supported throughout the entire process. Our venue was fairly difficult to work with and Naomi handled them with confidence and professionalism by stepping in as a strong middleman, standing firm when needed, and helping to keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes leading up to and on the wedding days.

Their team brings such a calm, knowledgeable presence, and having them in our corner made the entire experience so much less stressful and far more enjoyable. If you’re considering working with them, do it, because you’ll be in the best hands ever! Full Service in Miami

We are an out-of-town couple based in NYC and planned a wedding at the W South Beach. Working with Naomi was one of the best decisions we made! From the beginning, she made planning a Miami wedding from hundreds of miles away feel manageable.

Naomi is incredibly organized, warm and proactive. We worked collaboratively to find vendors, and unlike some planners who only allow you to choose from their preferred list, she was totally open to working with new people we brought in. She also wasn’t afraid to be no-nonsense with certain vendors who were difficult in the weeks leading up to the wedding — which we really appreciated.

Our venue was extremely unorganized, and Naomi went above and beyond to keep everything in check. We ended up paying her extra to dedicate more hours than originally planned, and she handled it with total professionalism even though a lot of the day-of tasks were outside of her job description. She’s always one step ahead and everything flowed seamlessly on our wedding day because of this. We’re so grateful to have worked with Naomi!

You need them!

We hired Naomi and her team for full planning and it was the BEST decision we made for our wedding - hands down! I came in with a very specific vision and her team not only understood it but brought it to life more beautifully than I ever imagined. Every detail was so thoughtfully executed and the vendor team that we were connected with all went above and beyond in more ways than we could’ve ever expected. Naomi kept us on track with our budget while always being honest and realistic, which my husband and I so appreciated because wow we needed the reality check for wedding budgets lol. The guidance, organization and detail oriented focus allowed us to actually enjoy the wedding day and the weeks leading up to it without stressing because we knew we were in the best hands. Her team was incredibly responsive to our many questions and they genuinely and very obviously cared about giving us the most perfect day. Our Fairy Godmother of Wedding Planning!!

Naomi and her team helped us plan our multi-day Indian fusion wedding in Orlando with over 300 guests, and we can confidently say it was the best decision we made! At first we were a bit hesitant about hiring a full planner since we thought we could manage it ourselves but once we spoke with Naomi, we realized just how essential having an experienced planner truly is, especially with our demanding work schedules.

Naomi and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They took the time to understand both sides of our cultures and seamlessly blended our traditions into a cohesive, meaningful celebration that spanned across several days. Every event from the sangeet to the ceremonies to the reception ran flawlessly and on time, and not a single detail was overlooked. Her team was there all day (and into the early morning hours) to ensure that everything was perfect behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy every moment by being fully present.

What really stood out was that they all had a calm kind presence, and they handled even the smallest hiccup with total grace. They made us and our families feel completely at ease and truly went above and beyond in every way. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is professional, organized, easy to work with and so very sweet, then don't look any further! Naomi is the person for you! She is the best - The first time we spoke with her we knew we were making the right choice! Great planner and Awesome Wedding!!

Naomi planned our wedding at the Addison in Boca Raton, FL. We live in NYC, so our wedding was a destination wedding and we knew we needed someone experienced on the ground to help us. We hired Naomi for Full Service Planning. She was so organized and available, worked with us to pick the perfect location and vendors, dealt with all of the vendors for us and followed up on everything before the event, gave us suggestions when we had questions about options for the ceremony and reception, gave us a very detailed timeline to refer to leading up to the wedding, and then ran the whole event smoothly. The wedding went perfectly and I recommend Naomi very highly.

Amazing Service!

Naomi was amazing throughout the wedding planning process! She made things so much easier and streamlined all the planning. She was always available and would reply immediately back to all my questions! She was extremely helpful with the timeline planning since it got a little bit overwhelming for me alone. Naomi planned and executed our perfect destination wedding at the Breakers in Palm Beach, FL. Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to her. She was worth every penny we spent on the Destination Full Service planning package, as she was there from the first step. From venue search, vendor selection, vendor communication, vendor referrals, budget allocation and tracking, managing the checklist / managing the budget, timeline creation, etc, she was essential to our wedding’s success! We don’t live in Palm Beach, we live in the northeast so she was our eyes, ears, & boots on the ground. Naomi planned our dream wedding in less than 6 months!

Naomi is absolutely incredible and made our wedding beyond anything we could’ve dreamed of or envisioned! My husband and I are incredibly busy medical professionals working in the ER & OR and at the time of wedding planning were both living in separate states so it was a destination wedding for both us. With our schedules being as demanding as they are and difficult to coordinate in advance, we knew we needed a planner who understood our situation and was flexible enough to work with us...hiring Naomi was our saving grace! We had our wedding reception at a non-conventional venue in the heart of downtown Miami and Naomi not only nailed our vision but kept us within budget without compromising any details. Leading up to the wedding she was available to do planning calls that worked with our schedules and she exudes such a calm confidence which put us at such ease. On the wedding day itself I didn't have to worry about a thing since I knew Naomi and her team were there to handle everything which allowed my husband and I to enjoy every possible moment! I cannot commend her enough on the level of detail and professionalism, regardless of how many clients she was working with at the same time as working with us she always made us feel like we were the only ones. When we first started this process we were stuck between the full service or destination full service package but we eventually settled on destination full service since we wanted Naomi's help planning the entire weekend for us - it gave us 100% peace of mind knowing that she was involved in all events and we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything wedding related at all. For the couples that are unsure of budgeting like we were at first, for transparency our full wedding weekend budget was roughly $200k for 150 guests. We truly cannot recommend Naomi any more highly and are incredibly grateful to have met her and worked with her team! I also want to add that we interviewed a bunch of other planners and nobody was nearly as responsive as Naomi -- my husband was consistently impressed by how quickly she responded to us and with such thoughtful detail. Seriously such a thoughtful and honest person - you need her on your team!!

Make room in your budget to hire Naomi!

I reached out to Naomi because I fell in love with a wedding that she planned at a venue I was considering. We were at the very beginning stages of planning a small wedding and had no idea where to start but I knew the investment in the right planner would be well worth it. At the time of reaching out I was unsure of what to expect but starting from our initial conversation it was clear that Naomi is not just a planner and instead a true professional who is very educated and respected in her craft and industry. She immediately put us at ease and calmly walked us through the different options for packages by offering suggestions on how to help us through this unfamiliar wedding planning process. We hired her on the spot during our initial call for full wedding planning services, which i knew we needed since my fiance and I live in a different state.

Naomi turned any potential challenge that came from being an out of state couple, into a seamless and stress free journey. She not only met but exceeded any expectation we had. Unmatched Coordination- the best of the best!

Let me start by saying that I work at a hotel in wedding sales and have worked with dozens of wedding planners/coordinators, so picking the right one for my wedding my very important to me. I worked with Naomi on our first wedding together in 2021. I was amazed by the attention to detail and how flawless the day and weeks leading up to the wedding were. I always told her that when the day comes, I will look no further, she was the one! I couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. I have never worked with a more organized, professional and FUN planner. She is the best of the best. I couldn't recommend her enough. The attention to detail is truly unmatched!

The BEST Planner!

Naomi planned and executed our wedding to perfection. We booked the Full Service Planning even though I was a local bride. Despite the fact that the Full Service package wasn’t necessarily inexpensive, it was 100% worth every single penny. Planning and the wedding itself would have been an absolute nightmare without Naomi. We had some initial phone calls with other planners (even some less expensive ones), but I knew from my first phone call with Naomi that she would be the perfect fit for our wedding and it was definitely worth the investment. Naomi’s dedication, creativity, and attention to detail made our special day truly unforgettable. From the initial consultation to the final farewell, Naomi demonstrated an unwavering commitment to making our wedding dreams a reality. Naomi’s ability to listen and understand our vision, combined with her expert guidance, turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable process. She scheduled many phone calls with me, referred us to the BEST vendors, handled all vendor communication, created our budget allocation and tracking, managed the budget, managed our checklist, created our timeline, sent payment reminders and more.
Our wedding venue (Lola 41 Palm Beach) is not a standard wedding venue, so there was a lot more logistics planning and vendor management that needed to go into the planning, but she handled it with grace and perfection so that our wedding day was the most magical day of our lives.
One aspect that truly stood out was her impeccable organization. Every detail, no matter how small, was meticulously planned and executed. The timeline she created kept everything on track, allowing us to relax and savor every moment without worrying about the logistics. Her professionalism and calm demeanor were a source of reassurance throughout the entire planning process and especially on the big day itself.
Her creative touch was evident in every aspect of the wedding, from the stunning floral arrangements to the unique and personalized touches that reflected our personalities. The way she transformed the venue exceeded our expectations, and we received countless compliments from our guests on the beautiful and cohesive design. Every single vendor she recommended went above and beyond my expectations – the photographer, the DJ, the rentals, the florist – they were all nothing short of perfect.
Moreover, her ability to navigate unforeseen challenges with grace and poise was truly commendable. Her quick thinking and problem-solving skills ensured that any hiccups were resolved seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy our day without a worry in the world.
The relationships she has cultivated with vendors were evident in the seamless coordination between all parties involved. It was clear that she has built a network of reliable and talented professionals who share her commitment to excellence.
Most importantly, her genuine passion for what she does shone through in every interaction. It was evident that she wasn’t just doing a job but rather investing her heart and soul into creating a day that was not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful to us and our loved ones.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Naomi as our wedding planner. Her expertise, creativity, and warm personality made the entire experience a joy, and we are beyond grateful for the role she played in making our wedding day the perfect start to our journey as a married couple.

Excellent - Naomi made our wedding day truly perfect

Naomi was nothing short of spectacular in helping plan our wedding. We had a destination wedding in Miami at EAST (we live in New York) and from the start Naomi’s attention to detail and promptness was impressive. We booked her full service planning which was crucial for us being out of state - she excelled in everything from suggesting top vendors in the Miami area, (our wedding guests are still raving about everything from the florist to music and even our officiant- thanks to Naomi’s suggestions), to keeping us on track from a budget perspective and even sending payment reminders for all vendors. She even let us ship items to her office location and held onto them for us/brought them to the venue on our wedding day which took A LOT of stress off of our plates. Naomi is 100% the reason why our wedding day went off without a hitch and I was able to spend our wedding truly enjoying the day and not being stressed out. She perfectly facilitated all vendor arrivals and was quick to address any unforeseen issues with the venue and handled everything in a professional manner. I could never imagine being able to have had a wedding without the help of Naomi and we cannot thank her enough for making our day perfect and for all of the hard work - countless phone calls, emails etc. that went into this. She will go above and beyond to make your day perfect and is worth the investment. Thank you so much Naomi!

Great for last mile - wish we had her from the start!

Naomi was a game changer to help us stay organized for our Jupiter wedding at the Pelican Club. We used her for "last mile" service because my bride squad (especially my sweet mother!) wanted to drive as much planning as possible themselves :')

Naomi met us with the plan we had and got up to speed quickly. She was highly professional, no-nonsense, easy to work with, and helped me manage the various personalities and vendors in a professional, calm, and consistent manor. My biggest regret is not using her from the beginning of the planning process (likely would have avoided some missteps we made early on / painful arguments with my closest loved ones!). She helped make our day truly special and relatively painless.

And for anyone wondering if a planner is really needed given the Pelican Club's day-of planner + if you are lucky enough to have a highly motivated relative or friend who wants to be more involved as I was, I will give you the advice I would have given myself: Go with Naomi from the start!

Naomi the Extraordinary

Don’t let anyone tell you differently: There is nothing fun when you’re “engaged.” There are checklists, obligations, and deadlines. We hired Naomi as our lead, as the Boca Marriot reccomended, and all of the stress melted away. She has amazing connections to all of the best vendors, she carefully crafted the vision my wife and I shared, and she was essential for the day-of production of a very large wedding that could of gone wrong for a million reasons. We could not reccomend Naomi more for making our wedding the best weekend of our lives. Love to you, Naomi, and thank you for all that you did to make our wedding perfect!

Naomi is the BEST!

Naomi helped me organize a retirement party for my wife. The process was easy and stress free. She designed the floor plan for the tents, ordered all of the cocktail and dining tables, tablecloths, chairs, and arranged the set up time. She helped choose the menu, placed the order and set up the delivery. Naomi always kept me up to date by calling and texting me. The party was a total success thanks to Naomi! I will definitely use Naomi Zora in the future.

We had our dream wedding thanks to Naomi!

I fell in love with Naomi's work before I even got engaged, from an Instagram post at my dream wedding venue. When I initially found her I knew 2 things at that time: once I got engaged I wanted to hire her, and I wanted to get married at the same venue. The week that I got engaged I reached out to her and hired her for full service planning which was easily the best decision that we made. She made the planning process so stress free and made things easy, clear and even fun. I never felt pressured to do things that didn’t align with our vision and I always felt supported. Naomi’s demeanor is very calming and honest and you can tell that she truly cares about you not only as a client but also a friend. The online planning system that she uses was such a great resource that kept us on track throughout the entire process. She helped us with building the perfect vendor team through her referrals and connections, which was a big concern of mine since I wanted to be sure that we were hiring trustworthy and professional vendors. Our timeline was such a work of art and I KNOW that we had our dream wedding because we had Naomi on our team which allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day and be present with our family and friends. I can’t thank Naomi enough for ALL she did to make our wedding dreams come true!

THE best decision we made

Hiring Naomi for Full Service planning was one of the first decisions and THE best decision we made during the process of planning our wedding. She and her entire team were incredible and we can’t say enough good things about our experience of working with them. We interviewed quite a few wedding planners since I knew I needed help because of my hectic schedule and from our first call I knew I needed her. She was knowledgeable, attentive, honest, patient, and just kind to work with by constantly going above and beyond for us. She knows and has relationships with all of the best vendors, and everyone she recommended to us delivered top tier quality and service by exceeding any expectations that we had. This entire process was as stress free as possible, and Naomi and her team were angels on the day of our wedding working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. We will truly miss working with her and we can’t thank her enough for making our day perfect. To anyone reading this-don’t think twice about it and just hire Naomi, you certainly won’t regret it. Naomi is fantastic! We hired her as our month-of coordinator and we couldn't have been happier with how she pulled together all the working piecing to make our big day perfect. Naomi took over as the primary poc for all of our vendors at the most opportune time, when things starting to feel a little crazy. She made sure nothing was overlooked / forgotten, and most importantly the day of the wedding she ensured everything was kept to schedule and executed perfectly. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the event, she handled it all! 10/10 recommend!

Look no further: Naomi planned my dream wedding

Naomi planned and executed my perfect 3-day Indian-fusion destination wedding in Palm Beach, FL. Our wedding was a dream, stress-free, and not a single thing went wrong. This is thanks to her. She was worth every penny we spent on the Destination Full Service planning package, as she was there from the first step. From venue search, vendor selection, vendor communication, vendor referrals, budget allocation and tracking, managing the checklist / managing the budget, timeline creation, etc, she was essential to our wedding’s success! We don’t live in Palm Beach, so she was our eyes, ears, & boots on the ground. And on both event days, she was managing vendors, overseeing the execution of each timeline, setting things up, lining up for the ceremony entrance, packing things up, keeping things on track — all so our wedding party & us could be focused on celebrating! Cards on the table: a good wedding planner is an investment. Naomi’s pricing was higher than other planners we explored but I am SO GRATEFUL we chose her because she was worth every penny. Seriously, I did not worry about a single thing & the wedding was flawless. You can’t put a price on that! Note our wedding budget was around $200K for a 2-day event, one day with a Hindu ceremony & one with an American one.

Naomi was a wedding planner Angel!

My husband and I hired Naomi and purchased the full services for our wedding day. I must say my intuition is on point, because she is the first wedding planner I met with to hire and I knew I didn't have to look any further. I knew nothing about weddings and I knew I needed someone like her to make my wedding a dream. Naomi was punctual, dedicated, reliable, easy and fun to talk to. She had us complete everything on time and nothing was late. Everything at our wedding went perfect. We feel like we can call Naomi our friend and I will refer her to all my close friends. It is really important to vibe with the person your going to hire to make your dream day come true. Naomi is the woman for it ! Thank you for making our day flow effortlessly wonderful,, nothing could have went better. Everything was so magnificent and on point. Our guests literally came up to us and said "It was Perfect" what a compliment to us all. We will always be grateful for you, your work ethic and your passion. Need to get married in 3 months? CALL NAOMI!

Naomi was fantastic! We were originally looking to get married in early 2023 (ideally January), but had only started talking about finding a planner this August. Naomi was so knowledgable and got on a call with us before we hired her, explaining that it would be REALLY expensive to do a January wedding. She suggested we try for a late October/early November wedding, when prices would be a little better. It was a three month turn-around, but we wanted to get married sooner than later. We had to expand our budget quite a bit to hire Naomi for full service planning, but we are SO GLAD we did! I was quoted lower by some other planners, but Naomi seemed to be the most honest, genuine, professional, and responsive.
First off, she helped us have the wedding of our dreams in THREE MONTHS --including finding a venue, catering, DJ, florist, hair and makeup, officiant, photography, and every other detail. We both work and have no time to be tracking down vendors, and Naomi communicated with everyone for us. She took the guesswork out of budgeting and was available to take our calls and emails pretty much 24/7. During planning, she sent us helpful reminders (without nagging) and helped keep the big picture together.

She helped us pull off a helpful rehearsal and was there the full day of the wedding to keep everything flawlessly coordinated. She even helped bustle my dress! At the end of the night, she and her team packed everything up for us and made it all so easy.

Definitely call Naomi for an expertly-crafted event!

Best Wedding Ever Thanks to Naomi

We hired Naomi for our destination wedding on 10/7/2022. We are from RI and the wedding was at the Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami, FL. We originally weren't going to hire a planner as I booked most of my vendors prior but then I realized I could use some help the last few months leading up to ensure everything was executed properly and handling things on site and communicating with vendors. THANK GOD I DID! If I could do it all over again I would have hired her sooner. The couple of months leading up to our day and our actual wedding day would have been the most stressful days of my life without her. She handled everything. If there was a problem I didn't know it and I didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to take in the best day and trip of my life with my husband and my loved ones.I truly had my dream wedding and it would not have been the sam without her. Her timeline was detailed and perfect and we followed it exactly as it was written. We mailed her decor and she had it set up perfectly and packed back up at the end of the night. She handled vendor tips & payment for me on the day of. We also had our heart set on having fast food as our late night snack and she had her team drive to Shake Shack and hand deliver. Everyone raged about it and the wedding in general and still are. Wedding planners are not cheap at all and I was hesitant to book for that reason. I figured if I did a lot of the planning why go and pay someone else. Her prices were affordable compared to other planners, she included more responsibilities in her packages than other planners and I can honestly say it is worth every. damn. penny! My day was seamless and I can truly thank her for that.

Naomi is a wedding day game changer

Naomi was a wonderful addition to our wedding team! It was a second thought for my husband and I to hire her as a month of planner. Being out of town, she was a big help! She went out of her way to pick up the flowers (in west palm) for our cake (in Jupiter) on our rehearsal day when we were so busy. She was very prompt with responses through email or text. She was always available to answer any questions. She gave a lot of good recommendations and provided a preferred vendor list that definitely helped sort out the strong from the weak. This was especially helpful since we are out of town. She also was wonderful in speaking with all of our vendors and creating a timeline, with back up options in weather was not permitting. She is very professional, honest, and thorough. HIRE HER NOW!!

Simply Amazing!

Naomi, I can’t even express how grateful I am to have had your help in planning our wedding. From the first time I spoke with you on the phone, I knew that you were special. The thought of planning a destination wedding was initially very overwhelming, but from the moment we met and started working together, those feelings quickly dissipated, and I felt completely confident that you had EVERYTHING under control and that you truly understood our vision. Every conversation and email exchange were so personal, I felt like I was talking with a longtime friend and honestly, I am going to miss that so much! I don’t have wedding withdrawal; I have Naomi withdrawal! :) Now I just want to help you plan other people’s weddings just so we can keep chatting and hanging out! :)

But seriously, our event execution was perfect. Your vendor recommendations were amazing. Your attention to detail and communication with both myself and the vendors was outstanding. And on the day of the wedding, I felt so relaxed knowing that you were handling everything. I could just let go of the stress of the day and live in the moment knowing that you were there. I know that you’ve mentioned that many don’t often even realize all the little things you do both ahead of time and during the event itself, but I have to say, I KNOW what you did, I saw all of the hard work and time you spent in every detail! I am forever grateful. You are simply amazing. You are a beautiful person with a kind spirit, you speak your mind and are a tiger when it comes to negotiating and dealing with vendors and even wedding crashers! :)

Naomi is nothing short of amazing when it comes to wedding planning! Hiring her as our wedding planner was the best decision we made regarding our wedding! She was there every single step of the way, no matter what curve ball was thrown at us! Our case was extra special as during our wedding planning I was both pregnant/we became first time parents. Naomi was always there to support us and truly became a great friend along the way.
We chose her "Full Service Destination Package" even though we got married locally in Jupiter, FL. We chose this package as it offered us the most -full service help for the wedding days + other days such as rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, etc.!
Naomi is truly one of a kind, and HONEST which is huge in the wedding industry. She always kept us on track whether it be with referring and booking vendors, updating her website (which is super user-friendly and organized), and making sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day!
Looking back now, I don't think we would have come even close to having such an incredible wedding without the help of Naomi and her team. She made the day go by smoothly and helped even day-of blips not become "big" blips. Wedding Planner

If you are in need a wedding planner, look no further! Naomi was amazing from the very beginning and put me completely at ease. She paid attention to every little detail - from creating an incredible timeline down to the minute, to setting up the whole venue (Pelican Club), and making sure the whole evening ran smoothly. I had a black-tie wedding and she ensured that it lived up to every expectation. Even during a crisis (when I got bird poop on my dress before the ceremony & also got makeup on my husband’s white suit jacket), she was there every step of the way to help. Not to mention, the entertainment she referred was outstanding — Red Elephant Entertainment! The two companies work hand-in-hand and provided the BEST entertainment on our wedding day. There was great communication between the owner, Roman, and Naomi and it just went off without a hitch. REE’s saxophone player truly brought the house down and I’ve gotten rave reviews from every guest I’ve spoken to. I truly couldn’t have pulled off this incredible wedding without Naomi & Roman and am forever grateful!

Perfection

Naomi is the best of the best! We got married at the Pelican Club in Jupiter and she came highly recommended by the venue. She was so incredibly organized and ready to make our vision a reality! Don't hesitate - hire Naomi NOW!

Working with Naomi and her team took so much stress out of the wedding planning process for my husband and me. At first, he and I had hired another wedding coordinator who we had to fire. Then, thankfully, we found Naomi in our time of need!

Our first wedding planner never replied to emails or texts and never did what she said she was going to do. Naomi, however, was the EXACT OPPOSITE of that planner! I immediately could trust her because her communication was so clear, she was responsive to all of my questions, and she gave so much wise guidance. It was a bonus that she had so much experience with our venue and came highly recommended by the venue coordinator.

Naomi was so patient and helpful leading up to the wedding but she really blew us away on the wedding day. Everything went off seamlessly as she coordinated every detail with of all of our vendors. That is something that I could have never done myself and I do not recommend any couple try to do that on their own. You need a professional to coordinate and conduct the flow of the day! Remember, you've probably never planned a wedding before and Naomi does this every day of her life!!!

Hiring her is an investment in your wedding day you will not regret and your stress will be relieved. We had absolutely the best night of our lives and it wouldn't have happened without Naomi and her talented team.

Would give Naomi six stars if I could!!!

I found Naomi about 6 months before my wedding, which had already been delayed due to COVID. Most of the “heavy lifting” planning had already been done by the time we connected (i.e. booking the venue and major vendors), but I was very nervous about going into the big day without any type of planner.

We had started the planning process with a different planning company at the very outset, and ultimately I decided to terminate these services, as I was very disappointed in the quality of services delivered versus what was originally promised. Because of this negative, costly, experience with a planning service, I was very skeptical about booking someone again and being further disappointed.

Naomi completely eliminated all of these fears, and even connected me right away with a previous client as a reference. From the very first day, Naomi was incredibly responsive, thorough, detail oriented, and addressed every concern I had, no matter how minute, with an extremely thoughtful and insightful response.

One of my biggest issues with our original planner was the lack of responsiveness and lack of organization, where I often felt like I was “managing” the planner, adding an added level of stress and complexity to an already complicated process. It was not until I started working with Naomi that I truly felt confident she was a person who would consider and remember every single detail, and I trusted that she was more than capable of ensuring our wedding plan was executed exactly as I had communicated and envisioned.

The most valuable part of working with Naomi was her creation of an extremely detailed timeline (down to the minute). Naomi coordinated and shared this timeline with our numerous vendors to ensure everyone was completely aligned and on-track. She made it seamless for me to give feedback and input as the timeline evolved, and no matter how specific a request, she let absolutely NOTHING fall through the cracks.

Having Naomi to help me navigate quite possibly the most overwhelming event of my life was absolutely invaluable. Her deep expertise, communication skills, professionalism, guidance, and ability to execute allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my wedding day with complete confidence.

Best Wedding Decision We Made

When beginning the wedding planning process, my then fiancé and parents were adamant about making sure we found at the very least, a day-of coordinator to help make sure the big day went off without a hitch. Truthfully, I was hesitant because I felt I would certainly be capable of managing my own planning process – which couldn’t have been a more naïve sentiment on my part.
I found Naomi through internet searches and reached out to see what this was all about. From the moment I spoke with her, she so fully understood exactly what our vision was and was proactive in a way that immediately put me at ease (particularly given uncertain pandemic times) ...I knew we were in good hands.
My expectation was that we hired a great wedding coordinator – the reality is that Naomi played a part so much bigger than that.
Most of the vendors were selected based on her recommendation, and we are so overjoyed to have had such a dream team by our side. Most notably, she recommended Red Elephant Entertainment to us (which is discounted when bundled with her services!) and The Hendricks Photography (a power couple whose work will blow you away). We were able to breath easy as our date approached just seeing how well Naomi communicated with these (and all) vendors; She established with them the most incredible and comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline, while she also confirmed, checked, re-checked, and clarified any and all questions that might have come up with each individual contract.
Countless details, from recommending crayons for the kids table, reminding us about card boxes/cake cutters/guest books etc., to running the most detailed oriented walk-through with our venue (actually identifying, and resolving, some major gaps we had not noticed or even thought of)…it was all Naomi.
We want to also point out that in the weeks before our wedding, there were significant changes with our venue that caused major concern for my family. Naomi went out of her way to put all our anxieties to rest – this includes meticulous review of the banquet order and contract details, showing up the day before to oversee deliveries/setup, personally taking responsibility to oversee our personal effects and their return to us, staying beyond her coverage time day of to make sure she was there to manage the entire event (which was booked until 2AM). The only reason we were able to go into our entire wedding weekend with such unfiltered calm and excitement, is that we knew Naomi was there.
Naomi took the vision we had for our dream wedding and executed on it in a way that truly exceeded all our expectations. I know without a doubt now that there’s no way we could have managed to pull off any sort of wedding, let alone our dream one, without her experience, dedication, and skill. To top it all off, she is just an absolute delight. We couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative for our invaluable wedding pro and planning partner.

Naomi is incredible, and the best of the best. I hired naomi for her full service event package. Our venue was Flagler museum, and her vendor relationships made the process that much easier. I wholeheartedly would recommend Naomi for full wedding services! My husband and I got engaged right before the global pandemic hit (March 2020). We wanted to initially have about a 100 person event but as the pandemic developed further, it was very uncertain! We are Florida natives but currently live out of state. Our vision was to have an outdoor waterfront ceremony and outdoor reception, but it seemed impossible to make that happen. I’m a perfectionist at heart and I am usually very picky and never pleased. I tried the whole DIY planning, it did not work! I was super stressed and had no idea where to begin with organization. Naomi came into my life at the perfect time and helped us craft our vision. Naomi’s full service was worth every penny since she made us a priority. Our vision for our wedding changed during working with Naomi and she handled it so seamlessly. We ended up to have a small immediate family wedding in Anna Maria Island on the west coast of Florida. Naomi is a full time SoFlo wedding planner but with her extensive networks, she hired the very best vendors for our intimate ceremony. We got the BEST officiant, private five star chef, harpist, make up artist, and florist for our perfect wedding. Best Wedding Planner of All Time

Naomi helped plan the best wedding ever-- the actual quote from MULTIPLE wedding guests. Naomi was on the preferred vendor list at my venue and I knew after our first call that she was the one for us. I was planning a wedding from Texas so she was crucial in my planning and connecting me with vendors. She also found me the best DJ of all time (Red Elephant Entertainment) and our guests did NOT leave the dance floor once. Naomi kept in touch with us every step of the way leading up to the wedding day and paid close attention to all details. She analyzed my Pinterest board and helped all my visions come to life.

Naomi can do it all!!

Naomi is more than weddings, she can do it all. I hired her for my wife’s surprise birthday party which had all the challenges of wedding. She handled them all with ease and made everything perfect. Her software system for tracking budgets, vendors, invitations is state of the art and keeps you up to date and in the know on everything. Her vendor referrals were on point and everyone was extremely professional. Her contact for music, furniture and flowers were amazing. The DJ was top notch. There was never moment where she was unavailable, she took every call and responded to every email. Even when things got complex that’s when she became more efficient and professional. Best Wedding Planner in THE WORLD

Naomi is the best wedding planner IN THE WORLD! I am confident to say this because I am from the other side of the world and we chose Naomi after we looked at dozens of wedding planners over there and in the Palm Beach area, and this decision paid off immensely later on.
As a long-distance couple both being non-local, knowing nothing about wedding planning, and having to plan our wedding remotely, hiring a wedding planner was a no-brainer to us. My principle in looking for services is to respect and trust the professionals, and that’s what we were looking for in a wedding planner: professional, resourceful, dedicated, and love what they do. After a consultation session with Naomi, we just had this feeling that SHE’S THE ONE, and we could definitely trust her to help and guide us through this process, so we decided to book the Full Service package.
The planning process was so enjoyable and trouble free, all we needed to do is to trust Naomi in her recommendations and suggestions and go along with it (because her recommended vendors are all amazing and super professional as well, without her referrals we definitely wouldn’t know who to look for). For example, for the venue we decided to go with was a brand-new hotel: Canopy by Hilton Downtown West Palm Beach, even though it was still under construction at that time (we even did a hard hat tour!). We’re the first couple to book a wedding with them even before they’re opened to public! The venue turned out to be gorgeous and stunning, exceeding our expectations by 10,000%! Naomi is super flexible and accommodating with our ideas and designs too, even with our wedding date postponed and related coordination due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. Naomi also kept us on track and on time with our timeline, this is very helpful to us since we’re both procrastinators… This feeling of mutual trust and rapport in cooperation is truly touching and amazing!
In the end our wedding turned out to be everything we asked for and so much more: stunning venue setup, professional services from all the vendors, everything just looked flawless and exquisite, and we were able to enjoy the day with our families and friends, all thanks to Naomi! I have to say I felt really reassured whenever I saw Naomi at the ceremony and reception venues, knowing that as long as she’s there for me, nothing can go wrong.
Today’s the sixth day after our wedding, and it feels a bit weird to not have talked with Naomi in a while… we just got really used to having a perfect and productive communication flow with her. I even said to my husband that I really wish Naomi does other kinds of event planning as well so that we can keep coming back to her! We just love her professionalism, her impeccable taste, and her always charming, outgoing and optimistic personality! 1,000 thumbs up!!! (I wish I had this many..)

Naomi is a must-have!

Hiring a planner was the best decision we made! In the beginning we were a bit unsure if a planner was for us and hesitant regarding the additional cost, but after speaking with Naomi it was very clear that we needed her.
Wedding planning is complex and time consuming, before starting this process I was totally unaware of what it entailed. Naomi took the time to walk us through styles, vendors, timeline, etc and help organize and execute my vision.
Naomi was hired to originally plan a 2-day Indian wedding at a stand-alone property in Parkland, Florida. This wedding was not an easy task as there were a lot of moving parts due to the venue being a bare slate. Not to mention there were many promises made by the venue that was not delivered and a serious lack of communication by the venue manager. On top of trying to plan a complex cultural event, my fiancé and I were in different states, and I worked in the hospital during COVID. From the get-go, Naomi took the stress of communication off my hands, her reputation in the industry made my venue pay more attention to our event and her professionalism and efficiency got things done! She helped to clarify my vision and connect me with some of her preferred vendors (Adam King Photography, Red Elephant Entertainment, Elegant Parties Tent Rental).
Naomi not only executed the job of a planner, but also worked overtime when it came to communicating with the venue manager.
Price-tag shock is REAL PEOPLE! But, Naomi is worth more than her price, the amount of time she spends with her clients, the detailed emails and text messages she communicates with and the money she saves you by providing preferred vendors is more than the cost of her services.
Her cool and calm demeanor, helped me to relax through the process and during the big day, allowing my husband and I and our families to enjoy ourselves. I would have never been able to pull this off on my own and hiring Naomi was the best decision I ever made! I will forever advise anyone getting married to hire a planner like Naomi.
If I was to plan my wedding again, the only thing I would do different is book her sooner!

Naomi is the absolute best

I was recently married on April 09, 2021 and hiring Naomi was easily the best decision I made in the planning process.
We rescheduled our wedding from Mexico in 2020 to Palm Beach, FL in 2021 due to Covid-19, and I knew I needed a planner to help me with planning another wedding. I booked the Destination Full Service Package, which included three days of planned events (rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and farewell brunch). I found Naomi on theknot.com and after a consultation phone call, I felt instantly comfortable with her. She KNOWS this industry - inside and out- and provided me with so much insight, support, and stellar vendor recommendations. After an unfortunate issue with the first venue we booked, I switched venues and she was very helpful with that process. Unfortunately the second venue, while beautiful, proved to be extremely difficult to work with. Fortunately, Naomi spearheaded all conversation and helped smooth out all their issues with admirable professionalism. I booked with all of her vendor recommendations, and they also were extremely accommodating in dealing with the frustrating venue owners. In the end, Naomi and her vendor recommendations (Red Elephant Entertainment DJ, Tashy Marie Hair and Makeup, Avant-Gardens Florist and Rentals, Thierry Isambert Catering, Joshua Lane Photography and Videography, Tents N Events reception tent) proved to be the absolute dream team. Every single detail of our event was impeccable and we are extremely happy with how our wedding day turned out.
Naomi was worth every penny and I could not have done this without her. Our wedding was on the more expensive side budget-wise ($200-$250 k) and my investment in her planning made the process incredibly easy. She was in constant contact with me for months, double checking every detail and working to ensure every aspect of my vision came to life. She is personable, funny, intelligent and I truly enjoyed working with her. You can see the true difference in her professionalism as a planner, opposed to someone who just does it as a hobby. I was constantly blown away by her organization and support. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, hire Naomi. You will not regret it!

The best part of wedding planning!

We got married in the middle of a pandemic surrounded by changes and overall craziness, but I am so glad and grateful I had Naomi by my side. When we first got engaged, I knew I wanted to hire a planner. I knew that I would be too busy getting married, to make sure everything was executed the way I envisioned it. I am very organized and type A, and I was looking for someone to match my personality. After a bunch of phone interviews with other local planners, I finally connected with Naomi. The first thing that got me hooked was the way she explained the way she sets up her timeline and the small details that go into place. We set up a meeting. My mom and I went to meet with Naomi (she needed more convincing than I did about how much we needed Naomi). Naomi sat with us and explained the planning process and the process that eventually begins to build a timeline to have the perfect day. We were so impressed on how professional and how proud of the work she does, and it really showed through, in just our conversation. We left the meeting and as soon as we got in the car, my mom looked at me and said, "text her and tell her we want her!" Through the beginning of planning Naomi was just a quick text away, between recommendations on different vendors or how she thought something would look. She always gave a few options and recommendations when we asked a question. When the pandemic hit, things started to change. Groomsmen and guests started dropping out and changing their RSVP's. At one point, we turned to Naomi about her opinion about postponing our day. The calmness and knowledge she had to offer was one of the best things to calm a very stressed-out Corona Bride. We had changes up until the very day before our wedding, Naomi organized with all the vendors and made sure everything was still perfect. Leading up to the big day, we worked together to create the wedding I have always envisioned. Naomi worked closely with my vendors and me to confirm details and go over everything my husband and I wanted. I often found myself thinking about all the details I would have forgotten or maybe wouldn't have even thought of, if it wasn't for Naomi. The day of the wedding Naomi was on our speed dial, anything that was a little off or needed attention, we called her and she took care of it right away. My husband was barely involved in wedding planning. So it was funny when he saw the ballroom and didnt like the way the dance floor looked, he immediately called Naomi and Naomi handled it. Anything we needed Naomi was there. I even had vendors comment on how amazing and professional she was during the entire process. Naomi was the best! We couldn't have asked for anyone better to help execute our day!

Perfect Planner

We tied the knot on Oct 3, 2020 in South Florida during a pandemic... Naomi from Naomi Zora Events was a godsend as far as planner's are concerned, and I can honestly say we wouldn't have had a wedding if it wasn't for her help.

We originally contacted a few planners (pre-pandemic) for help on our special day. We realized we needed a professional once we spoke with the venue and saw just how much was involved in the planning aspect of things.

Naomi was one of five different planner's we spoke with, and we are beyond happy with everything she helped us with. From the get go, she started asking us questions that we had no idea what the answer was, and we knew we needed help.

We knew it was the right fit after the second call as she had just the right mix between personable and professional. My now wife and I were looking for someone we could joke around with, but at the same time knew what they were doing. We have very bubbly personalities, but know when to get serious and I believe Naomi is the same.

She was perfectly organized and helped us keep everything organized as well. She remained in constant contact with us, despite our crazy schedules (I'm a business owner and the wife a retail manager), lots of 8pm calls and midnight e-mails were exchanged.

Overall, the investment into a professional and loveable person like Naomi was well worth it. There's so much that goes on when planning a wedding, and having someone as knowledgeable, organized, punctual and personable as Naomi made our day one to remember. I even shouted her out during our speech - that's how much I enjoyed working with her! Best wedding planner ever!!

If you want a beautiful and perfectly executed wedding, look no further than Naomi Zora Events. My now husband and I are perfectionists and with our extremely busy work lives, we knew a planner was necessary. Before meeting with Naomi, we met with many different event coordinators but never really felt a connection or that the planner was organized and motivated enough to keep up with us. After our first meeting with Naomi, we instantly clicked and her extremely detailed day-of timeline (down to 5-minute intervals) sold us. Leading up to the wedding, Naomi was superb and connecting me with all the right vendors and really helped me put together an absolute dream team. Thanks to her connections with these vendors she was able to obtain preferred rates that we otherwise would not have been offered.

Naomi is an extremely hard worker and truly cared about making our day perfect. The wedding went off without a hitch and is still raved about by all our family and friends as one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I truly cannot say enough great things about Naomi and her team and am so thankful for the incredible event and memories they helped us create.

Naomi was the Mac to our Cheese

Naomi came highly recommended to us by our Catering Manager so we set an appointment to meet with her in person. She was highly accommodating, friendly throughout and motivated to show us why her services were worth it (and they were!). Naomi is organized, detailed, in constant communication from day 1 to the wedding day, thorough, punctual and all the great things we didn’t even know we needed for wedding planning (ESPECIALLY her wedding day timeline). She recommended our DJ and I myself am a picky person when it comes to who I interact with, but to my surprise we appreciated his service and our guests had such a great time. Everything went according to plan except for a few surprises... it rained and was extremely windy on our wedding day (we had an outdoor wedding) AND our designated person for all our signs forgot to bring them... but all the issues were handled beautifully and all our guests had a great time thanks to Naomi’s expertise. To my hubby and I, Naomi was definitely worth the investment, helped answer all our questions and concerns as we knew nothing about planning a wedding, and fantastically coordinated our special day to remember for a lifetime with ease. The best gift I gave myself

Naomi is truly amazing. She immediately put me at ease from our first conversation and truly took the time to get to know me and my specific needs for my wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Having her allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day without any worries or stress. She was so responsive and professional and ensured my day went perfectly to plan and as smooth as could be. Naomi is my hero!

Naomi was highly recommended to us by our venue and now I understand why. Wow. Just WOW. Hiring Naomi was the one of the best investments we made in regards to our wedding day. You need Naomi. No matter the cost I would hire her again and again. Naomi’s wedding skills and experience are absolutely invaluable. What a blessing to have Naomi coordinate our wedding! Without Naomi our wedding would not have been anywhere near as wonderful as it turned out. I consider Naomi to be a friend now. Naomi is patient, a fantastic listener, and her communication & organization skills are on point. Her timeline kept everything and everyone on track. Nothing was missed or forgotten! Naomi also saved us when we looked for a last minute photographer. Thank goodness for that because this photographer was just as amazing. Naomi has a vast network of vendors that she knows and has worked with that will ensure you have the most epic wedding ever.

Exceeds expectations

Naomi was a dream to work with. She met and exceeded all of our expectations. We were fortunate to find her through our preferred vendor list. She was attentive and responsive, answering all of my questions and allaying any and all anxieties. I knew that in her capable hands our dream would come to fruition.

I could tell by her professionalism and her attention to detail that she is an expert in her field. During the planning process she managed to address all details through her very thorough timeline. She managed all of my other vendors and made sure that we were all on the same page. On the day of the wedding I knew I could enjoy my day because Naomi had thought of each and every detail, most I've never even thought of! She managed my wedding party and family with patience and respect, gently moving us along and always making sure we were happy.

Naomi was absolutely worth every penny. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to have someone kind, capable, and professional at their side during one of the most happy (and stressful!) time of their lives.

Highly recommend!

So happy we had Naomi on board to help plan our wedding!! I wasn’t even sure that we needed help since it wasn’t a huge wedding, but wow - VERY glad we had her help! She was very accessible to give advice/opinions in the months before the wedding, and really helped keep me on track in the weeks leading up to it. And on the day of, I was totally able to relax and enjoy myself without distraction. She was confident, organized and calm, and made sure everybody/everything was where where it should be. I love that my friends and family could just be guests and not worry about helping me pull things together. VERY highly recommend!

Amazing! Best Around!

I am from Pittsburgh, PA and was planning a destination wedding at the Hilton Singer Island! I flew down to book the venue and the event manager gave me a referral of a Month of Coordinator. (Naomi!) I was so on the fence at first because I had already currently had a coordinator back home and she was Awful. She provided no help with a venue search or details of a timeline to follow. She gave no direction. Which was hard for me! I decided to call Naomi after letting the other planner go, and I am so incredibly thankful that I did! She answered my inquiry almost immediately! She was extremely professional with me, I had mentioned my nightmare of a planner previously and some of my concerns. Naomi was so kind and assured me that she would hold myself accountable and make it an easy process which she certainly did! Even though Naomi was Just a month of coordinator she was so willing to help answer questions I had leading up to the month of! She takes your visions and makes them a reality! I am an extremely organized person so being able to trust someone with timelines was so important to me! When I say Naomi is extremely organized, that is not an understatement! The timeline she created for the day of was followed to the T and not one of us felt rushed! Everything flowed so well! Especially with a large wedding party (10 groomsmen 10 bridesmaids) like ourselves! We had a few hiccups like a rain delay! My husband would have got married in a hurricane it didn’t matter he wanted to be on the beach! Naomi made it work! I don’t know how but she did so and so flawlessly! We had a short window to be on the beach and she did it! I can’t express how important it is to have a month of coordinator like Naomi! Who made the whole experience flow so smoothly and for a bride to feel stress free especially the few weeks leading up to the day! Naomi took care or every hiccup and most I’m sure I wasn’t even aware of because she made sure I felt comfortable and assured me that everything was taken care of! She even made it a point to stop by the venue when I was in town for a tasting just to say hi! And so I would be able to put a face to the name! She stayed and spoke to the bakers and photographer! She has so many great relationships with vendors especially florist, photographer, and venue! The respect everyone has for her is incredible! She’s the best in the business! I would recommend her to anyone! Especially if you are like me and have a huge wedding party, destination wedding, and started off with a Terrible planner previously! I could not have done it without her! I felt like I built a relationship and spoke with her like I was speaking with a girl friend! She won’t lead you in the wrong direction! :)

Perfection from start to finish on wedding day

Hiring Naomi as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. During the planning process, I started to get overwhelmed with all the things needed to plan a destination wedding, so my mom hired Naomi and we were all more than pleased with her kindness, promptness and organization!! Naomi makes a timeline for the wedding that she arranges with your vendors. Her timeline makes the wedding flow perfectly, you don't have to feel worried, and can RELAX on your big day!!! Naomi has a checklist of things that are needed prior to the wedding day, helps to keep you on track, and offers suggestions. There were things on her checklist that I didn't even think about during the planning process, so I'm glad that we had here to tie up all of the loose ends. My husband and I really enjoyed our big day, thanks to Naomi!

The GOAT wedding planner

Simply the best! My wife and I can't say enough about how wonderful Naomi is. Incredibly organized and on top of vendors. She is a wonderful advocate for her clients and she absolutely gets it done, no matter what it is. From the moment she started with us (we opted for the month of) everything started flowing smoothly. Highly professional and with a stoic calm about her she will be your biggest advocate as soon as she starts working on your event. She knows what she is doing and will not hesitate to help you with that knowledge, from recommendations on vendors to guiding you through price negotiations with her vast experience with vendors and knowledge of industry standards and . I only wish we had her for her full planning service, and would recommend her on whatever level you choose to employ her at.

Definitely Recommended!

We booked Naomi for month-of and day-of coordination. She was always on top of everything and extremely responsive! She gave us a questionnaire that covered everything about our wedding, which not only helped her to know about us and exactly what we wanted, but helped us to stay organized and aware of those small details that we didn't even think about. She is very organized, and she is passionate about her work. The thing that sets Naomi apart from all other wedding planners is that she really takes the time to get to know the couple that she works with and allows the couple to make the decisions. She offered suggestions when asked, but she never forced her own opinions. She always remained non-judgmental and helped make our wedding personal to us. She also explained to us what wedding coordination means at our first meeting with her, which helped set the right expectations. Even though we didn't sign up for help with vendor selection, she helped me find a new caterer when ours fell through last minute. I can't say enough good things about Naomi! My only regret with Naomi is that I didn't call her sooner!

Simply the BEST!

About 9 months before my wedding, I realized I was going to need some additional help on the big day - hiring Naomi was the best & easiest decision I made. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I could tell how important it was going to be to have her on point on my big day! She's obviously extremely organized & well thought out - but above & beyond that - she is just an amazing person and was always willing to help me out with advice and recommendations. When she took over about a month before the wedding, she was on point, getting all my vendors aligned and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. And she was constantly bringing up things I hadn't even thought of or considered, which saved me an incredible amount of stress the day before / day of the wedding. Knowing Naomi was handling everything, I could enjoy my day and not worry about any of the details. And that, for me personally, was just PRICELESS. If I can give anyone who's considering hiring a planner advice - it's this: hire Naomi NOW!!

Best decision ever to chose naomi as our planner

Easily the best decision we made in our wedding was Naomi. She was there for us every step of the way and literally took away all of our stress. Any time I had a question she would respond immediately and she helped us find vendors and fixed any last minute things that came up. She had this amazingly organized and detailed timeline of events for the wedding and was taking care of every vendor and making sure everything ran smoothly for us. It's a big decision to trust someone to make your perfect day come together with the exact vision you have and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it but Naomi. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Must-have planner!

Above and beyond!

Naomi went above and beyond to make my wedding day amazing. Besides executing all of the wedding coordinator tasks perfectly, she also did extra things, like providing emotional support, helping me with my dress when I was having a wardrobe malfunction, and making sure I ate. It was obvious she cared! She was always professional, on time, and EFFICIENT. She did an amazing job, especially for someone like me who had no prior knowledge about how wedding planning worked. Naomi's team made my wedding day seamless + amazing!

Had such an amazing experience working with Naomi for day-of-coordination. In fact, her "day-of" work is really a full comprehensive, month long process, in which she thoughtfully goes through every aspect of your wedding, which a fine touch and comb. We had several different events that we needed to coordinate throughout the course of our wedding as it was a destination wedding and Naomi was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process.
Come the day of, we had so many different moving pieces that Naomi and her team executed on with professionalism + accuracy. Even when some things went wrong (as they inevitably will), Naomi was there to problem and make the necessary decisions to ensure that we had a stress-free, memorable, and amazing day.
There were so many things we had to deal with before the end of the night and Naomi was there until the very last minute to address all of moving pieces - getting certain centerpieces stored vs. to our room vs. to our parents' room etc. Because of it being a destination wedding, there were so many things we had to pack and get ready and Naomi went above and beyond to make sure that all of our stuff was where it was supposed to be.
Naomi's help made me realize how important having a wedding planner is during the wedding planning / execution process. I didn't think it was necessary at first but it was worth every penny, especially because Naomi was so helpful and proactive. She went above and beyond and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Naomi is very detail oriented and h lord my wedding look beautiful and go smoothly. I was planning from far away so it was nice that she found good venues for us to be able to choose between when we were in town for such a short time. She made sure I got to speak to all of my vendors before signing with them to make sure we were all on the same page. And when I started to get very stressed at the end about the details she kept in contact with really positive messages to me and let me give over the details to my sister which really helped me enjoy my day. She was so flexible and so great. And my wedding was everything I could have ever wanted!

Hiring a wedding planner is definitely a must, especially for destination weddings. My husband and I had no problem finding the best wedding planner there is, and that is Naomi. Where do I start? Naomi is THE BEST! From the moment I met her and she showed me a timeline from another wedding she did, I knew I had to hire her! She is professional, quick to respond, and listens to what you and your fiancé want. She also has a ton of experience, so she is great at offering advice or suggestions with decor, flow of the day, vendor tips, and more! She is overall just a good person, and you can see that in her work. She goes the extra mile to ensure your day is exactly how you envisioned it. Numerous people told me on my wedding day that they had never seen me so relaxed in my entire life, and honestly its because I knew everything was going to go according to plan because of Naomi's help.

After the intial meeting with Naomi I knew it was going to be a great fit. We did the event management package which ended up paying off! Naomi was in constant communication with my Wife throughout the process and would answer my calls/texts if I thought we needed anything. I was skeptical about hiring a coordinator for my wedding because of my initial budget, but out of all the choices I made (besides saying “I Do”), working with Naomi was one of the best decisions I ever made. We worked together for about 2 months before my actual wedding. Every step of the way was a breeze— she made me feel as stress-free as I could be and guided me with some important and tough decisions regarding actual details of the wedding. One of the best aspects about Naomi was definitely her personality. I was hoping I would find someone that I could talk to casually and find some sense of trust and even friendship with… and she was definitely my girl! We even made decisions through text messages when it was convenient, and being a night owl and doing work around 10pm-1am, she would still answer my emails and text messages. Not once did she sound annoyed or seem bothered. She worked well with my vendors and really, truly made my wedding day so perfect. Quick example— on our way back to our reception from our church ceremony, my fiance (now husband) changed his mind and decided he indeed wanted to dance with his mom. He called Naomi and told her to slip in a time for his mother/son dance. She did it with no problems, no questions… and it turned out great! There is absolutely no other person out there that can help make your wedding as perfect and stress-free as Naomi. The best decision I made as it relates to my wedding was hiring Mr. and Mrs. Wedding to handle my “day of coordination.” I got engaged 15 months before my wedding so I secured our venue, core vendors, and decided on the vision/décor for the day. However, my fiancé and I are very busy people—he is finishing his medical residency and I am finishing law school—so I knew we would need help as the wedding drew closer. I interviewed multiple planners and found that they either didn’t offer the type of service we were looking for or I didn’t connect with them on a personal level. I knew I wanted to work with Naomi minutes into my conversation with her. She was professional and caring. Naomi officially started working on our wedding 60 days before the big day! She took over communications with the 12+ vendors we were contracted with and handled everything we needed, including timely follow-ups and putting out little fires here and there. I truly appreciated how critical it was to have Naomi as the point person in the couple of weeks—particularly the final few days—before the wedding. It was invaluable knowing that all of the moving parts were being coordinated and handled by a professional. In the morning and afternoon of my wedding day, I was totally relaxed and enjoying the time with my bridal party. The timeline Naomi created was incredibly detailed and EVERY MINUTE of our wedding day was accounted for. My ceremony went off without a hitch and when my husband and I got a first glimpse of reception space it was PERFECT. Having Naomi and her team working behind the scenes at my wedding allowed my husband and I to really be present on our wedding day. We truly felt every moment, and it was because of Naomi and her team that we could experience the most important day of our lives focused on each other, our love, and the magnitude of the day. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more, and we are so indebted to Mr. & Mrs. Wedding for coordinating the day!

Naomi was terrific to work with at my sisters wedding! She was very prompt and was always on top of things down to the smallest details. Everything ran so smooth and would recommend anyone looking for a coordinator to use her!

I decided to hire Naomi as my day of wedding coordinator and I couldn't have made a better decision. Naomi went above and beyond with the planning process, starting about 30 days before my wedding, coordinating with all of my vendors and getting everything prepared. I honestly didn't have to think or worry about a thing, just showing up to the venue and bringing all of the items. Naomi sent me emails with everything to bring, followed up with questions to ensure I had everything set, and helped me think of things I didn't even realize I needed to do for the wedding.

Naomi created a phenomenal detailed timeline that helped calm my nerves. Honestly the day of the wedding I didn't worry about a thing. I knew everyone would be at the right place at the right time because Naomi was running the show. She even stayed at the event at the end to pack up everything and hand delivered it to our room. Exceptional service and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Naomi to anyone. Not only is she a phenomenal coordinator, she is an absolute dream to work with and is so friendly and kind! Everyone in the bridal party loved her!

Naomi and her staff were excellent! My husband and I had been dealing with frustrations and lack of detail from our wedding venue and staff; it was driving me quite insane, particularly since my career is very demanding. I didn't know what to do. One evening my husband, having seen my frustration and worry, had sought out a wedding planner and introduced us to Naomi. She accommodated a meeting on site with the venue staff and I was so impressed with her that we hired her on the spot! From that point forward, our wedding planning went smooth and a large reason our wedding day was a success!

I just want to say Naomi is amazing! She is so organized its scary. My Husband would constantly say " Naomi is on point" and she was. I was worried about forgetting things and being stressed due to my illness but she ALWAYS kept me at ease. My MOH found Naomi and we were delighted to know that she handled destination weddings. Every vendor we used she found for us and even from Hawaii she made sure we spoke to all of them at least once on Skype and always put our wants and needs first. Never did we feel pressured into anything or working with anyone. Even though she worked on other weddings while working on ours she made us feel like we were the only couple in the universe getting married. She made sure we didn't go over budget, and with planning an event that adds up by the second that is a great quality to have. It is so rare to work with someone who loves and takes pride in what they do. Naomi made us feel like family and she always put her best foot forward, and we love her for that. If you are looking for a wedding planner that values the concepts of customer service and professionalism, Naomi is the one for you. If you are looking for a wedding planner that keeps your wedding about you and does everything in her power to make your dream wedding a reality, then Naomi is for you!

Naomi was the best! I spoke with a few wedding coordinators and Naomi was the nicest and easiest to speak with BY FAR. We had hired vendors ourselves but were clueless about all the details and logistics we needed to nail for the wedding, thank goodness Naomi was on top of everything and patiently guided us through everything. She was very receptive and understanding of how we envisioned our wedding and she also arranged phone calls adjusting to our crazy schedule. She did everything with a smile!

Of all the things we paid for with our wedding, Naomi and her team were by far the best value. She was incredible to work with, friendly, fun, and had great insight into a wedding planning process that my wife and I had no experience with. Thanks Naomi!

My husband and I worked with Naomi and she did an amazing job with us! We live in Texas but planned a South Florida wedding because many of our attendants were already in Florida (including both our families). From Day 1, she kept us on track with wedding plans! She had to work with extremely difficult vendors and coordinators at the venue (in fact, the venue we chose went through 3 event coordinators by the time we had our wedding!). Naomi made it through with the most positive and professional attitude I have seen! There were times where I wanted to cry from the stress, and she would calm me down with encouraging words and optimism, which are definitely needed for a bride!
What truly made her stand out from everyone else was the fact that she allowed us to plan OUR wedding, not one that she envisioned for us. We had a lot of untraditional wedding elements, and instead of trying to steer us away, she helped us coordinate each element flawlessly!
If you need a wedding coordinator, definitely chose Naomi!!!!!

I hired Stephanie as my wedding planner a year before my wedding. From the first meeting I had with her I knew that she was going to be amazing...and she never let me down. She is so amazing! Over the course of the year it took to plan my wedding, she did everything for me! She organized every single aspect of my wedding. She made every appointment and every phone call for me, she took care of every detail. On my wedding day, everyone kept asking me why I was so calm, and my answer was, " that's because I have Stef!". Every vendor she recommended, I used, and they were all amazing. My entire wedding weekend went so smooth and it 100% because she was in charge! I am so sad that my wedding is over for 2 reasons : 1. it was the best weekend of my entire life, and 2. i won't have Stephanie anymore! I recommend anyone needing wedding planning services to use her, they won't regret it. I not only had the wedding of my dreams, but I gained a new friend.
